Great store, extensive product variety with a genuine helpful service. Well worth the in store visit.

Overpriced items. Staff were young and not knowledgeable, I prefer Bayswater store.

The one start is for the Scoresby store staff who were wonderful - pity the warranty claim process reflects badly on them.So one of my white LED pillar lights went yellow. Scoresby advised me to lodge a warranty claim (thank you).Warranty call:Beacon electrician came, took the light off and found the problem was that water had gotten in and there was rust sitting in the bottom causing the light to throw yellow instead of white.Heres where the problem is...- Beacon were happy to replace the light (thank you-- they gave me a new one but would not install it- The electrician had uninstalled the faulty light BUT was not able to install the replacement because "technically" it was an installation issue- Their electrician re-installed the faulty one and made sure it was sealed properly! Well at least I know the faulty light is going to continue to display the same fault with no issue!!!- Why? Beacon did not want to find that if the other one did the same thing that I might claim against them for that one - because they fixed this one. Doesnt giving me a new light already open them up to that????Makes NO SENSE.- youve given me a new light, so youve already claimed a level of responsibility- the time it takes to reinstall the faulty one is the same time it takes to put the new one up- I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY FOR THE ELECTRICIANS TIME TO INSTALL THE NEW ONE - but no!- you sealed the faulty one, so now the next person has to break the seal to install the new one!- Liam (their electricianwas very nice and also thought it was ludicrous - but said his hands were tied.Really really poor customer experience from Beacon.

we have truly achieved lite bulb technology and science and alot of your indor lite bulb items would be available from this franchise so they realy have put in the efort on achievable indor lite bulbs

Great variety of products but most are not priced, three staff members wandering around the store who were not helpful and I wouldnt buy from this store.

Bought some stuff there. Good variety and nice showroom.. but the salesmen getting irritated quickly. Not the friendliest.

They have a wide range of lighting, whatever your looking for you should be able to find it there friendly staff very helpful.

The staff were very helpful but not all of them were overly friendly but we were looking for lights on a public holiday so Ill give them the benefit of doubt.The product range was quite impressive even though we chose 2 out of stock items by chance but they were on runout. The other items we chose had plenty of stock and were exactly what we were after.I was very happy with my experience and outcome of my visit.

Always wanted to find a reason to visit the place, looks fancy from outside, didnt find much good options in the store and the staff were not helpful or attentive

Good service, purchased 900mm vanity light from them a few years ago which stopped working. The store expert was not in the day I visited but called me back the following day and had replacement bulbs ready for me to collect. Will continue to deal with these guys.

Staff and selection of product is great. Let down badly by their selected electricians.

A lighting store with a good variety of lights and service is generally quite good. Staff seem to have good product knowledge. Plenty of special offers are available throughout the year and goods can be refunded if they dont suit so you can shop with peace of mind.

The staff were helpful to answer questions and show the products.

Poor service. Twice Ive been into Beacon Scoresby to purchase lights and the service has been terrible both times. Consultants couldnt even be bothered leaving their desk area to assist. I wont be going back.
