NuRi was exceptionally helpful! We honestly couldnt have found a better person to work with. My Mom and I were looking for a house to rent and had a deadline for when we needed to find a place due to work. We were both relocating to NWA and could only be in person on occasion.NuRi listened to our needs and helped provide options that were available. She worked with our schedules to set up in person showings when we were in town and virtual for when we werent. Houses move fast and were frequently leased right after coming available. She worked with us quickly as new options came up so that we could get in applications and showings before the houses were gone. She was great about keeping us updated and answering questions timely as they arose.With her help we found a house that were very excited about. Trying to organize a house hunt when youre not in the location youre moving to is so stressful, but NuRi helped make the process so much smoother! When it comes time to buy we know that we want to work with her again.

Lou Ann Davis was a great help for our move to AR. She was always available to answer our questions and assist with any needs. We were out of state so she visited the house in the building process weekly and sent us updates and photos. She really cares about her clients.

Catrina helped my husband and I pick out the RIGHT first house for us! She was honest in telling us the pros and cons which I greatly appreciated her transparency. She also mentioned all the different directions we could go with the house to help make it more profitable in the future.

Adam was so valuable with his experience and knowledge of the area, the current crazy market, and negotiating skills. My wife and myself listed our home in Jane MIssouri with several small town realitors, we listed the home for 125,000. we sat on the market with three diffrent realitors and had no success. When we gave Donna Bermingham-Stockton a call she came and viewed the property and said we were not listed in the right market price range. she instructed us to raise the price to 179,000. all other realitors told us to lower the price. ?Donna had the experience, she sold our home with 10 showings in thirty days, and we had an offer of 169,000. We have moved back to Kansas and wish we could have taken her professional experience with us, she is the most patient, when i was frustraited with the buyers. I am still in the process of finding the right first home for my small family, and our agent Nicole Chervenyak (knew of her as a family friend before thishas been absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable, super busy but somehow always makes time for showings and to communicate when we have questions/ideas. As someone with effectively no working knowledge of real estate, the numbers shes been able to crunch and info shes been able to provide have been totally invaluable. NOT something I could have Google-fud my way through!Im planning on updating the review once we close on a home, but 2 weeks into the search I can confidently say that Nicole was the right choice for us!Edit March2019: Wow! Its been a year! I dont even remember writing this but Google wanted to remind me that Ive reviewed a few things on here. Anyway - we ended up finding a home, its perfect in every way and were very happy 1 year in. Yay! Bye!

The best words I could think of to describe my agents were insincere and judgemental. I was not a fan at all and Ramona definitely made it clear that the feeling was mutual. I just grinned and bared it. I’ll know better next time. There are plenty of good agents in the area. I recommend finding a friendly one, because you will work with them for at least a month.
