I was on a backroads multi day tour and unfortunately picked up a big rivet in my back tire. I rode along watching my tire pressure monitor as the tire slowly lost air.As I rolled down a hill, Bedford Suzuki Yamaha came into view. I pulled in and asked if they could help.They could not have been any nicer. They got my bike into the shop right away and examined the tire and found the big rivet sticking out.I would have bought a new tire if they had the right size (I was on a BMWbut they didnt, so the owner himself plugged the tire for me.In under an hour they had me back on the road. This is how motorcycle shops are supposed to be.What a great shop!

Amazing staff from sales to service!

I purchased a 2021 benchee from this place. I took it back for service first time I rode it because it was not working properly. They said nothing was wrong. Next time I took it out it locked up. Sent back for service. Got a run around for months. Saying it was underWarranty they would fix.. they tore it all apart and left it outside for months. Really bad experience. Still do not have machine fixed.

Everyone at bsy is very helpful n nice I can go in there and ask questions I deal with them all the time. Chris is really nice I can talk to him for hours n learn new stuff every time I go there

Under New Owners that are keen in delivering good products and service.Bought a new dirt-bike helmet for my 8y o. Hes new to it so I wanted something decent and not too basic but didnt want to spend a fortune. Bedford has a good selection of decent helmets with cool graphics and at the $100 price point. Inexpensive but not "cheap" in terms of build, good value for money. Happy with the purchase and glad to see a nice couple ae at the helm of this reputable shop.

Five Stars! I am very impressed with this dealership! I met the new owners and they are super nice and easy to work with. Very positive experience. The entire staff was very professional and on point for all my questions. They have a pretty dag gone good selection. I strongly suggest you check them out if you are in the market, I do not think youll regret it. On a side note, the service department is also top notch. All in all, very pleasant experience and I plan to check with them for all my Suzuki/Yamaha parts, accessories and motorized toys. Live life to the fullest, thats my moto.

My sons crf250 was sent here by referral. It came home with the same problem it left with and no suggestions on how to remedy it. Half an hour of labor charged 35$ and wasted 2 trips there.

I was with a friend who was looking for a sxs and the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. They were not pushy while answering all questions my friend asked. And in the end my friend got a great deal well below MSRP. Id recommend checking them out if youre in the market for a sxs or atv.

Went to purchase an ATV on 8/29 was told that the machine wouldnt be in until October which was fine. I left a deposit of $500 When it finally came in we went to finalize the deal, we were told that we would have an interest rate of 1.99% for 72 months. We thought we were getting a great deal so we completed the transaction and loaded the machine. After getting home we began looking over the paperwork and noticed that the payment information and interest rate were no where to be found. I went back this morning to clarify the deal and I was told by Lonnie that WE should have known better, the 1.99% was only for the first 2 years. I explained that my wife specifically asked if the rate would be for the entire term and she was told YES several times. Lonnie did agree to cancel the deal however he was not willing to return our deposit or to even give us store credit. We are out our $500 deposit for a mistake that was made by the salesman! He even admitted that he told us the rate would be for the term of the loan and we did nothing wrong. I have purchased sever units from here but I will not be giving them any further business.

Had a flat tire repaired on a Suzuki S40. The tube placed in the tire was the incorrect size. As a result I ended up with another flat tire as I crossed into Canada. When I returned home from my trip I spoke with the owner and asked for a refund. He refused.Word to the wise, DO NOT use this shop for repairs!

My family had an amazing experience at Bedford Suzuki , Chris is amazing , there was no pressure at all. We told him what we were looking for & he explained everything in detail about any questions we had. We ended up purchasing the Viking 3 seat side by side & it’s only been a day but it is more fun than we even imagined . If your looking for an ATV , side by side, motorcycle etc you can’t go wrong stoping to see these guys, we highly recommend. Chris is a down to earth, honest all around great guy. He even helped us fit a helmet for our 10yr old daughter. I don’t remember the other guys names there but they couldn’t have been more friendlier.

Husband called about a specific part for his bike, travelled 45 minutes to get it to find out it wasnt it, guy behind counter tried to sell him a part for the wrong make and size bike insisting it would fit until my husband pulled out the part he took along to make sure it was the correct one, parts guy says" well I tried my best", what kind of morons work there ?

Great experience with Lonnie one of the owners. Called in the morning showed up in the afternoon and everything was ready to go and just like we had discussed. So far we are Loving the new Grizzly 700 XT-R. Would recommend this Dealer to anyone local looking for a good deal and experience..!!

This store is absolutely great. The best friendly service we have ever had. They are very knowledgeable about everything they sell. We bought a 2019 fourwheeler from them and before we bought the fourwheeler, we got to test drive it.You can get a warranty on what you buy for very little extra per month on top of your payment for whatever you buy.I would highly recommend this place to everyone!We will be doing business with them again.

Called in advance to check if they had a certain spark plug. I gave the guy the NGK part number he asked what it was for I told him he said he had a bunch in stock. Just to make sure I ask if it was the NGK iridium plug that he had and gave him the number again. He said yes so I thanked him for having it in stock cause the other shops in the area didnt carry that plug in stock. I told him I would be there later that day to buy 2 of them cause I live a hour away. Once I arrived at the shop I approached the parts counter laid my used plug down and asked for 2 of them. The guy behind counter looked at it and said we dont carry the iridium plugs in stock I can sell you the standard plug though cause we have a bunch of them in stock.

I was having problems with my quad starting and would be passing thru from out of town. I called ahead and asked if they would be able to look at my quad if I swung in and was told they would. Upon arrival, they sent service tech (Carlos)out to look at my quad, which was still on the trailer, and he has it running within minutes. Great group of people!
