Bellco dba Hellco.This company is stuck in the dark ages when it comes to technology and customer service. The root of my negative review comes from there lack of technology, which is compounded by their underwhelming customer service staff.I had a vehicle under lease for 39 months (amongst 2 other vehicles at the timeand I needed to extend the lease because of delays with my new car arriving at the dealership. We extended the lease, but no one at Bellco informed me I must also reapply for my automated payment (I mean really - I had auto payments for 39 months on this vehicle and 2 other cars also on auto payment all linked to the same checking account. You’d think you could link things up or be a little more helpful when onboarding a new account). Anyway I get a mail in the letter about a month after I extended my lease saying I was delinquent on my payment. I called immediately to get my account current, and at that time the informed me I had to reapply for automated payments.I thought all was good after that, but 6 months later I was getting a pre-approval letter done to put an offer on a new house. When my mortgage broker informed me I took a 100 pt hit or my credit after being reported to the credit agencies by Bellco. I called Bellco and they were no help and directed me to an online customer dispute page.I explained the situation to there dispute department and this was the response they gave me.“Your dispute has been researched and we have found the information we provided to the major credit reporting agencies is accurate. Therefore, no update will be submitted to the credit bureaus regarding this dispute.”Thank you for your membership.Sincerely,Bellco Credit UnionAfter being a customer for over 7 years with numerous vehicles under lease or loan you’d think they’d care a little more. Now I have little to no repercussions to fix my credit score all because I was missed one $271 payment.I will be moving all my loans to another bank and I’d suggest you never ever use this company. Just look at their ratings on all platforms, it’s evident they don’t care about customers.

I have been a Bellco Credit Union member for many years, and this branch by far has the best customer service. Lexi is very knowledgeable, has great customer service skills, and was able to help me update my account with no problem. Highly recommended!

I just became a member a few months ago and started off not so good at first and was very disappointed that I wanted to close my accounts. Ana stepped in and was very helpful and was able to help me out and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I definitely recommend coming to Ana she is amazing! I will now be bringing my business accounts to Bellco.
I have been a Bellco member for a few years. I have my business as well as my personal account there. The staff is wonderful, and the branch manager, Josh is awesome!! Not only is Josh friendly, he is very aware of when there are two or more people in the lobby. He stops what he is working on and tends to the patrons needs! I love having a relationship with the people I do business and transactions with, and Josh and his Bellco team make that easy! Thank you for making me feel like my business and myself matter!!
I have been a long time member and always had great experiences with this bank. A couple of days ago I had an unauthorized purchase made on my account. Causing it to go negative. I was so frustrated because I incurred 2 overdraft fees on top of this. I went into this branch expecting to not get anything refunded but I thought it was worth a shot. Boy was I surprised when the lovely teller, Jennifer not only reversed my charges. But went back like 3 months and reversed another one I had so my balance ended up more than I expected!!! This is not only amazing customer service. We need more people like this during this stressful time in a pandemic! Thank you Jennifer for going above and beyond and making my whole day!!!!! I will always be a member of this credit union!
Bellco as a whole is a classist instituion. Do not support them, heres why.I have been a resident to Colorado for two years and decided to relocate from the western slope to the Denver Metro area. I am low income and have been living in my car since April in order to afford to live in a State I Love. I gave this institution the truth about my living status and they denied me service. I have a legal address and a mailing address, both of which they declined as feasible addresses. At no time during my attempt to bank with them was I unemployed.We do not need prejudice institutions like this. I have verifiable documents to prove who I am, I have been able to retrieve my Social, my ID states the same legal address I gave them, I was able to get a Colorado MED badge, I was able to find employment, I have been able to prove a Citizen of the US and a Citizen of Colorado, I was able to take out a lease on a vehicle, gain insurance and gain employment.Above all else I have been able to find banking in the area and it was a much smoother process than Bellco.I was denied service because I stated I live in my Car and I believe this company does not have the right to stay in Business.
Amazing staff, always the nicest people you could ask for, always has the answers you new and even remembers customers. Best credit union by far.
