Beltone Hearing Aid Center in Gallia County

They listened and tested my hearing according to the problems I was having, unlike other places.The guy who did my testing was not the same guy that was there when I went back. Wished it had been. Thats why I gave 4 stars.New guy was annoying and cracked his fingers and seemed like he was in a hurry to get rid of me.

I was recently at the office for a visit. When Krista called to see how things were working now, she also mentioned a review of my apt. Like I told Andy while at the office, I always enjoy speaking with Krista. She is super friendly every single time . With Andy, I have been seeing him for many years and is always willing to take the time and make sure is working the best it should be....Very happy with my service and would recommend then to my friends.Charles

I knew I was having hearing difficulty when I had to keep asking people to repeat what they were saying. Not only that, I have tinnitus… you know, it kind of sounds like those cicada (17-year locustwe get here in Ohio.This is my first set of hearing aids and I am very satisfied with them. My hearing aids are rechargeable, so I don’t have to fool around with those little batteries. I can now hear what others are saying. And they have a feature which reduces the tinnitus problem significantly.Andy and Christa are very friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone with a hearing problem to take advantage of the service and products they offer.

Pam- pt name annoyonousMy mother went to this location to get her hearing tested. They did not charge her anything for the test itself, but I was amazed at how in-depth the actual testing was. The staff was extremely helpful and really took the time to explain things to us. In the end, it was just the prices that made us also get a second opinion, and they fit our budget more easily. But we do regret not going through beltone. We also loved that the office continues to call and just see how things are going. So all-in-all, we would give this location 5 stars!

I have to tell you. I tried to get help with my hearing once before and I just didn’t feel like I needed them. But Beltone stayed in contact with me and was able to get me help. Not only can I hear much better, Christa and Andy have always been great to me. ANYTIME I call Christa, she makes my day, and is always so helpful. Anytime I go in to see Andy, he fixes what needs to be fixed and has always been nothing but nice. So hopefully my pleasant experience atleast encourages someone else to get the help they need!
