My only problem with Benefit Macquarie (Myeris that I didn’t come years ago! Gagan did my eyebrow wax and tint, as well as lashes (a new offering from Benefit, about time!!). She was superb. From the outset she was kind, patient and did an amazing job. I’ve had so many compliments from people ever since. Highly recommend, and looking forward to returning

Alex done my eyebrows (shape and waxand she was beyond amazing! My eyebrows were all over the place and she managed to make them look perfect. This is definitely my go-to eyebrow place now !

I was recommended by friends to try Benefit eyebrow products. I had tidy up which included a wax which I was not expecting, tint and bought some products. Unfortunately, I scheduled this early in day and after this session I went lunch. Waxed areas still sore many hours later and not really happy with the look- not what I was hoping for 😔

I’ve had my brows waxed, shaped and tinted for many years, and often at (differentBenefit Brow Bars. Post-lockdown, my brows, like everyone else’s, were in desperate need of maintenance. After checking the availability of appointments at various Brow Bar locations, I found a single remaining appointment in Myer at Macquarie Shopping Centre with Mel, and I snapped it up. And oh, wow! I have finally discovered the ‘Holy Grail’ of brow technicians! Mel is absolutely brilliant; her work is confident, thoughtful, considered and meticulous; she obviously understands brows, face shapes and colour tones very, very well and it’s so clear that she loves what she does! I have since had a subsequent appointment with Mel, and am booked in for my third. Already, I’m well on my way to (finally!achieving my ‘brow goals’! Mel is incredibly kind and so lovely to chat with; she’s patient, listens, suggests, advises, and talks me through and explains everything she does. Her product knowledge is extensive, she takes wonderful care of her staff and clients alike and she truly makes the Benefit space in Myer a happy place to be.
