Horrible unethical contracting.

Sylvia and Wayne are not just awesome realtors- they are awesome people too.Sylvia helped us navigate through buying a home during a pandemic and made the entire process nearly stress-free. Shell be helping us sell our old home soon too and we are looking forward to working with her.

Apparently this place has no qualms about engaging in misconduct beyond unethicle conduct in real estate dealings and blocking citizen reviews pertaining to this business.One of my worse experiences in buying or sailing a home. Lied to routinely and found out that the realtor set me up along with others in the process to sale their home with some speculator, flipper of homes out of Denver who makes multiple bids on several homes for sale at a time, the realtor does not tell you that, then buy the home or home that they got for the cheapest price while the other were lead to believe theirs was the only home this flipper bid on and had their home tied up for weeks/months, taken off the market during that time.Richard Thomas there was not the only one involved in that.Realtors like this should be prosecuted, license revoked As well as the Colorado Real Estate board prosecuted. They justify that conduct as, "authorize by the board and thier rules".Apparently seeing "florence" I mistook it for the "fortino-Pueblo office". Apparently they closed that one down in a hurry without ever contacting me or others the so grossly wronged. However, the same company. From my experience subordinates pretty much emulate uppers values and conduct. My comments stand. I would not ever deal whit that company again.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with this real estate group and found them to be both highly personable and very professional. we were involved in a very successful transaction together and I highly recommend them!
