We had problems with snow on our back roof which was causing ice dams and leaking into the house. We called them and explained the situation and they came out that afternoon. We had called other companies but they said it would be several weeks before they could come out.We highly recommend Bernaiche Property Maintenance!

Hired Bernaiche for snow removal for my business. The service itself was not horrible, but definitely left me frustrated because there were several mornings we came in and we were not plowed, and even more occasions where the steps and handicap ramp were not cleared. On several ocassions, we had to call and request service. The contract was most definitely not held up on their end. I wrote a professional letter detailing my disappointment, but giving the management/owner an opportunity to respond and rectify the situation. As a business owner, I wouId want to know if I had an unhappy customer, and would appreciate the opportunity to make it right, so I specifically asked for someone to contact me. When I received a bill a few weeks later, I decided to call and see if they received my letter. I spoke with a young man on the phone. He said the letter was laying on his desk but hed read most of it, and just hadnt had time to get back to me. He then proceeded to carry on with a string of excuses about it being a rough winter, staffing problems, etc. He then stated that he had been mad to receive a letter from me at all, and carried on in a very unprofessional manner. I had approached the situation diplomatically and hoping to calmly discuss the problem, but clearly he got very offended and let his pride and ego shape his very combative and childish response. Needless to say, we will not be utilizing their services in the future; nor will we recommend them to anyone we know.
