Picking up my phone order was easy, and kudos to the guy at the mobile phone dept for asking me if I was there to upgrade or not as both employees were busy with upgrades. Since I was just picking up, he got my phone for me and I was able to check out at the regular register. Saved me from standing there while people in front of me upgraded in store.

Staff is friendly, went there to see what they had in stock for last years phones, interestingly they didnt have much of anything, imo the whole point of a brick and mortar is having stock there, anyone with a house can order a product straight to their home and not have to return to the store to pick it up.

They looked at my phone and pulled out the slim card and put it back in and i thought they fixed it but a hour later the phone did nothing then they said they couldnt fix it but pulled out another phone for 180 dollars and sold it to me for 78 dollars. But the charger cord was not right so tonight after work i had to go back and buy a cube so the cord will charge my phone. Like i dont have anything better to do!

Absurdly long checkout line. 20+ minutes with 2 people in front of me. Checkout line is also customer service line. Many employees on staff/walking around but none seemed to be helping customers.

I bought a 55" smart TV at the store for $500.00. My son and law and I loaded it into my SUV right side up as it was stored in the store. We took it home and we lifted it up out of the box. Each on one side. The screen appeared to have a crack in the middle at the very top where the heavy foam should have been covering it. We lowered it back in the box and took it back to the store. The store refused to exchange it or refund me because I did not buy their exclusive Mechanicsburg BestBuy Stores warranty. I did not know they had this exclusive store warranty. If I had known, they were going to refuse a brand-new damaged TV then I would have asked them to open the box in the store to verify it was not damaged before I walked out or possibly, I could have purchased the mystery store exclusive travel warranty if it was reasonable. My receipt says a 15 day return policy which we were well within. The manager immediately accused me of breaking the screen because he knows for a fact that all the TVs they sale are not damaged. I asked do you guys verify this before you place them on the floor for sale. No was the answer. I called their corporate office and the person on the phone agreed with me that this is not right however the stores set their own policy on how they handle returns. Obviously, the stores policy is no damaged TVs are allowed back for any reason and it is always the customers fault. My advice is if you do buy a TV there have them verify that it is not damaged before you walk out the store or buy the mystery store exclusive warranty. Better yet go somewhere else.

My husbands computer broke down the other day. We took it into best buy. It was a bit pricey, so there is room for improvement. The customer service was out of this world! Mary assisted us. She went above and beyond. We left with more taken care of then we went in with. She was patient and kind. Explained everything to us.Update: The wiring was placed poorly and because of this the side panels arent able to go back on. The computer kept crashing after it was "fixed." Luckily my spouse was able to figure out was was wrong and fixed it. I expected that to be done while at Best Buy after spending over $600......I deducted two stars for that.

So my father scheduled with geek squad 2 weeks ago and today they just blew him off without a phone call or anything. When he called them to ask about it they said they were having trouble and wouldn’t be able to make it today and would have to reschedule for 2 weeks out further . Save your money geek squad clearly isn’t all it’s cracked up to be . Seriously unprofessional don’t waste the 200 bucks on these jokers.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY.UNFAIR BUSINESS POLICIES. DONT GET RIPPED OFF. AVOID BEST BUY.I purchased a simple $500 laptop on line from Bad BUY. It was to be shipped to my home. I received numerous emails informing me that it is shipping, then updated to delayed, then another "arriving soon" then another "delayed". It is a nightmare attempting to speak with a human being for customer service. I call local store. They say cannot help me because it is "shipping" to my home. 10 days later it arrives at my house, box damaged, re-taped. I did not open the box. I take it to local Bad Buy store. Tell them this is how it arrived to my house. I do not "trust" this electronic device/laptop when it arrives like this. They open the box. The internal box that holds the computer is dented/damaged. Person at counter evens says, "Yes, I would not trust this, wow." They have the exact same laptop at the store. The store manager tells me that he CANNOT give me that some computer because it is no longer "on sale".WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS?AFTER ALL OF THIS, NO FAULT OF MY OWN AND YOU WNAT TO CHARGE ME A HIGHER PRICE!GREAT customer service Bad BUY! I will go higher up. You have not heard the last of me.Do not go through the poor experience I have had.Make your purchase somewhere else.

Not your fathers Best Buy by a long shot. It seems the company shifted to favor online ordering and curbside pickup to survive the COVID-19 pandemic. The still do today (as of 7/22). Gone are the days where youd have to beat off the eager staff with a stick. Maybe it was because I was shopping for car audio equipment, a tiny area, tucked into a far corner of the building, however, judging by the scarcity of indoor shoppers, I really dont think so. If you know what you want and dont want to audition it order online and have it shipped to you directly. Youll have a better shopping experience.

Seriously some of the nicest people Ive ever dealt with while shopping. I had run into an issue with a product I ordered online. The friendly staff and manager Greg went above and beyond to help resolve my frustration. Thank you all for the help. Best Buy is lucky to have such great employees 👏.

We have total tech support. We have been paying for it for 5 ish years. Anytime we have set up an appt with total tech or the geek squad they can never help. We have to pay 84.99 to send it to there service place to get an estimate on how much it will cost to repair.I will be cancelling our total tech immediately. The service doesn’t work. Never!!

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would. While the service we received from Oliver was wonderful this review is for Vinny. We came in at 6pm looking to find a wireless charger for my wife’s phone because her cable stopped working. He said he would take it to the Geek Squad to have it looked at. He came back not even a minute later, said they couldn’t do anything and proceeded to pass us over to Oliver. We ended up getting a new phone for my wife since he said they couldn’t fix it because the plug was loose. We are now at 8:30pm (after closing timeand things still aren’t getting finished up. Another associate came over to help, cleaned out her port and a wired charger took immediately! We then told them about what VINNY had said to us. Then a member of Geek Squad, Mary, came out and told us that Vinny NEVER handed the phone over to have them look at it. We are BEYOND furious at the lack of customer service that this employee showed to us. Oliver, Ashley, Dusty and Mary were all delightful but Vinny is an absolute disgrace to the store. We will definitely be speaking to the store manager!

the "local" phone number will NOT get answered by your store. It gets answered by a 800 "service line" that is not located in the US and they "basically handle everything" according to the woman that I spoke with. To be fair, she was helpful and did answer my question about recycling but only after I had to give her my name, phone number and email address. Why she needed to know all of that to tell me if the store would take a microwave is beyond me.

Dont buy anything. We got a 5 year protection plan and a 50 inch tv, under the impression after many pointed questions that if someone were to physically damage the tv, it would be covered, someone damaged it 2 years later, was told by numerous people it would be replaced until the day came. And was told it was not. Left hand doesnt know what the right is doing and it was a horrible experience. Hit up Target instead.

Shopping for/with my elderly mom for a new computer. Clint greeted us as soon as we got to the computer area. He was very helpful, very patient, and very informative. He answered all questions we had, was patient while I explained things to my mom, showed us exactly what we asked to see. We were there almost 2 hours and Clint stayed with us the entire time and never complained or gave us any looks like he was annoyed (it was a long process trying to explain things to my mom. Wyatt was also very helpful, especially answering my sons million questions lol. When Wyatt thought there was a safety issue, he notified the store manager who spoke with me to make sure everything was good. I was very appreciative that they were so concerned about safety!. Would really like to give the staff and manager of the Carlisle Pike Best Buy a 10, but the rating only goes up to 5. Thank you!

Had to see the geek squad as someone was trying to access an account of mine through my electronics. The young man whom helped me was courteous and very knowledgeable. He went through my electronics and made sure I had no issues, bugs or anything. Explained everything to me with each and told me about on extra layer of protection I could use on my laptop that was free. My iPhone and tablet where fine as so was my laptop nothing was detected as I had all the protection and security guards that I could which he told me was more then what most people have.

Had gone there to look for a new radio for my car, was greeted at the door and was told that an associate would be able to help me and that they would meet me at the car audio. I had to wait for 20 minutes for the associate to arrive and I explained what I was looking for.She she ignored everything I said proceeded to show me radios that did not match my criteria also did not understand the terminology associated with car audio they had one on the shelf that I was willing to buy but I left it on the shelf and purchased a radio from a local audio shop

The store employees were nice and helpful. I enjoyed the selection of TV and their reasonable prices. A major complaint I have is that when you call the store number, you are directed to customer service, not the actual store. We bought a TV on sale out of the box. It was in decent condition and had everything included with it except some packing (the TV was loose inside the boxmaterial and the screws that go into the leg stands. We wanted to call the store directly to see if we could buy the screws from them. Customer service told us there is no way to reach the actual store. There is a way to order screws but they will only deliver to the store, not to you. I recommend checking to make sure everything is in the box while at the store if you purchase out of the box. Ask all of your questions at the store before you leave because you wont be able to call them.

Best Buy Geek Squad installations – terrible. We bought two TVs just before Christmas and paid extra for professional installation. We had to schedule almost a month out, but we were willing to wait. First installation, no issues, guys were VERY good. 2nd installation – terrible. After scheduling almost a month out, they called a couple days before to push it off a week. Then they didn’t show up on the day. 3 hours after the end of the installation window THEY gave us, we called and finally got thru. They had only one guy on, and it needed two, so they pushed it off almost another two weeks.So why didn’t they call us the day before, or the day of? Because they don’t understand what “customer service” means. I was reluctant to go buy there in the first place, now…can anyone recommend another electronics store in Harrisburg PA area that has professional installation and adequate customer service?

I ordered a remote starter that they had on sale for deal of the day back in November. Mid December, I still haven’t received my item, yet I see it on their Deal Of The Day again. At the time, I was a TotalTech member which is suppose to get me access to online chat with Best Buy representatives who can help. I reached out to this support service that I paid for and was informed that there was a delay in shipment but was ensured I would be able to pick it up in two days. 5 days later, I get an email saying Best Buy has canceled my order. I follow up with Best Buy via this support service that I paid $200.00 for, yet again. They said this remote starter is no longer available because it’s on back order. In the same conversation, the representative asks me to place a new order, but this time pay an extra $190.00 because the cost has increased. Why would I pay $190.00 more, for a product that isn’t available for purchase? After being a Best Buy customer for years, purchasing their Total Tech membership and spending thousands of dollars with them per year, I would expect better treatment. I couldn’t be any more disappointed in a business.

I have been waiting to talk to one of the customers service member to help me find right product at the store . Waiting from 12:00 pm this afternoon and still waking and it’s about 2:00 pm . Still haven’t been called for . So decided to wait for little longer but I guess to see someone at the store level for over 2 hours might be too much rather save my time doing it online or going to different location . I would not consider going back to this location ever again.

Their greeter is a nice young man with a good memory and a genuinely seems to care. I had a lot of luggage with me the first time I was there and he took an interest in my travels. The floor staff are knowledgeable. And the curbside pickup counter is friendly and eventually found my orders. The management was helpful and friendly, but when I told the guy I already got the items that he was giving me, he was more about what the system said instead of what I was saying.
