Best Western Inn Of Jasper in Jasper County

Since I can’t reply to the response. I didn’t make a reservation online like you were stating. I walked in at almost 1am with no reservation. I was told by the front desk when I went to the office that told me all the rooms were smoking. I left there by 2am after talking to front desk. You’re generic response shows that you are obviously just going to brush it off and make it look like I am just nagging. This hotel is a joke. Hopefully if I save at least 1 person the hassle of staying here, then this was worth it. I have also filed complaints with Best Western corporate, and will now be filing with the BBB.

I am half way through filing a complaint with the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice, about being turned away for my service dog.I did read the reply from the owner and I do appreciate it. If you can document that your manager has been educated in ADA rules, or simply have him reply with an apology, Ill let the whole thing drop.I try to educate anyone, that will listen, about ADA rules, but his rudeness was beyond my level of tolerance. I was a business owner for years. I do not want to punish the owner, for the employees actions, if I can help it.I added this review simple because I could not figure out how to contact the owner directly.Thank you again for your time.

To start I booked a non smoking room. And when I arrived they gave my room away. Walked in room and seen dead roaches in bathroom and the room was not clean. I went back to front desk and Told manager and he went to clean them up and came back and said “oh there dead it’s just 1 or 2” following with “the room is actually really clean” (I was already calling holiday inn but they were fully booked)At this point the manager knew the rooms were bug infested and filthy and it showed they didn’t have a standard for themself or property. Later that night I seen more roaches come out around the fridge and near the tv. I left immediately.
