Horrible!!! Found cockroaches inside and outside of our room. Was told by Manager Robyn Logan that there was no way there was any cockroaches inside the room till we opened the door due to they spray. Declined to refund our money.
Always a great stay! Rooms are always clean and the staff are super nice!!!
We booked on game day. I knew it was going to be expensive and wasnt expecting a 5 star hotel. However, we paid $240 a night, non-refundable for a dump. The room we were originally booked in smelled horribly of mold and mildew and the toilet didnt flush. We requested to moved to a different room because of the smell and it was just as bad in the new room. DO NOT book here thinking it will be a cheap, clean room. I wish I had just paid the extra $100 and been able to enjoy my experience in Tuscaloosa. We ended up getting up and driving home in the middle of the night, the smell was so bad.
Very friendly staff! Suzie makes the best breakfast and cookies hands down! We will stay here again just for that! Room could use some maintenance with cracked paint in places but was very clean, didnt smell and no bugs. Only one way in and out from north bound side of the street is why location was only 4 stars. But Suzies breakfast!!! Fabulous! Roll Tide! ๐
THE PRICE IS RIGHT! Enjoyed this stop. Thearea was perfect and we felt safe. The pool isgreat and crystal clear. The ground waspleasantly manicured. Our room was clean. You can spend more for fancy but you donthave to if you just need safety and rest foryourself or your family. This hotel has a-lot tooffer. Friendly staff and great hot breakfastthats included. Nice.
Only getting one star because I cant give them 0!! But dont go this facility is disgusting VERY UNSANITARY!! Woke up covered in sores had been attacked by bugs!! Since Ive been here its been nothing but nastiness!!! BED BUGS ARE BADDDD AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. I will be contacting the health department ASAP! Gave me a second room and it was SUPERRR DIRTY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BURNED TO THE GROUND!
I get it that check out time is a certain time but literally standing outside the door and the minute clock hit 11 there was knocking on the door and every 3 minutes honestly left no later then 11:15 and someone knocked at least 3 different times like come on we checked in at 3 in the morning didnt wake up till 5 minutes before 11 just seemed a bit over board to me other then that the breakfast was excellent other then the fact that they stop serving breakfast Early
Excellent rates and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is good and the pool is very nice.
Staff made an average hotel into an exceptional place to stay! I had a vehicle breakdown and ended up in Tuscaloosa while it got fixed. It was a bit of a stressful time but the Staff were so helpful and cheerful it really made the unexpected stopover a positive experience. Rooms are average but the location is ideal and close to everything. Would stay here anytime Im back in town just because of their wonderful workers.
One of the best and reasonable hotel I have stayed in. Big truck parking is easy in and out access. Fresh breakfast everyday. Wonderful staff, no complaints at all.
Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Good price and the breakfast was better than anywhere we have stayed, she knows how to cook! Definitely will be back!
We enjoyed our stay in a clean room with a comfy bed and barely audible highway noise only when the AC cycled off. Breakfast was delicious and included: scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy as well as cereals, instant oatmeal/grits, yogurt, muffins, bagels and Belgian waffles with assorted toppings. All their staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and neat. And the breakfast was good.
Never room # 210 loud ticking soundWill never be fixed comes from the furnace. So much for quite room after 9 hrsOf driving.Must say the room was excellent for cleanliness. But that sound that ticksAll night very loud. Huge problemI wonder at 118.00 dollars a nightWould expect quietness!!!
This hotel Best western Tuscaloosa Al. Is simply awesome๐ the rooms are superb clean and smells great! ๐And the beds are like my own at home staff super friendly and oh my! The breakfast was like being in my own kitchen they had a very nice cook/hostess it was not a cheap breakfast it was hot with a lot to choose...and the coffee Hil Brothers with all types of creamers. It will take a book to go over my experiences .I am very persnickety Im hard to please. If I liked the accommodations the Queen and King would like them too...Keep up the good wook Owner management and the team๐๐๐
We enjoyed our stay here and the woman who checked us in played a big part in that. She was incredibly nice and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet, although there was almost no one else staying there that night. Biggest downsides were the $20 pet fee and that all of the pet rooms faced the highway, which was audible from inside the room.
The front desk girl last night was wonderful! I accidentally booked a smoking room and she gladly changed it for me.There was a dead insect on the bathroom floor, must have died after the cleaning staff cleaned the room. There was also one live insect that must have come in as we were bringing our stuff in. No big deal, otherwise very clean. We did not have any shampoo in our room, when asking for some, they said it was on backorder.
As a Ida evacuee this hotel was a blessing. Being pet friendly was the selling point but I have to say the rooms are great. We got a room with a king size bed and its so comfy. Room has coffee pot, microwave and mini fridge. Has gas station on same lot plus restaurant all within walking distance. Plenty of fast food spots and Walmart a couple of miles down the road. Super clean and thankfully super quiet(we stayed on side facing the road which is away from the pool area).
The woman working the desk was very pleasant and helpful. They even had dog biscuits for our pup! Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. Breakfast on Sunday was hot and delicious. Kudos to the cook for the awesome sausage gravy!
