Rented for a week with the help of Ann and Nancy. Rental was beautiful, could not have asked for better service!! highly recommend this Realty.

Our family and friends would not advise to rent any properties from this agency based on our horrid experience in July 2021--avoid the potential head ache, dissatisfaction, and disappointment!!! Their rental property 6005 Brighton Trail, Sea Colony, had multiple cleanliness and safety issues/hazards that were immediately evident once entering the property. We were instructed by agency staff to document any issues as encountered throughout the week.Numerous texts/emails with pictures/documentation of cleanliness/safety hazards issues were sent to the owner, Ms. Ann Raskauskas, without adequate resolution. Ms. Raskauskas insisted that the owner of the property was responsible for maintenance etc. despite her agencys obligation to inspect and clean the property prior to rental.Bethany Area Realtys Lodging Agreement (Property InspectionArticle 2 is stated as follows:"Guest(sacknowledges that he/she has personally inspected the rental property and accepts it in an "as is" condition, or if he/she has not inspected the premises, he/she waives the right to withhold rent for any alleged deficiency in the premises or to otherwise claim that the property has been represented to him/her either by Landlord or Agent".Unfortunately, as renters and pre-payors of the rental unit, we were unable to exercise or enforce this contractural right because Bethany Area Realty LLC. required a final payment four (4weeks in advance without an on-site inspection of the property. We had absolutely no leverage when we arrived regarding the conditions of the property.I was additionally legally threatened via a letter/email by Ms. Raskauskas namesake (Mr. Joseph Raskaukas who is an attorney that represents her businessstating that any bad reviews on social media would be dealt with and he had remedies for libel and slander. Additionally, he threatened that if I attempted to reverse any credit card charges he would immediately file a lawsuit. Renter Beware!!!

After my first meeting with Ann I knew she was the right agent .Not only a true professional but also a honest caring person. Although the settlement was difficult at times (no fault Annsshe kept us informed at all times.I would highly recommend Ann. Thank you so much Ann

Very unprofessional the owner and the people in the office.Very rude i wouldnt suggest anyone to rent from them..They really dont deserve 1 star
