The service and parts department go above and beyond!My Ram 1500 Broke Down about a mile away from the dealership. To top it all off I was towing a 7x16 Enclosed Cargo trailer.What happened was my Columm Shifter Broke!! So I couldn’t even shift it into any gears..It was 4:48 PM and I called the Big Rapids Dodge Dealership and I got connected to “JOSH” Josh is the Part Department Manager. I told Josh my situation and he was able to order in the bracket that holds the shifter.He then offered to come pick up my 7x16 Enclosed Cargo Trailer and tow it back to the Dealership. To which I accepted. So Josh pretty much saved me from a mountain of stress.Josh was able to get the shifter bracket the next day! In the morning!He then talked to the Service Department Manager “AARON”Aaron made sure my truck was fixed within 30 minutes of the part arriving.I am now back on the road and very grateful to of met these gentlemen.I would like them to be recognized because Josh and Aaron really did go out of their way to help me.

Both the Chriss that we dealt with were very nice and very helpful. If u have bad credit and need a vehicle I would recommend them because they will work with u!!!

I took my vehicle here to get worked on. I tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone in the service department or calls back. He sent me a text message that said they were waiting to hear back from my warranty company. So I called the warranty company and was told they called the service department 7 times in the last week and couldnt get a hold of anyone. The guy in the service department with the ponytail will be sitting next to the phone while its ringing and not even answer it. Worst service I have ever received.

Very un organized people dont pay attention to people when you make the appointment what needs looked at on car..Went to pick up my keys and no paperwork or anything was done yet..Never again will we go back.

Decided to upgrade my F150 last week, found a great deal on a F250 at Betten Baker of Big Rapids. Josh was great person to work with and got everything processed. I would highly recommend anyone to go see him.

Sales and finance people were good but I feel like as usual with any dealership its all about the sale and not the quality of the vehicle. Not even two months after buying a vehicle we have to put in $1600 into it. I realize a used vehicle is always a gamble, but come on two months? Not okay. And theyre crazy expensive to just get a diagnostic on the vehicle. The least they could do is work with a customer who just spent a ton on a vehicle from them and look at it. Safe to say we will not be a returning customer nor would we recommend.

Rob was absolutely amazing to us! We had to take both our girls who are both under two and they were so accommodating and didnt mind them running around like crazy or yelling. They have called a few times after to check in and make sure everything is going great and that I love our new van and I do so much!! So far so good with the car I bought. No real pressure for sales BUT will rip you off on your trade in so do that somewhere else. Thought maybe I just didn’t know what I was doing but have talked to a few others that had the same thing

This dealership service is the worst I’ve ever had.Van went in for 60k maintenance . Transmission flush and front brakes( but I asked for all brakes to be checked). 2 days later there was transmission fluid all over my driveway . Took van back in and they repaired the leak. 6 months and 9k miles later the rear brakes went out and it cost $1200 to fix. I have moved so I called to speak with the service manager. Was told thier phones were out…. Same story I was told 6 months earlier. Left a VM , but got no call back. I would avoid Betten Baker at all cost if you need reliable vehicle repair

Very happy with Josh and better baker in big rapids. Was very helpful with us buying our new truck and he even sent a video to show us what it looked like before we arrived at the dealership.

Even though Robb didn’t have the car my son was looking for, he made the effort and tried! He made sure he kept contact with him and was always just a phone call away. My son “finally” found what he was looking for and made the purchase from another dealership, but he become a Dodge owner! Robb was very helpful even when he wasn’t sure he was going to make a sale or not. That’s customer service and unfortunately you don’t see that very much anymore.

My husband and I happened to be in Big Rapids (we live in Grand Rapidsand we were going to "start" looking for a new vehicle. We told Josh right upfront that he was our first stop. I walked in to Better Baker to find a vehicle to replace a 31 year old Mazda that was on its last legs. Jessy came out to show me around. He was very polite and was very helpful. I bought a Jeep and an loving it. I found out that the drivers back door wouldnt open from the outside but would from the inside. I got ahold of Jessy and he set up an appointment to have it checked out. It was just a connecting rod for the handle. Havent had any problems with my Jeep since. Better Baker people are a great bunch of people to work with when you need to get a new or used vehicle!

Went to this Dealership of which was 45 minutes away as they were the only ones with the Jeep my wife wanted in the color she wanted. Was very impressed on how friendly the staff was and was extremely impressed on how much they worked to get us the Jeep she wanted at the price she could afford. Specially since we left the Dealership after test driving the jeep falling in love with it, and finding out it was out of our reach. 2 days later we get a Call from Josh telling us they worked out a deal and can get us the Jeep at the price we wanted. Robb G. Does everything in his power to get you what you want in a vehicle and what you are looking for In a vehicle. Very outgoing, caring and kind person. Really not your average car dealer. I have nothing but good things to say about Robb G at Betten Baker. Unlike many salesman, Robb was never pushy nor tried to get me to settle on anything just to make a sale. He took his time and risked losing me to another dealership but he was so interested in making sure i found what i wanted, whether it was today, or in this case months later. I appreciate the idea he wasnt just trying to make a few bucks and didnt try to sell me whatever was in stock. I stopped in for an oil change and a tire rotation on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler that I purchased here new (from Phil Currieand decided to take a stroll around the previously owned section while the work was completed. A salesman (Josh Bellgowancame right out to ask if I needed any help. He answered all of the questions I had and offered up complete transparency about each vehicle! We ended up buying one that he suggested I take a look at that wasnt even on my radar. Josh was amazing at having the details completed and getting the keys in my hands to drive it home! I recommend Betten Baker for new and previously owned vehicles, their staff cant be beat!

We have been servicing our Challenger with Betten Baker in Big Rapids since it was new. Oil Changes, Maintenance, all had been good until we brought it in for an actual issue. They couldnt diagnose the complaint the first time, nor did they have loaners when we called and asked to schedule. We brought it back again, without a loaner of course, and said they couldnt diagnose it but ordered parts for the concern that they thought would fix it. This was months and months ago and we havent gotten a single call saying that the part was in. We call parts and service and get nothing but voicemail and no call back. This issue was warranty and well within the 3/36k, but now its been so long that the vehicle is almost out of warranty and still the problem persists to the point the vehicle isnt safe to drive. We are now trailering it an hour away to have it serviced before the warranty runs out at another dealer who scheduled us with a loaner and actually answers the phone. We will no longer be servicing any of our vehicles or family members vehicles with Betten Baker in Big Rapids. Such a disappointing experience. Stay clear of this CDJR dealer, make the drive to somewhere else that actually wants to help you.
