Bad Customers services. Plus no Restroom! I had to leave cause my little one had to go. I used to love to shop here now its garbage.

They didnt have what I needed but stii a decent store

Got in, tried on shoes, and got out within 10 minutes with an excellent price on some New Balance running shoes. No line. Helpful associate got me shoes from the back to try on immediately. Taking my son back later for shoes for him.

They were out of my size shoe I looked on line before I left and they said they had them

Bought a canopy and had an issue they allowed me to return it for another no problem.

This store doesn’t carry dickies brand, but when you search it on google it says they have it.. when need searching for dickies brand on google it should be taken away and not come up as if the store is carrying the brand.. waste of time driving to this store..

Everything was super easy to find and not too expensive. This is where i have gone for the last three years to get cleats.

Went looking for a toddler baseball hat for my niece, no such luck. You know what they did have though? The most adorable wooden mini baseball bats. I bought enough to make personalized bats for my niece & nephew and all the guys in my life for Fathers Day. They were a hit!!!!The store wasnt cfrowded, I had ni waiting in line and the cashier was super friendly.

I love this place for shoe shopping the prices can not be beat. Everything from winter water proof work boots to my every shoes freaking awesome! Stayed the same

The employee that helped me was attentive and brought me out the running shoes I wanted to try on. They were a perfect fit and at a reasonable price. I also like the coupons Big 5 sends out occasionally with discounts and have been pleased with all of the shoes I buy here.

Its Big 5. Simple as that. Nice store to get workout shoes for cheap. Weights, ammo and other miscellaneous stuff. Staff are very helpful. Other then the cashier. She didnt seem very happy to very there sitting on her stoll.

Theclothes are way to expensive for me!! No restroom I dont know how they get away with that. Not a good vibe

Always pretty empty in here so the staff seem to work one on one with you to find what you need. They have okay prices, and a variety of things.

Wide variety of games outdoor sports winter sports fishing hunting place is pretty cool in the staff seems to be knowledgeable and nice would recommend it and if you have any issues like Ive had with stuff that you get there like for instance the baseball gloves it returns are fairly simple and its good place

No in store coupons anymore and no bathroom! Get over Covid for heavens sake people! If you want me to buy from your store then provide me with a bathroom instead of offering the Home Depot and others to take that BURDEN FROM YOU!!!!

The only place to find a kidde pool nowadays. They have plenty and theyre only 13 bucks each with a choice of colors. Picked up a couple for Rudy our border collie.

Great prices on basic stuff that gets the job done. Definitely not the highest quality stuff, but we dont always need the highest priced and highest quality stuff. Big 5 is a critical store, and Ill never stop shopping there for most sporting goods.

They had some really great deals on shoes today so Im definitely happy with that. If you need shoes Id say get on it now. I picked up a pair of New Balance for $15. Other than that everybody seemed friendly and willing to help and thats always nice as well.

Horrible service. If they werent they only store with the required item I would shop elsewhere. Do not recommend unless you want to be dealing with horrible customer service.

The store is very packed and hard to navigate. Some stuff is easy to find and get to but other things are just too hidden or jammed together. The employees were ok, some seemed bothered to help me but others were friendly.

Always greeting you when you walk in. Clean and well inventory. Variety of fitness and seasonal and year round accessories. One of my favorite stores to shop for me and for gifts for my family and friends.

They had little kid size 8 soccer cleats! Exactly what we needed. Sales associate was super friendly and helpful.

Didnt have what I was looking for in store. They got a good selection to look at, but I feel they could have more. Service there is okay, but could use a little work. Im sure Ill stop there again down the road.

Love this big 5. They have a great selection and Ive never gone and been disappointed when I was looking for something. they are requiring you to wear masks right now just as a heads up.

No complaints. Its a discount sporting goods store, so they maximize their use of floor space which makes the store feel cramped. But that also (ostensiblyallows them to charge a little less for their merchandise. The staff when I visited were attentive and courteous. When I was ready to check out the cashier was out on the floor helping another customer. But when I found her and let her know I was ready she politely disengaged from the other customer and promptly came to ring me up. Id be happy to shop here again.

Got some hiking boots they are nice but not waterproof like it says which has nothing to do with the help I received the employee was very helpful and answered my questions to the best of her ability.

Great selection of gear. Picked up some new shoes and a winter hat . They have awesome email coupons, but they expire in a day or a few days. Please give me a few more days to use them.

The two gentleman working up front didnt even realize anyone walked in the door. Not so much as even glanced my direction. However I did have two friendly employees in the shoe department. Managers are doing a poor job and plenty of ADA violations with floor displays. The only reason Im giving four instead of three is the lady working in shoes was very helpful.

The customer service was exceptional on my current visit. Every item but one that I wanted to look at was there. The young gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable of products and product location. It was a good visit to Big 5.

The store had some good sales going on and you can sign up for their weekly ads for some great bargains. Last month, I went there to but some winter boots that I found on their website and the only other place I could find them was online. I went there to check them out and they had nothing close to what I had seen on the site so you might want to call before you race down there for something on their site. I ended up finding something else and theyre fine for me and cheaper than the ones I wanted so at least I saved a little money. So the store, the sale prices and selection, deserve 5 stars. The customer service was just ok. There were more employees than customers and we still found it difficult to find help but that wasnt a huge problem. It was my first time there but I would definitely go back.

Amazing store, fantastic products! Just one thing. It would be great if they had extended sizes for us "bigger than average folks". I could shop in this place constantly if bigger sizes were available!

Big 5 Sporting Goods has always been one of my favorite places to buy my shoes and hiking boots it seems that they always have sales and you can always find a good deal. They have always had a person there to help you find the sizes that you need and make sure your shoe fits you right. I have also found several other things there like binoculars or kayaking paddles or fishing supplies pool table supplies they have quite the variety in such a small store I will always go there first when Im looking for something in the Williams Sporting Goods

We go here to get everything we need for my kids soccer equipment. They are fairly well stocked and if you shop the sales and/or use coupons, you can get a decent deal here. We did recently discover, however, that they do not carry adult XL shin guards with ankle guard. We needed to order them from Amazon and paid $6 more than the shin guard prices at Big 5.

Took employees forever to help me even though i was standing by the knives for 20 min and could hear employees talking in the back room right where i was. Place is so cluttered and jammed you can barely walk arround or even look at anything. Prices way high for quality of goods. Wont go again

Tons of sizes even when it was the night before first soccer games for SWATs whole league. Everyone and their dog was there getting youth soccer cleats. They still had several styles to pick from. Reasonably priced. Not a huge bargain, but better than Walmart stuff.

Superb. Young man named Jared helped us with the one day saleHe was great. His store did have the sleeping bags so called another store and put them on holdStore looks clean and organized. Only suggestion I have is to get more items priced.

Great sales and excellent service. The poor sales clerks had to work extra hard as my boys had a hard time choosing what shoes they wanted. I was impressed with the kindness they showed no matter how many times we sent them to the back looking for our shoe sizes.

The staff was very helpful, the store was very clean and the selection exceeded our expectations. We were shopping for a specific day hiking pack since our previous pack finally failed and had visited 3 other outdoor stores to no avail. We have used enough backpacks for hiking we knew exactly the features we wanted and did not want. This store had 3 packs with the features we were looking for and one specifically had an additional features we know wed use but werent looking for (bonus feature).Bathrooms were clean, but they have to keep them locked (society issue, not a Big 5 issue).

One of the last retail sporting goods stores, not as big as Oshmans but they had a great sale on Nike shoes. Some things, like making sure your shoes fit, are just better in the store vs. online.

Bought a pair of New Balance on sale, didnt have my size. Called me that afternoon to tell me they had it sent up from another store. Great price and great service.😀

Big 5 has a bit of everything as far as sporting goods go, Ive been able to pick up hunting and fishing licenses, ammo and lures to ski/snowmobile gloves and sleeping bags to give the kids for Christmas. Not a huge store, but they pack it in quite well and theyll have mostly mid-grade items, and cheap where is ok and near high quality where you might want it.

Great store and friendly staff. I would definitely shop here again.

High prices and rude clerksItem I went in to purchase was 3 xs the amount of same item at Macys. When asked if they price matched both clerks turned their backs to me and another customer looked at them like are you going to answer her? I asked again louder and they still ignored me. Customer nodded to one in my direction like hello? answer her! So the one with long hair slowly turned around and said with a smirk 😏 No we dont.

We were in a hurry and knew the sizes we needed for 2 pairs of roller blades. We waited for about 5 min before i went and asked for help once more. Nothing. I stopped an employee on his way up to the front. He started to help with the first pair and said he would send somone else over for the other pair because he was on lunch break. We waited about 4 more minutes, nothing. We just left.There were 3 people up at the register during this time. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I can find what I go in for. The lay out works well. It is reasonably priced. I buy my kids shoes from here and they last longer than when I get them from some shoe stores. They have good quality for the price.
