Big Lots in Yavapai County

Incompetent cashiers. Took the manager to correctly enter my email to find my rewards account AFTER the other two old hags runnin the registers argued with me and caused a huge scene. Ridiculous! The manager was pleasant and quick.

Not much in the store anymore. Downsized so much. Cashier was really good though

Very displeased with the actions of Sab, one of the workers. We came in to look for furniture and had a question, and another worker tried to help us but couldnt. Sab treated the worker rudely when he asked Sab a question to be able to help us, and sent him away. Then, instead of acknowledging us, whether it be to help us to to just say hell be with us soon, he turned to a girl and started helping her start a job application, after we had already been there before her seeking assistance for awhile. After a long time of waiting, we just left. Not only did Sab treat us as customers terribly, but he treats other employees terribly. I hope that girl looking for a job application looks elsewhere, I wouldnt want to work with him as my boss. He needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Tonight’s shopping experience might have been the worst retail experience in my lifetime. The closing person, Sab should not interact with customers or fellow employees. I would terminate his employment immediately.

Nice, clean store. Pricing is lower than Amazon and Wal-Mart about 80% of the time.

Prices have gotten high! They used to have a better selection of baked products from other countries, not so much now. Also a larger selection of teas.

I went into Big Lots while I was waiting for my brother and discovered many good deals and I took part in those deals and I would recommend that store to everyone and its a good place for people who are handicap and Disabled and the employees helped me find what I was looking for, Thank you Big Lots, A new customer, ELA.

Alway something new to see at big lots and cant beat the prices

It was so freaking awesome I went in there and every shelf had something on it . there was food ,furniture, there was electronics they even had rugs. unbelievable

Big lots has a lot of great outdoor decorations for your yard and patio. Be prepared to spend some time here.

I didnt have anything I came in for. I was in multiple departments no spoke to me or offered me any help.

Specifically called to find out if they had a mattress and the kids like yeah we have it and Im like really I said you know which mattress I want He said I guess Id better check and I said I would appreciate it I live over an hour away he goes yep we have several low and behold by the time we got there they didnt have any

Tried to buy a sofa . They refused to sell it because it was the display model. If I ordered it I would have to wait 2 or 3 months

My first time in a Big Lots in years . The store is unique with the items they sell . Surprises everywhere.

Ive shopped Big Lots for many years and this store has higher prices than any Ive been in, not sure if its due to COVID or??? Woman at the check out asked if I found everything I needed. I replied no I was looking for furniture but the prices were way too high in their store. She acted upset and with major attitude said, "Sorry we couldnt accommodate you." If you dont want the truth, dont ask the question! That was definitely not a customer friendly way to respond! Hence the minus 2 stars! Otherwise, its an ok place to get a few items.

Very friendly staff, clean store and great music. Not to mention the lowest prices in the area! I like how the store is organized and easy to find what youre looking for. Definitely sign up for their rewards to get even better discounts. Only downside is the parking lot because of the crazy drivers zooming by.

Friendly staff which is a rarity for Big Lots. Decent selection, some times they have empty shelves. Overall worth a visit.

I purchased a sofa and mattress from this store earlier this month. Mattress feels nothing like the one I laid on at the store, and the couch is a different color and the back isnt near as firm as the one at the store. I paid $85 for delivery plus $35 to haul away old stuff- all manager will do is exchange the couch for one that is the right color, at my expense of $85 for delivery. What a joke this place is. Will contact corporate and the credit card company.

Lots of Christmas tree options! And good savings. I dont shop here much but it fulfilled my tree need this year. We missed the tags to get our own so we decided to buy fake this year. The cashmere tree is pretty decent. They had four different size options: 5ft, 6ft, 7ft and 7.5ft

Really clean store everything is neat and organized and they have great deals on Christmas decor and furniture in fact Im buying my Christmas tree from big lots this year

Prescott Big lots is the best Big lots stores ever visited in Phoenix or Flagstaff clean and stocked. Great place to go and you know that they will have it in stock

Theyll get a higher rating when Athey get some stock in on things I like to buy there, Bthey turn on their air conditioning, and Cthey stop requiring shoppers to wear masks. Until then, Ill be taking my business elsewhere. However, the staff is as friendly and helpful as always andthe store is clean, so theres that.

Its ok, but no great shakes. It used to be better, when they had a craft section with all kinds of scrap book and art supplies.

I have never ran into a manager that will not honor sale price on a product when its in the wrong area. Not like someone laid it down in that area. There were loads of them. Usually, like all the other stores they will give you the sale price then move the product out of the area. No, not this manager. He said sorry cant honor it. He needs a class in customers service. Im not going to shop there

I bought a new bed, sofa, 2 chairs, snacks, food, dog food...there is nothing they dont have. And if you cant find what youre looking for, wait a few days and go back.

I have had good customer service in the past, but the customer service at this Big Lots in spectacular! We didn’t even have to ask for help loading up two couches, two recliners, and an ottoman. They did it regardless. They definitely deserve a major kudos for their amazing customer service. I know I appreciated the extra help.

Dollar Store quality products. Good place if you dont mind something not lasting long (1 time use for example and dont want to spend alot.

Store was low or out of a lot of products. Couple of people who worked there, walked right by me and Im sure saw how perplexed i looked, but just blew me off. Big Lots never really has had good reputation for being friendly/helpful.

I will not be back to this store. I honestly used to like coming here because I could get in and get out with what I want and have a good interaction with employees overall. Customer service was not great and has been going down hill, I was thinking it was due to the rush of the holidays but tonight ok a turn and my kids where chastised by an employee in front of other customers. God forbid you have the decency to just talk to someone like a person. Great job big lots with your superb hiring capabilities! Customer service is an experience and what keeps people returning to your store.

scary! a two-year-old toddler was injured by a piece of metal furniture that was sticking out into an aisle at toddler eye level...and the employees and the manager were very nonchalant about getting help for the baby. This store is so small that its a joke, really!
