Love the shake and tea combo for $9. Everything always tastes amazing and you feel refreshed after! Employees are knowledgeable on what they have and give good recommendations.

BRN is such a wonderful club! The owners are absolutely amazing and it is a highlight of my week to stop in for a shake/tea combo. Erica and Sierra have created such a warm atmosphere that makes you feel super comfortable and they are so smart in what they do. They are community driven and BR is lucky to have them! 😊

I have been coming to this place since last fall and have always felt welcomed and at home when I’m here. When Shuan and Lexi left and the new owners Erika and Sierra came in I will admit I was a bit skeptical because I got so used to seeing the same people everyday, but they were so sweet and always tried to make conversation with me and my friends and I have become a regular with them since. I highly recommend this place to anyone in town and loves health and wellness! Also the shakes and teas are to die for!

yesterday, my friend and i decided to try the big rapids nutrition store for the first time. we go in to order, and the order form has a spot for our first and last name, number, and email, along with the options of what to order. we order, pay, and leave. a couple hours later, we get a strange text from an unknown number saying we had hit his car.According to the man, whom we later finds out is a business owner on the same street, there was an accident right outside of big rapids nutrition around the time we were there. The man also stated that workers at big rapids nutrition took it upon themselves to go out to tell him that they thought we were the ones who hit his truck, and gave him our personal contact information from our order sheet without our knowledge. They did not witness us do anything, other than give them our business for the first and last time.After the police department later looked at street footage, we were ruled out to have anything to do with the accident.This incident made both my friend and I feel very unsafe. We were contacted by a man whom we did not know, because a business gave out our information that we gave them for business intentions only. Giving our information to the police if they truly felt we were involved is one thing.Unfortunately due to the actions of this business, I have felt unsafe, anxious, and disappointed. This man could have been anybody, or could have reacted differently, trying to retaliate against us, thinking it was us who caused damage to his vehicle. Sad at how unprofessional this business acted.

Absolutely love this protein booster shop. Must try Blueberry Cheese 🧀, 240 calories, 24 grams of protein, and 9 grams of sugar. Downtown Big Rapids this is a must stop 🚫. Smoothie Love ❤️ !
