Terrible service absolutely worst bartenders ever. No one greeted us let alone offer to take an order they turned their back to us, sat down on the ice chest and when approached to ask for a menu gave an attitude then returned to ignoring us.

Mixed bag. Food was ok. Staff was ok. Drinks were limited. Not bad. Just not great.

I gave it 3 stars cuz the food was good but service wasn’t great… good for the bar not dining in

Normally I like this line of Big woods but this one in particular is the worst of the worst. Lousy and mediocre service, bad tasting food and not very cold beer. Anyway, I know why the parking lot is always empty.

Service was actually very helpful and food was awesome.

Stopped before our motorcycle ride thinking we would be there for maybe 20 minutes. Waited just over an hour for 2 slices of pizza and 2 beers! Some other busines will get our busines next time. If we were just hanging out having a few beers and waited half hour 40 minutes kewl whatever. Waitresses/ bartenders were very nice, I understand they had nothing to do with the kitchen. Still will go but not before a ride.

Woodys has the best cheesesteaks around for sure! From 1 to 10 they are definitely a 10+

This business needs to update their website. Pickup orders are always sent to a different location. Not cool other then that yah 👍🏾

I never got 2 liter Pepsi. I asked for Xtra salsa and sour cream. I didnt either one in the order at all. There was no bay seasoning on fries as requested and the rare burger ( if its real meat is as hard as a hockey puck. Very , very disappointed never again.

Great place to meet with other motorcycle riders. Cold beer and outside seating. Good environment.

This the second time I have order from this place and have received dough with topping. The first time I thought it was a fluke so wanted to give them another shot. Tonight received both pizzas in the boxes that look like they where sitting on a wet counter went to pull a slice of pizza out and it was pretty much dough. With topping. I won’t be returning. To this place.

Very unprofessional. Made an online order and waited over an hour before calling in. I was told after I called, that they didnt have anyone available to make deliveries. I had to cancel my order. No one called to notify me as to what the reason for the delay was.

Wooddy 4th st south Allentown .. 2 pizza waiting 3 hours. When you call the manager. He is in the bathroom. Luis that his name Manager nottt..good at all. Not recommended this places. No discount at all.Even you wait 3hours

The last two times I ordered pizza it was burnt it’s a new year I figured I’d give em another shot why oh why did I do that not only did the delivery driver forget my pizza and only shows up with my wings from the special but it gets better they’re not the right wings so I call and ask why did I only receive the wrong wings and no pizza she says oh he forgot he’ll be right back and I said they’re boneless when we spoke with an attitude. Rather than start going back and forth I said ok and hung up 20 mins and still no pizza this is the worse place in town I recommend anywhere but here

Meh. Food was below to mid average. Only ones eating... And can see why. Long time for food to arrive. Definitely seems like a fine place to sit at the bar and drink. Only go for food as last option though.

The bartender was so nice, courteous, attended, and friendly! You can get all kinds of food, watch whatever is on pay-per-view, and indulge on whatever you are looking to drink. Cant beat Big Woodys!

My friends and I ordered from them tonight. We waited for over two hours and they did not deliver the food. We called and spoke with someone to follow up and they gave the impression the driver was on the way. He never came and they stopped answering the phone. We are completely disappointed overall from the service and lack of consideration from Big woodys. This is the second time this occurred and we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Definitely needs a revamp. Front of house is NOT inviting,but cramped.Trash not emptied in front and just stank of weed.Pizzas still good though.Just please update and they will come...lol

They had us sit, after like 10 minutes we was standing there. We was a party of 15. There was like 3 servers at the bar saw us come in and didnt say anything to us. They all sat down and began talking to each other, so I had to ask are we supposed to sit on our own?? And the 1 girl said sure where ever you like. So we sat, got our drinks 14 mins later. And the server went ghost on us. Kids were hungry and getting desperate, so we waited and waited 45 mins later we are still sitting and still no order was taken. And I decided to get up and pay for the drinks with the 1 girl at the bar. The servers comes out of some back room and asked if we was ready to order. After half of us was walking out the door!!!I do not like giving bad reviews at all, but the service was horrible!!! Not sure was going on. Seems like they dont care anymore. Woodys was never like this back in the early 2000s. Love the 1 on Hanover Ave. I use to live next to it.

Horrible service.waitress was almost all the time in the cellphone, bathroom, some one else come and ask if we need another drink.food..Definitely not recommend this place 😕 😒 and we wont coming back anymore

Food was good but service was slow even though there was a few people there. I only had the two slices of pizza. I loved to give place 5 stars but the service could have been better.

Their food used to be amazing but now, its a cheap replica of what it used to be. Their pizzas are inconsistent at best. One time youd get good pizza, the other it would be burnt and the other time it would be mishaped. Its the luck of the draw but what is far worse for me is that they are skimping on ingredients. Dont order a chicken salad if youre hoping to see a nice price of chicken in it. Youll get what feels like crums.

Usually a good experience, however, they ocasonally will dodge calls and put you on hold for 40min. Only to pick up at 1:31 to tell you they dont do deliveries after 1:30. Like if you dont wanna do deliveries after 12:30 then just make it that way. And have the decency to tell somone they should order from somone else coz you dont feel like filling orders tonight.

WORST delivery service in town. The food is fine but definitely not worth what you pay or the 3 hour wait you’ll endure to get it. I’ve ordered from this place twice and both times it took over 3 hours to arrive. The second time the delivery guy left it at the wrong apartment in the wrong apartment building. Fortunately the neighbors were nice enough to walk it over and enlighten everyone on how terrible the service is. If you’ve got a lot of time and disposable income, go for it. If you don’t? Stay FAR away.

Great pizza and beer selection.They keep it real on toppings and the cheese is legit.Wings and Strombolis also very good. Big value and primo taste.I dont always order pizza, but when i do its from here with a side of wings and a 40 oz.

This location has always been terrible. Placed an online order @8:47pm, noticed instead of the usual Hamilton St location, it went to S. 4th, red flag. I called at 10:07pm to get an estimated time on delivery, wasImmediately put on hold for 9mins, lol. Was told my order was out for delivery. I live 5mins away. Called back at 10:46pm, was on hold for 13 mins. I hung up and called back 6 times in a row, each time them tell me to hold while I’m trying to speak over them. 11:05pm told them I want to cancel my order and want a refund. He said he would process it. Order was $29.41 total, they charged my card $33.74 & $35.29!I was a restaurant manager for 13yrs, this is unacceptable.-They need new management and crew.-Unprofessional to place customers on hold longer then 3 mins.-Not only does food quality diminishes when delivered, it becomes very unsafe to consume if not kept at safe temp.Been a customer for 28yrs. I have had way too many issues at this location. Unfortunately you do not care that you have lost a customer.

Our waitress got us drinks and never returned to the table. She never brought our food to the table or asked if we wanted more drinks. How is this place still open? The 1 star rating is too high even. Do better!

I ordered the tuesday special 3 large cheese pie for $17.99.. I added toppings ask for 1 cheese 1 pepperoni and 1 bacon.. each topping is $2.49 additional and I was charged $22.97 + tax ($24.35picked up .. but got home to 1 pepperoni and 2 cheese 😡 called to let them know and they told me to bring back 1 cheese pie which I found that idea discussing because how many times have they done this to other customers. For what?? do they resale it?? I didnt want to head back tired for work, so I asked for a credit. Girl puts me on hold because shes going to ask the manager but hung up on me. I called back and it kept going to their voice promotions. 3rd try a guy puts me on hold.. no credit was given to me very unhappy customer.. plus they have a sign for you to wear your mask but NO employee has them on.. Horrible management! I’ve had enough of, 1841 S 4th location. I have been ordering from this location for a long time. There’s not many other restaurant options around that I know of.Every time I order from this big woodys there is an issue, (i.e.missing items. When I call in to complain, there’s never any apologies and then I have to wait another half hour/hour to get the rest of my food order.I decided to order from them yet again on 04/29 and my order wasn’t complete. Called in to complain about my order having missing items and also proceeded to complain that this happens every time I order from them. I received radio silence from the girl on the other end! No apologies no nothing!I’m done! They will never get my money again! No class and bad management!

This place has turned into a "hood" type if place, when i go in, the place is empty, service used to be good, but it dropped off pretty much, the food is normally normally pretty good but tonight i went in and ordered the texas burger came with fries it was still good as always, but i also ordered an order of garlic knots.. bad idea, they were burnt and dry and overcooked! The quality has really been dropping off. I dont think they will be at this location much longer.

Very stinky place. The pizza is so ugly and not even cooked. It looks so disgusting.

Service is the WORST. Gave them a couple chances over the years because food is decent and place is convenient but never again. They dont care about the customer unless youre a regular. No clue how to run a real restaurant. Get used to an empty glass when its not even crowded.

Terrible food and terrible service.The worker I dealt with was extremely rude and definitely seemed under the influence on something. The pizza sauce is disgusting and they barely dust the cheese over top, even though I ordered extra cheese & light sauce. The wings were more like chicken jerky instead of actual chicken.First and definitely LAST time getting food here.

Seems it doesnt matter if you go there and order to go or if you call it in you are still gonna wait for your food there for 30 minutes. I always call in the order wait the time they tell me to and when I drive there.... I still sit for another 30 minutes or more. So my pizza apparently took an hr to cook tonight? The pizza is good so I gave 2 stars. But I am not going to go there for a to go order anymore.

Today we ordered from Big Woodys. My 11 year old niece came for a visit and I was telling her we were going to order from them tonight. My husband and I have been in this area for 4 months now and have always had a great experience and loved the food .Today not so much. The order was wrong and EVERYTHING was over fried and dried out .I thought that by calling and speaking with a manager I would have been offered some kind of discount on my next order. NOT!!!!! Thanks for nothing .

It took an hour and 45 minutes to get a drink during the fight, ordered it 3 times during that time, and then they tried to charge me twice for that one drink. The one waitress said she kept entering the order and people at the bar were stealing it, the other claimed she was not charging me after the wait. Used to like this place for the fights, but after this.... forget it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Slow very slow. Was the for little over a hour and only got 3 beers in that time frame. Not because my beer wasnt empty but because they are slow. Waited 10 to 15 minuets after my beer was empty. And waited a half hour for nachos after ordering them. Because u no they are hard to throw on a plate.. Thos place sucks..

The bar is spacious and the food is delicious at great prices. Each day has a special food menu. Not the best TVS, but lots of fun with the patrons watching the football games☺

Gross, gross, gross. Starting the dining experience with a rude hostess who seemed peeved we even arrived. Establishment smelt of something distasteful. Took forever to order.My burger was tasteless with a stale bun and flavorless fries.If I could this would be a no star review.To end the review on a more negative note, The lady we had as a waiter was trash all around. Didnt know someone could be so terrible at there job but there it is.

Ordered online, process was simple but waited almost an hour for my food to come. I called to make sure my order had gone through and all the guy on the phone said was " it should be there any sec", after 10 more minutes of waiting the delivery guy arrived. Pizza was cold and poorly cut. Delivery boy looked like he had no clue of what was going on.

The worst service and wait weve ever had. The place was less than half capacity, server took ten minutes to get to the table, our soft drinks took 20 minutes to come out and two beers took 25 minutes. The server took our order after the 25 minute wait and the first appetizer came out an hour and 5 minutes from when we arrived. Our party got up and left without question from any employee. No manager was to be found.

Beware. Always read reviews! Placed and online order at 6:02pm, was not delivered until 7:40pm, I live 3miles away, but didnt think that was unreasonable because it was a Saturday. All the food was cold and soggy, you can tell the food was made, put in the styrofoam containers and closed, sitting around. Pizza was also cold and soggy. Ate some of it, got sick. Very disappointing for a almost $60 order from a place a few miles away. Will not order again.

Ive had a good experience every time I dine in. Great food, good service. and a fun environment. I only had one issue at take out where a new crew screwed up my order. However the next day manager remade my order and delivered it at no cost. I will remain a customer no one is perfect but when mistakes are made how they are handled is key. Woodys is on speed dial for me and my family when we want to order out.
