The customer service is lacking. They take your premiums but do little to help you. I asked for a letter stating our homeowners insurance covered my daughter renting. I was told they would get it. Three years later I still haven’t seen it. They put full coverage on a old vehicle we did not request. We asked for reimbursement but haven’t seen a thing. We just get the run around. Now we are trying to get help collecting on an accident caused by another party. No help whatsoever. We will have to hire a lawyer. Insurance customers do not seem to matter. Maybe they are helpful if you have financial planning issues.

We have been dealing with Bill for several years. Bill and his staff have been some of the most helpful and reliable people our family have ever dealt with. Country Companies is lucky to have such a staff representing them.

Unfortunately, Bill Dean is one of the most untrustworthy insurance agents I have ever used. Hes more than willing to take your premium, and then provides zero customer service. He takes weeks to respond to questions and then gets angry with you when you ask simple questions (once he already has your money). We have a complaint filed against him already.
