I had the absolutely worst experience of my life here. We came here to have my late grandmother’s final taxes done because this is where she used to go. The woman at the front desk kept talking over me, wouldn’t let me say a word, and was so rude the entire time. They also had our paper work for 12 days and never touched it. We had to get them done by someone else ultimately.
