Two Plumbers showed up 20 mins. Early. Assessed the problem. Went to the local store to get the part I needed. They fixed the leak. Only took a couple of hrs. They were very professional.

Showed up on time to give estimate.I am still waiting for city auctions to acquire property to install sewer line. The plumber they sent was very professional and knowledgeable. A huge plus was the fact that all their employees were fully vaccinated, and our plumber happily complied with all our requests for masking and distancing.

They work as a professional team and they really went out of their way for us! They followed up more than once on seeing that everything was correct and in working order to our satisfaction. In addition, once they were done they cleaned up after themselves where as if you had no idea they were ever here doing a job. David, one of the team leaders also was instrumental in helping us resolve a bit of damage issue which accidentally occurred during the service. That goes a long way with us and shows just how professional they are. They are first on our list for any future plumbing needs we may have.

My experience with Bisbee Plumbing was very good! They always came on time to do the repair or whatever we needed! They dug a new line to the street from the back of our house to replace old plumbing! Did a fantastic job! They were very polite and Very reasonably priced! I would recommend them to anyone!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Salvador responded quickly to a major emergency situation (the old sewer line leading downhill from our home had burst just above our downhill neighborand did a very professional job repairing and rebuilding it. This was especially impressive considering he was attempting to perform the work in the midst of a huge kerfuffle caused by a landowner of a strip of vacant property in between our home and the neighbors (the resulting delay adding considerably to the bill, but that was no fault of Bisbee Plumbing). In addition to impressive skills as a plumber, Salvador also has diplomatic skills one doesnt often see these days. There may be other competent plumbers around, but we wouldnt consider using anyone else.

Bisbee plumbing has been a benefit to our home. From the professionalism on the phone to the skill of their staff providing their service. They are personable, reliable and skilled in the service they provide. They have done several jobs for us and we are never disappointed.

Bisbee Plumbing a family owned and operated business, where thoroughly professional. When they scheduled appointment times they stuck to them and showed up on time... Being that my home is listed both on the State and National Historic registry, they understood the need to maintain structural integrity and worked with me in dealing with my Home Warranty Company, whom insisted on tearing through walls and original wood flooring to find numerous leaks... The staff at Bisbee Plumbing provided a detai plan to mitigate any great damage which could have run in the 10s of thousands of dollars to restore my house to its original condition... They instead devised a plan to replace the leaking gas lines in their entirety with minimal damage and they didnt close out the invoice until both the City of Bisbee Building inspector and the Gas Company approved the repairs... They are extremely courteous and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing done!

Such a great company to do business with. They did a lot of work for us. They installed new toilets, new faucets, new shower hardware and a new whole house water filtration system. I couldnt of asked for better service. These guys will now be on my Christmas Card list.

They came to look at my stove to make sure it was properly converted from natural gas to propane. The technician was very kind and called me to let me know he was going to be late. That doesn’t sound like a big deal, but I’ve dealt with a few other companies in town now who have not extended this common courtesy and it’s extremely frustrating. The amount of household service/repair/maintenance companies in this town that take advantage of people is unbelievable. This company did not do this. It has restored my faith that I don’t have to go to Tucson or use YouTube and do it myself for everything. They are also waiting to charge me until my parts for the conversion come in. Bisbee Plumbing definitely has my business for as long as we live in Sierra vista.

Bisbee plumbing installed a gas valve at the house I bought for my mom. Although it was a fairly small job, they seemed professional and got the job done quickly. I would call them again for future fixes.

Southwest Gas Shut us Down for outdoor leak in Gas Line - Called Bisbee Plumbing and in short order they came and did the work to get the gas line fixed, but they were not able to pressure up the lines. They decided to come into the house and check and check they did, found that most of the lines were leaking and were surprised that the house had not blown up and that we were still alive. They did not just say, they had us crawl in the attic and see all the leaky pipes. Again in Short order the whole house was with new Gas Lines. We are Happy Salvadore has excellent workers and they get on the job and stay on the job till the job is done and the Job is done Right the first time.

Salvador and his team are wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable, honest and forthright, considerate of owners and tenants, get the job done right the first time and in a timely manner. I get updates of any unexpected complications as they happen with any additional costs explained to me.

Bisbee Plumbing was quick to come and repair our burst frozen pipe last winter. They are friendly and have fair prices.

Bisbee Plumbing scheduled their work to coincide with the arborist removing a tree stump and roots that were entangled in the water main. Working together, the stump and all roots were removed and the water line replaced with minimal disruption of service. The next visit, they rerouted the remote line under our circa 1902 building. It is on the National Historic Register, and they were respectful of our need to preserve the esthetics of the building while upgrading the service. Great team! Hats off to Salvatore, Emmanuel, David and Daniel!

I recently bought a home in Bisbee. It’s an older home that was originally built in 1914. The plumbing in the home is very old. I hired Bisbee Plumbing to get some critical repairs done. Part of this was to replace the aged water heater located in the kitchen. They also relocated the water heater to the wash room at the rear of the house. They also replaced the main water valve. Bisbee Plumbing did an excellent job at reasonable rates. I will definitely call Bisbee Plumbing for my plumbing needs, ‘Thumbs Up’ to Bisbee Plumbing!

I’ve Used Bisbee plumbing several time and they have always been very responsive and professional. They arrived when they said they would and always fixed the problem. Their prices were fair and the workers were polite and knowledgeable. I always feel confident in their work.

The work that they do is adequate. I trusted the owners estimate of $1400 (really had no reason not to having been thru this process several times with Bisbee Plumbing). I was shocked (and dismayedfor a final bill more than double the estimate $2950. I was lied to and cheated by the owner. Although I would not subject myself to their services (and subsequent treatment in the future, their work is adequate. My suggestion is to get a written estimate. Assuming that the owners word is sufficient is a big mistake. I am not certain of the reasons for his discrimination. I identify myself as a gay/queer man. My car has two Christian bumper stickers. As a Christian I know what Jesus would do. I wonder if this gross behavior is condoned by Jehovah.

Step up Bisbee / Naco has used Bisbee Plumbing for several years. Salvador is such a kind man that he always goes out of his way to help the low income people that request assistance from Step up. I emailed Bisbee Plumbing about water backing up into my sinks. I was called soon afterward for more information and to set an appointment. The plumbers came out on time and got right to work. They kept me informed of what they suspected might be the problem, their concerns and my options. I felt that they were being conservative with MY money (that was comfortingand were thinking of the potential inconvenience to my neighbors. In the end, they figured out the best way to fix the situation with the least amount of drama/trauma. Absolutely one of the best repair experiences I have ever had. Bisbee Plumbing was quick to respond to a call I made, showing up just a couple hours afterwards even though they had a busy schedule. The plumbers that showed up quickly identified a few problems we had and I told them I was worried about expense. I told them what I could afford and they let me know how their progress was impacting the cost so there was no surprises at the end of the day. They were friendly and easy to work with, well prices, and quick. I don’t think there’s much more you can ask for. Will definitely use them again as we work on replumbing our house in the future.
