Took truck in for a recall notice and inspection. Was told by a couple people truck would fail inspection for wipers. It did. Wiper was deliberately tore Interior was damaged and parts of trim laying on floor when I got back. Won’t be going back

I have utilized the service department on two occasions, both were fantastic experiences.Let it be known, I have had recalls on my vehicle before and they experience to get it in a shop and they parts was not so pleasant. I decided it was time for a change and I couldnt be happier for the decision I made.The first visit I waited on my vehicle. Several people from the dealership/service department checked in on those waiting to see if we needed anything. They had a huge selection of morning pastries and fresh baked cookies! You truly felt as if they were happy you were there.The second occasion, they offered a rental/loaner. I was thrilled that I could drop my vehicle off and not worry about a ride home and back again.This is a dealership/service department truly believes in customer service, doing business in a way you feel valued and want to come back!

Very friendly staff . They offer coffee ( fresh self servecookies, ice cream, ice tea, and are very knowledgeable. Just really great people! My son bought a 21 bronco there, and had no problems

I have had several vehicle recall services done here. They have taken care to get the job done.

Classic Ford dealer. $110 to diagnose a problem I already diagnosed with five minutes of Google searching. Plus the classic "Your brakes are wearing into your rotors" as if I cant see their perfectly good condition myself. I shouldnt have given them a second chance after their first mess up with my radio.

I bought my SUV here last October. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Salesman Cory Hribar was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions and made the car-buying experience much less stressful than I thought it would be. Gloria is also awesome (and hilarious). Please consider buying local!

I did not personally purchase a car through here but my friend did.Staff were very polite, non pushy and helpful. Only problem I had was with how hard finance pushed her to purchase the ford warranty even after she said no several times.I would have had no problem purchasing a car through here they just didnt have what I was looking for. Had I been in the market for brand new or had what I wanted used had been on lot I wouldve purchased it.Luke was great and very personable.

Through the personal conversations we had, we learned that he knew a lot about our city in Pennsylvania. He was an outstanding salesperson and an even better person. My Grandfather, Father, and I were looking at a 2011 Dodge Charger for sale here. The car was going to be for my Grandfather and Chris knew that. However, instead of focusing just on the sale to my Grandfather, Chris took the time to get to know my father and myself as well. Gloria, the finance lady took care of us and even worked extra hard to get the finance term length we wanted. The B.J. Salesman Cory Hribar was great to work with. No stress, just like talking to someone Ive known for a long time. Gloria was also very friendly and helpful. The price on the used Jeep Wrangler I bought was very good, good enough to drive from 2+ hrs. away. Would highly recommend this dealership, even if its a little bit of a drive.

Great Customer Service! We were travelling thru the area, and developed a problem with our 2008 Ford 350 Super Duty. While other dealerships discouraged us from immediate help, claiming to be swamped with service calls, B.J. Maurer (equally busyencouraged us to come over for diagnostics. We did, they found and fixed the problem, and within a couple of hours we were on our way! They were prompt, courteous, and genuinely interested in providing SERVICE! Kudos to the Service Department, from a grateful customer!

We showed up for the CT Baseball fundraiser. Had a car wash, bought some baked goods, test drove some cars.

This is a great and very professional Ford service facility. They are the only shop in my area that can handle my 2014 Ford chassis motor home for state inspection and routine maintenance. I have been taking it there for four years. Their service staff are friendly and helpful.

They squeezed me in the same day I called because my driver’s side door would not open from the outside, which was pretty inconvenient for me. I had never been there before but it was close to my home and I happened to have the day off work due to snowy weather. When I arrived they took my car straight back while I sat in the waiting area, where I was offered beverages, fresh popcorn, and cookies. The service technician worked on my car, came out to explain what was wrong, and they fixed it within an hour and a half. I was charged a fair and reasonable rate for the work. I was very pleased with the customer service and the work to my car.
