I ordered a pulled pork burger and it was the most bland burger Ive tried, it tasted like the pork just was dipped in chopped tomatoes and the plate was covered in the juices.The fries and beer was alright thats why theres 2 stars

Horrible experience. The waiter was very rude to us, we ordered water and he completely forgot to bring us after reminding him once he got so defensive and irritated. The food was equally bad. Salad tasted old and the salmon didnt taste fresh. I will never go back and recommend to rather spend your money at Block House right next to it. Stay Safe!!

Really helpful staff, especially lade which is collecting the orders by the phone. Its a pity that I didnt asked about her name but is really a treasure to have such an employee.

My food was good however my friends steak was awful, medium rare but incredibly dry, no juice and like rubber. Felt like it has just been sat there all afternoon.Service was absolutely woeful, what looked like the head waiter was rude, never smiled and in general was impossible to gain the attention of, then argued on the comments about said steak.

I ordered a medium steak. My friend asked if she could get something between well-done and medium well, the waitress (Regina Kwas like, you could go to the kitchen and do it yourself if you like.That wasnt the only incident, but this was the main event of her show.My Medium Steak was served well-done.I dont think they understand how to prepare steak. They ask you how do you want it just to put you in the mood. Like playing along.Never again!

Pretty good, one of the best meals we ate in frankfurt. Very pricy for what you get but all of frankfurts prices are ridiculous. Drinks are actually really good.

Went there on 5th May 22 after walking away from the next door restaurant due to the non existent service which we endured,. The difference was chalk and cheese, the staff were friendly and attentive, service and food were excellent, thanks everyone for an enjoyable evening, will definitely be visiting again next time we are in Frankfurt 👍👍

Wonderful food, worst service Ive ever seen.To start we were not allowed to sit outside as they told us the place is packed with reservations. Then they seated us at high table and high chairs, with the restaurant being almost empty inside. Of course we counted around 20-25 empty tables inside and around 10 outside. I asked for some napkins as the burger was dripping sauce, the waitress asked me how many 1,2,3? What do you expect me to say 6 and a half, bring some napkins. One waiter removed my plate as I was still eating. If you want to be treated nice go elsewhere. Never in my life I saw such bad service. In their defence a table of 8 showed up in the time we ate main course, dessert had some drinks and paid. Place was still 50% empty outside and 70% empty inside, where we stayed.

Wanted to try the beef or veal cut, but they were out. So had a burger instead, and I could not recommend it to anyone, bland and tasteless. The best part of the meal was the side of fries, which werent anything special. Not worth the price. Most unfriendly waiter Ive ever met. The waiter also added a tip as a surcharge to the credit card payment, without a word of an explanation to anyone in my party. The amount itself also seemed entirely random.

Decent food quality but they use frozen fires which is not acceptable for this price range restaurant ls. And they charge 2.5 euros per person for service.

Nice place, it was quiet when I arrive but later it was quite busy, food is ok, beer selection is limited but bar looks very good.

Great time spent in this wonderful restaurant. The food was pretty tasty. We got the meat just as we described that we wanted it prepared for us. Very soft and juicy. The service was very kind and helpful. Our waitress was a girl named Tamara, very kind and with a smile. We will definitely visit BEEF again.

Wow what great service. Our waitress was Tamara, she was so friendly and helpful. The food came out really quickly and was hot and tasty 😋. We had the signature starter beef cuts. It did not disappoint; beautiful presentation and tender meat. The Cafe de Paris butter is a standout. We also enjoyed amazing cocktails. It is definitely going to be a regular for us.

I have been there several times and the service was always impeccable. Im very delighted with the kindness of waitress (Tamaraand the food is also amazing! Highly recommend!

With prices as high as the fine dining restaurants Ive expected more. Had a burger with no ketchup, no mustard and no pickles (even the jars are standing in the room everywhere). Quality of the ingredients was really good but the craftmanship/making of the food is just sub-par. First and definitely last visit. Thanks for the fish -- btw. my guest had monkfish and it was dry as the desert :-(

Very interesting experince... I went there on a Saturday early evening with my wife and three years old twins. First they forgot my wifes main dish, then I and my kids finished our meal, my wife got her 30min later. We dont got out that often due to our kids and eating together would have been nice. Then the waiter spilling a beer over my wifes jacket and inside my wifes bag. Well spilling something can happen and thats not the issue but throwing us a few paper towels on the table so that we can clean up the mess is not the kindest way handling this situation. Also offering to dry clean my wifes jacket didnt came to his mind. Well so all in all a very average experience. Food wise I would come back but the attitude is a no go.

I was here to see the preparation of the house specialty - the BEEF! CUTWe had the chance to learn from Markus Greiner about the philosophy, the cooking method and why this piece of meat is so special.The unique piece of meat is grilled over an open fire after it has been aged for three weeks. In combination with their distinctive low-boiling method, the meat becomes incomparably tender. The result is so amazing!!

Good and friendly service, delicious food, a bit pricey, but worth the money.Its buzzy but not too loud, so that you can have a good conversation. Good location.Strongly recommend it for a business dinner or a date night. I also recommend it as a gift. We received a gift book with vouchers and thats how we found this great place.

We tried this place and it was an utter disappointment. The food does not in any way warrant the prices. I had a burger. The bun unexpectedly had sunflower seeds on it and was very stale. The burger was rare which is ok if the meat quality allows for it. It does not. My wife tried a steak sandwich her first bite was full of gristle.The waiters were fairly sarcastic and rude although the place was nearly empty.Overall I cannot recommend this place.

Unparalleled service, delicious, clean and savory food. Entire staff professional, attentative and fascinating. Martin and David served my husband and I at the last moment. Worst service I have experienced in a long time. We were three people on a Saturday night (20:20). The place was kind of full, but we were seated after less than 10 minutes of waiting. So far so good.We ordered some wine and a tartare. The wine came after 30 minutes, the tartare after 45. We asked for extra bread, which never came. The main dishes came at 22:10, almost two full hours after we entered the place. We complained to the waiter who, instead of apologizing, became rude and put the blame on the kitchen. What kind of behaviour is this anyway?The manager who we asked for was unavailable, apparently helping out in the kitchen. When the bill came we asked to pay separately, but the waiter had billed all three side dishes to one of the main dishes, so that wasnt possible either.Although the food was above average, the service was unacceptable. We wont be coming to this place again.

A good restaurant with a nice atmosphere and open kitchen.They do excellent burgers and serve craft beer, which is a brilliant combination.The size of the restaurant is big, but it is still comfortable if it is not packed.Service is also good and friendly.👍

Came in here for a quick bite to eat and to watch a football game on TV. Food was very American-focused and similar to many American and Canadian chain restaurants. Prices seem to be on the steeper side considering what we got (a hamburger and a pulled pork sandwich). Mind you, the portion sizes were not bad (still smaller than what we have become accustomed to in Bavaria), but everything was just rather mediocre -- so it was in keeping with American-style food -- but done a bit better than most chain restaurants in US and Canada. All that said, the service we received from David was excellent -- fast, friendly, and efficient. Food: 3/5; Service: 5/5.

My overall experience at BEEF was good, showed up without reservations and was able to be seated without much wait. The interior was modern and nice, the food it’s self was good and interestingly the meal I ordered was imported Canadian Beef. The whole menu and wine list was very North America focused. Portions were generous bordering on large. Service was good but not amazing.

Very slow! We came in few days ago in a group! The whole meals took over 3 hours! No matter how busy it is I think 2 hours is excessive let alone 3 hours! From starter to main took an hour over. Food is OK though!

Contrary to many of the other opinions, our experience at Beef was very positive. The service was very attentive and gave us enough time to check the menu and decide. After having decided to go for “Der BEEF Cut”, the food was brought in less than 15 minutes and the quality was really good. I would say that overall is a little bit pricey but standard given the fact that it’s located next to the Mövenpick hotel. To summarise, two 200g meat dishes (plus sideswith a glass of wine and a coke for around 50€. It was worth it.

The quality is average and the prices do not match the quality of what we could have expected. For such prices we could expect a better burger (bread pretty driedand more vegetables for side dish, so more veggies should be much better. Also, the water is overpriced (6 euros a jag of water). The service was long but the waitress was friendly.

The service was outstanding. Very polite. An absolute pleasure. The starter was not what we expected. Tartar had too much ketchup in it and the bread wasn’t toasted as it said in the menu. We ordered spareribs. It was one sparerib. The meat on it was good but not enough for the price paid. The chips were very disappointing. They used frozen chips. For €4 a portion that’s just not good enough. The burger was slow slightly underdone but ok. Slightly confused waiter got the order wrong, but we ignored it since he was very friendly. The prices do not match the quality of the dishes. Probably won’t go back. It’s a shame sine the quality of the ingredients used is quite high and so is the service. This restaurant needs to work on the dishes.

Yesterday we spend the first time at the BEEF! It’s a nice and well designed location. In summertime, you also have the choice to sit outside. We definitely choose the cooler spot inside. We had a warm welcome from the waitress and the service during our dinner was excellent. We choose the Burger for dinner with sweet potato. The quality of the food was quite good, exactly what we are expected.Summarized I can definitely recommend the BEEF! Grill & Bar. Nice location, good food and excellent service. We will be back.

The Steak and tartar were delicious. Sides were ok, service a little confused. Expected a little more, but overall a good Place to eat.

So wanted to like but...1.came with wrong beer2. asked for spinach just got salad3. Medium rib eye came rare... and cool?? I dont mind rare but not when I asked for mediumGave an extra star because the rare steak cut was good quality, and the waitress was nice(but should check delivered product was what was ordered)Good potential sad didnt live up to expectation.
