I have not visited the store, but I did give a call with a quick question and here is how the interaction with Karen went.“Black Swan, this is Karen”“Hi. I have a quick question. What is the price range of your zip up hoodies?”“Look, I’m with a customer right now so I can’t help you! but they start at $37.99. Bye!”The phone clicked as she promptly hung up on me.Thanks for the answer, but the communication was completely rude and unwarranted. I work in customer service and NEVER would I do that to someone on the phone. I can empathize with someone being busy but no reason to be rude or disrespectful to me. I would have gladly taken a “please hold” or some sort of communication.I’ll just pass by this store when shopping through Leavenworth.

we visited 2 weeks ago & met the sweetest store attendant! it was a breath of fresh air from all the other people we met in Washington (most were very rude tbhbut not her. I purchase a John Wayne book for my dad for Christmas & she said “that’s what wrong with today’s world - no more John Wayne” 😂 anyways highly recommend! they had the best selection of gifts too. very cool little store!

Got some great fun shirts here. Also got a fun door mat. They have a great selection.Very friendly staff. They even provided culinary advice to find good restaurants in town.Im a repeat offender, coming here daily during my stay in town to check out the new shirts.

Better selection of tees than most of the stores, with nice quality. Super friendly shopkeeper and they were the only store open early, so we could beat the crowds!

If you are visiting Leavenworth you have to stop by the Black Swan. Some of the nicest people you will meet are surrounded by some of the most delightfully funny gifts you will find in the town. A perfect place to find something to being back with you, and the right place to find that special gift for just about anyone.

Every store in town, that doesnt sell food, has a sign on their door or in their front window if no pets are allowed.In a pet friendly village - These guys would rather embarrass potential customers by rudely interruptting their shopping to ask them to leave. My dog wasnt even doing anything but staying nicely next to me.I have no beef with stores that dont allow pets and it would literally cost this store 10 cents to put up a sign in their window - You know, like every other non-food store on that street does that doesnt allow pets.

Good customer service. Bought two humor shirts from here. However, I had to drop them down to 4-stars, as when I went to pay, they advised that they dont accept American Express. Still recommend a stop by, if anything just to read the funny shirts.

Good quality shirts and hoodies, but youll pay a bit more for it. Great selection. Friendly service. This was our last stop of the day and I liked their styles and designs the best of what Ive seen today.

Best fun gift shop in town! They have big selection fun T-shirts not only for adults but for kids and babies(my favorite is "Barf Vaider" ;-)). They also have fun books and and other themed gifts (Bacon, Star Wars).It is my first choice shop if you need fun gift. I already got few for my family!
