Great salesman Lance brought the truck to me first time I had even seen it. Was treated well on the trade in and every thing was a great experience Till it came time to sign the papersThe finance guy was a real jerk did not want to take NO for an ans to the fact I did not want to buy an extended warenty. Till I got up and told him to cancel the whole deal and was about to walk out.He almost ruined all the salesman had put together. They need to re-educate him.

Purchased an Appalachian build 2019 Chevrolet duramax 2500, had tire fitment issues and had to bring the truck down multiple times to be told they had too big of tires on it and need to down size due to the fact it was tearing the inner wheel well and front bumper apart, I compromised put the smaller tires on and they aligned it, I have put less than 10,000 miles on the tires and they are completely worn sideways and bare. While this process was taking place I had taken the truck down to them for a oil change, drove it home and the low oil pressure light came on due to the fact the oil was pouring out of the oil filter. I recently took the truck in to downsize for my family and they undervalued the trade in and wouldn’t work with me on new purchase.

I’d recommend shopping elsewhere. The 2018 I bought here (usedhad mechanical & electrical problems the drive home. It’s back in the garage for the second time this week! Aside from all the expensive problems, the car was filthy when purchased. Full of fur, peanuts & pine needles.We were given a whole sob story about rating this place afterwards…now I understand why. Someone obviously told the truth about their experience 🤷🏻♀️.The manager didn’t call me back to discuss what my options are…and mentioning a “trigger word” will ensure no one “can”/wants to help you. The least I can do is leave a truthful review then.I absolutely regret this purchase.

My vehicle had its ABS, Skid control, and an additional light on with my hill start becoming unavailable intermitanly. They originally quoted me $2.5k for repairs. Ended up being about $500 with a different diagnosis. They gave me two different peoples invoices and lost my paperwork twice. Fast forward a month or two and my vehicle caught on fire while I was driving and got totaled.

Lisa at Blaise Alexander Ford of Mansfield was absolutely amazing to us. The entire staff there was amazing. They made us feel comfortable and actually told us everything no details were left out. She ran around checking with her team to get us the best deal. Another dealership told us 785$ for a Durango and we said absolutely not. They were able to get our payment with extended warranty and a cila jet coating for 160 more than what we were paying!!!! $464 out the door for an amazing ride!!!! We needed a bigger vehicle due to having a baby on the way and they nailed it!!!! Thank y’all so much and we will definitely be back!!!

I have dealt with these guys in a few occasions one occasion I found a vehicle that I really wanted Savannah pay their price theyre supposed to put it in the garage and I mean know when it was done so I could purchase it never received a phone call from them and they sold it 2 days after it came in. Had a bad interaction with their desk boy for the service department rude and unprofessional like Manor..

I brought my daughter in law to Lisa to purchase her first car. Nate also assisted us with everything. Their customer service was amazing. I got tires in September and they were bald by June. Like near smooth. I didnt drive that much for them to go that bad that fast. In the past, i drove to the west coast twice and my tires held up better. Plus i complained of a transmission leak and all they did was replace the axle seal. I took it to Firestone in Elmira for another issue and they said Im leaking transmission fluid from the condenser. Not happy with this place at all. Ripped off by a dealership, figures. MY TRANSMISSION BLEW BC THEY DID NOT PUT IN THE SEAL RIGHT. Beyond disappointed with this place.
Found a used car online that they said was available. I told them I would like to set up an appointment to come take a look at the car. They called me everyday sometimes two times a day to make sure I was coming to that appointment all week long, they even called about an hour before the appointment. I told them I was driving from about an hour away to see the car. I show up to look at it and can’t find it anywhere on the lot. We go inside and ask where it was and the staff acted dumb like they had no idea and even walked us out to lot to pretend to look. They then said that they gave the car out as a loaner while some lady got hers fixed. Pretty much instantly after that the guys goes well we do have this in stock it’s the same car just a little newer, I said yeah buddy and about 10 grand more. They tried to bait and switch us, so I told them I’m out thanks for wasting my time. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
My husband and I knew what we wanted, made the appointment. Tuck was our sales consultant, he was just wonderful to talk to, answered any of our questions, helped us learn about the vehicle. We got to trade in our Jeep Patriot and drive home in our Lincoln MKC 2018. I purchased my 2009 Ford Focus SEL in late August 2020 from Anthony, a good salesperson, who is also willing to engage in the long lost art of negotiating. I received a hell of a nice car at a great price loaded with every option. I have received great service during routine maintenance, and from the body shop after I had hit a deer.Zach, my most recent service advisor of late has been bloody outstanding! He has kept me informed of the progress of car, and if anything additional is needed, or not. Justin from the body shop is another great asset. Did a great job on my front end when I hit a deer late last Winter.Recently the paint started to come up a little, Justin is standing by his work, and going to take care of it. That shows me they will take care of you! My only suggestion, service advisors need to review the multipoint inspection with the customers rather than the customers always having to pursue the advisor, after all they are the ones paying. This was more applicable before I had Zach, the previous advisors would not tell you squat on that.
Anthony was very helpful and followed up whenever I had a question or concern. They also gave me a very fair price when it came to trading in my old car which I appreciated!Update (7/5/21since having this car I have run into nothing but problems. There were recalls that weren’t fixed prior to being sold and there are a number of mechanical problems that have been problematic. I feel like I paid more than the car was worth given the fact that I’ve had to take the car in a number of times to deal with new issues every month.
Anthony sold my husband and I both new vehicles on the same day. Anthony was super patient and helped us basically ALL day. He was very friendly and not pushy! I had a very pleasant experience with Phil at Blaise Ford in Mansfield. I called in and knew what I wanted. I already had my financing and gave them specific instructions on what I needed. They made the process quick and painless. They offered to upsell some of the warranty and special coatings and things but I made myself clear that I wasnt interested and they skipped over it with no problems. The 2020 F250 6.7 I purchased was cleaned spotless. They filled the diesel AND DPF fluid without me even asking them to. I will gladly do business with them again in the near future.
I would NOT do business with this dealership. I was ready to purchase a used Ford f150 King Ranch that was listed for 33.9k only to get a call the next day that the price went up to 35.9k because there were problems with the moon roof and rear defrost. An obvious ploy to extract additional margin from an interested prospect with strong buying signals and sincere interest in making a purchase. Repeated calls to the Sales Manager have gone unreturned. Sales Agent, Anthony, also a disappointment with no follow through.

We went to this dealership looking for a grand cherokee we found online for a great price! We drove about an hour and a half to check this vehicle out and we were inlove besides a few minor flaws that it had (it was a used vehicle). Unfortunately we didnt come prepared to pay the full price of the vehicle so we did not drive that one home! I didnt realize how picky some banks are with financing! A week or two later we get a text from Anthony saying that he got us approved for a car! Needing another car we quickly jumped on the idea! As a family we own jeeps and wanted to keep owning just jeeps, but this car is pretty nice! I have to get used to being down low again and parking 🤣, but all in all I am starting to like the 2017 Nissan altima! We also both were working all week, so Anthony and another coworker were nice enough to meet us half way for us to pick the car up and sign all the papers! The whole process was very professional and he stayed with us the whole time, he didnt back out on us just because we didnt get the jeep that day! This dealership is like a family and treat you as part of it, unlike other dealerships Ive been too! I will gladly be a returning customer! For great, professional service the hour and a half drive is nothing! I just bought a car from Anthony Hakes as Blaise Ford. Love the car! Anthony was great. Very helpful, very professional, and made sure to make me happy. Sometimes Im difficult to deal with lol so he was very patient with me. Very good experience!
So to begin with this company sold me my car in February. 2 weeks later was having problems with it, brought it back 3 times an hour drive each time. The 4th time they finally figured out the abs was broken. And then late July the engine light came on and happens a cylinder blew on a 4ywar old car... kinda sus. The company ends up paying for half of the cost of having to rebuild me engine as they should when I only had the car for 6 months and didn’t even drive it for 4months because of Covid. In October they send me an offer to buy my car back for $9,500 and a %20 buy back bonus because my car was needed with the lack of sales. After I moved it drive down 4hrs for the to offer me an insulting $4,000 when I bought it for $12,000. This company is full of scammers and thieves do not buy fro these people as they will sell you broken cars.
I purchased a 2018 Ford F150 XLT super crew cab from them in March, 2019 from a very reputable salesman and manager at the time named Chad Koch. The sale and follow up to the sale went perfectly. I recently received two flyers in the mail, two months in a row. Both flyers were offering to buy back my truck at a certain price, plus an additional 20%. I disregarded the first flyer as spam mail. Upon receiving the second mailing, which was actually a letter, I decided to call BA Ford in Mansfield. I spoke to Abbie regarding the mailings. I asked at least three different ways if the offer was legitimate as long as my truck was in the condition I said it was in. I also told her I was driving from approx. 90 minutes away to sell them my truck. I was assured every time I asked this was a guaranteed offer for my truck and "we wouldnt conduct business that way" meaning her word was valid. I make the long drive to BA and was met by an older gentleman. I told him I had an appointment to meet with Abbie. He said she actually only assists with mailing promotional offers and I would be assigned a salesman. I sit down with a nice enough salesman named Dan. He asks for my keys to look over my truck. So far, so good. Dan then comes back with a ridiculous lowball offer for my truck, which was at least $10,000 less than the price I was guaranteed on the phone by Abbie. I told him no way and Dan called over another employee named Pete. I then went back and forth with Pete and Dan to no avail. I was told Abbies word meant nothing and she doesnt have the authority to make an offer on my truck. Needless to say, I walked and sold my truck the following day to another dealership for considerably more than what BA had offered me. Avoid this dealership at all costs. They will lie to get you in the door and then act like you are wasting their time when you travel there to close what you think is a valid deal. I will never step foot in any BA dealerships ever again.
Recently purchased the vehicle of my dreams here and the experience was great! From start to finish-Paige got me scheduled to come in the following day to take a look at the Jeep I liked on their website. Derek, Pete and Bristol helped me through the process of buying my beautiful 2020 Jeep Cherokee at an amazing price. Derek even managed to have the Jeep delivered to my front door. Now Im not saying this because I work for Blaise BUT...Best service I ever had. Anthony, Pete, Joel, and Bristal were great to work with. They did their very best to make sure I got a great deal. I didnt think we were going to be able to lower my payments and get me into a higher end vehicle. They did both AND some. Lower payment and lower interest rate!!! Idk how they did it but they did. Went in with bad credit and an old used Subaru and came out with a Ford Edge with low mileage that has ran great. 2 years before any maintenance was due on it. Really helped me fix my credit having a reliable vehicle.This is a sincere review not bogus(I know I never expected to have a positive experience car buying)
Very disappointing experience trying to buy a 2019 F-150. Dealt with three different people (Josh – Sales; John – Sales Manager; and Joel – General Managerover the course of an entire 4 weeks from the time I test drove this truck. These guys are not worth a long review, but all three were evasive; could not commit to anything in writing that they verbally told me; had terrible follow-through; had no willingness to negotiate; and in-the-end, raised the price of the truck because they fixed some damage (that I brought to their attentionthat happened in-transit. However…I win – I bought a better truck (and it’s a 2020for less money, and B-A is still sitting on this ugly duckling that is not an appealing truck to most people. They had their chance, but blew it because they couldn’t verify what they were telling me – no integrity.Follow-up to the dealership response: Regarding the statement that I was provided answers to every question that was asked is incorrect - there were at least two emails regarding specific rebates that applied, and possible penalties associated with rebates/financing that were dodged when I asked that they put their verbal statements in writing. This is why car sales-people have the poor reputation that surrounds them. It is also why I purchased from a dealer that was straight-up honest with me.
My son and I drove 3 1/2 hours to buy his first vehicle. When we arrived there was a 2,256 mile discrepancy on the odometer from what was advertised on autotrader.com. They gave no reason for this, other than ‘the dealer must have driven it around a bit”. This is after only 2 days on their lot, so I was told by the Sales rep when I first called. No discount from the advertised price was offered, in fact I was told ‘we’re already taking a loss on this vehicle’. As if that’s my problem.We bought the car as planned, as we had little choice after driving so far. This tainted my son’s first car-buying experience, which was supposed to be a fun and joyful moment. It was not.
My husband and I found a Dodge pickup on their website. We drove almost two hours to get there. Upon arrival the place was a disaster its under construction and the parking lot was a mudhole. The truck was surrounded by mud and water. We had an appointment to see it so it wasnt like they didnt know we were coming to see it and no effort at all to put in a not so muddy spot. The truck was priced at 13488 on the website. When we got there the price was raised to 14999. We question that and got a few different answers. To make matters even worse the truck we looked at was NOT the same truck. We compared it to the picture they sent us and it was NOT the same truck at all the truck in the picture had running boards on it. they were all shady and not professional at all they seemed like they just wanted to unload this truck because it was on the lot so long. I definitely would not recommend this place of business.
I had the pleasure of financing my first car ever (on my own!!at BA Ford. I had been searching for a new vehicle for a few weeks. I got denied by another dealership and I was content to keep the car I had and save. I browsed Blaise as a fluke and reluctantly decided to try one more time.When I arrived, I provided my financials and expected the worst, again. I was surprised when the manager gave me two cars to choose from and even more surprised that they were newer SUVs with low mileage. Im used to picking whatever is the oldest with the most miles and paying up front so I really didnt believe it at first when the manager said he had good news. I still cant believe that I have an affordable payment and was offered more than I would have even asked for my 06 RAV4. Im happy that the manager was realistic and really seemed to try to make what I wanted work. I didnt think an SUV was possible in my price range and especially not a new one.My salesman was Teddy and Im very glad we got to work with him. He wasnt pushy and he knew the answer to every question we asked. He took the time to explain absolutely everything. He sat in the car with me and showed me how to use every little thing since Id never had a car with a screen before. He was genuinely friendly, honest, patient and so helpful. He called the day after Thanksgiving just to check in and answer any questions I had. This is my first time really going through a dealership and I sincerely hope Teddy is still there when its time to trade because I have no desire to go through another dealer.Having survived a near-deadly crash earlier this year, feeling secure was my biggest priority. It really means so much that I have confidence driving my Escape as its the first time in months that I can say that. I couldnt recommend Blaise Alexander Ford enough. THANK YOU!!

My experience with Anthony and Tuck exceeded my expectations of a dealership. Anthony showed me around and explained what they had in their inventory that matched my interests. He didn’t try to steer me in another direction or try to get me to buy something outside my price limit.
