Bliss Salon in Lehigh County

Bliss is a great salon. All staff is super friendly. I go to Hanna & she never fails to do amazing!! She is very nice & talented , always makes my nails look nice!

My mom went there for the first time. The place is very clean and lots of nail colors but she wasnt too impressed with their welcoming method. She didnt feel the warmth you would normally receive as a new customer. They did a good job on her nails but she wont be going there again. Well...like the saying goes, "first impressions are lasting impressions."

This was my first ever experience with them today and I absolutely love Mia Im definitely going back. I was a walkin and she took me right away I had no waiting period at all. I also meet someone I knew years ago and is talking to her again. The place is so beautiful inside. I love the the whole place and people are so friendly here. Definitely recommend to anyone. I went to another nail salon but I cant tired of the same thing all the time so I went and tried a new place, glad I tried them and read the reviews. The reviews definitely meant to be written. Thank you Mia for a wonderful day, I cant wait till next time i will be a regular customer and will be calling just for you.

HANA IS AWESOME! Nails are done to perfection. I got Ombré pink & white nails almond shape and i absolutely love them. She follows-up on her appointments. The cost is a little pricey then other places.

Made an appt here on a recommendation. Pedicure took exactly 16 minutes from start to finish including polish- which is ridiculous. Felt extremely rushed and sloppy. No attention to detail. Had to ask another nail tech to fix the poor polish job before I left and then had to file down sharp edges on my nails when I got home. Two stars for the other nail tech who fixed my polish and saved my pedicure. My quest for a great pedicure continues.

I went there last week to get my nails done. I wanted a specific design they said they could do it. When the lady was doing it it looked nothing like i wanted so i politely asked her to changed it. She refused it multiple times saying it was already cured so she would have to file it out (which i didn’t mind). I left there with the design looking terrible and had to pay 68 dollars for them which is absurd. The employee was very rude when i got the my car i couldn’t stop crying because of how terrible my experience was. They could’ve said they didn’t know how to do the design and i would’ve picked a different one.

Mia and sally are wonderful!!!! Tiff is awesome. I have always had a wonderful experience. They are very nice and accommodating!!!

Do not go here the women who work here have attitudes and get bothered if you ask them the slightest request. They act as if you are not allowed to ask for what you want, I mean I am paying money for something I should be allowed to make a request without getting an attitude! Then they start talking to each other in their language it’s rude and insulting do not give these people your money!

While my nail tech was very sweet….. these are not $70 nails. The shape is uneven, they are much shorter than I asked for, and I’ve had them done for 2 days and they already appear grown out. Extremely expensive for the quality.

First time going here , we got my daughters feet and nails done for prom. They did a awesome job it wasnt rushed, They took their time , and We are extremely happy with the results. This will be our go to place from no on. The prices are reasonable for the quality you recieve.

The worst pedicure ever they charge you $37 and they go so fast you’re in and out and when they paint your toes they miss half the nails the worst !!!!!

Key and Vicky do a amazing job! I had the green tea pedicure and it was amazing! My feet were so soft and she did the gel polish perfectly. 100 out of 10 recommended. You don’t feel rushed and it’s a very comfortable environment!

I wish i can zero stars this place.I wanted a full set , gel, one color (emerald greennails only .The lady didnt give me the color i wanted after i repeatedly said what i wanted. nails are too short when i advised not to do them short.And for the love of me, charged me $60..Evenso, i was never charged this much back home. Im a basic color nail-wanter and this was just the worst experience i have ever had.My guess is, i got extra ripped off because im a tourist and unfortunately, i shared that with her.I will never come back any time i visit the area again!

First time I was here, was a recommendation from someone I know. The team members were polite and conversational. I enjoyed my time with another customer there and they allowed me to sit and visit for awhile since they weren’t too busy. Thank you for your hospitality.

I have been coming here for 2 yrs. Girls are always friendly. They take their time. My nails always look great. Gel lasts more than 3 weeks!

I love love love bliss nails! I go every two weeks 3 the most but I’m always taken care of, i always leave happy with my results!! Hana is my go to girl every single time, she is definitely the best out here! I recommend bliss nails 100 percent and don’t forget ask for Hana she’s awesome !!!!

Hana is the best nail tech in the Lehigh Valley! She has been my nail tech for 6+ years. She does everything I want trys her best to please me and my daughter... she is very professional and very kind! The salon is so clean and neat and they always try to accommodate my schedule to get in! Top Notch Salon!

I have been going to Hanna for at least two years now. She always makes my nails look nice and helps me pick out colors and designs. She is very punctual and cares about her clients. I can’t say enough about her. The salon is always clean and very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going to Hana for over 2 years and I usually get a natural set but when I do decide to switch things up she literally does not miss a beat! Hana and the entire salon is very welcoming. Hana is very accommodating with her schedule (I work an hour away and she always makes time to squeeze me in xo), great customer service and punctual with appointments, she takes good care of her clients and their nails. Watch out for Hana"Well Hana that is great that all your other customers are sweet and good persons. You however are absolutely NOT a sweet and good person, and I am only upset with myself for putting up with your antics for so long. You do nails good but I would rather have someone who does my nails not as well but appreciates my business and does not put my health at risk. Last week you cut me and did not even apologize, you acted like it never happened as you wiped the blood away with your ungloved hand. There are too many examples of your rudeness to even list out. You should tread very carefully before you contact me or any one of my friends again with your accusations because as an RN I am a very credible source to report unscrupulous activity to the Department of Health."

I love Hana ! She is the best! Always does an amazing job, clean , and uses all the best products . I cannot rave enough how clean and how serious they take health precautions. I highly recommend Hana and the entire team at Bliss. I been coming here for 6 years and time and time again they prove they are the best in the valley. Do yourself a favor and visit them at Bliss. Hana has done a fantastic job. The pedicure always is soothing and looks fabulous when done. Just the way I like it.My mother-in-law is 86 with Parkinsons and dementia and Hana always does a fantastic job. She is quick and very careful. She also waxes her chin. Always a great experience.

Ask for Hanna! I’ve been going to her for years! She does amazing work, you can show her any picture of any nails and she will do them just how you want! She’s great and fast! I love my nails every time I walk out of there! She is always sweet, professional and never lets me down!

Hana is hands down THE BEST! I will not go to anyone else ever again. She accommodates the schedule I need, she is efficient, she is perfection to a “T”, always courteous and friendly, full of great suggestions and I never have had a problem with any of her work! Since the very first time she did my nails I have not gone to anyone else! I swear by her nails and have ALWAYS had compliments! I recommend her to everyone who asks for a nail person.

Have been going to Hana for over two years. She has been amazing and become like family. She is one of the most talented nail artists in Lehigh Valley. I work an hour away and she has always accommodated my busy schedule and always given me the best advice to care for my nails. The staff at Bliss nails have always been friendly, clean and helpful. When I arrive they always greet me by name ask me how I am doing and my family. My husband even goes there to get his pedicures done by Vicky. I highly recommend anyone to Bliss Nails and if you are looking for a unique design I recommend Hana.

I love this salon! I go here frequently for my acrylics and always leave impressed at their talent. You show the design you want and they deliver. I am so incredibly impressed with the service especially for the price! Highly recommend!

First time coming here to get my nails done. Great experience! I had called last minute for an appointment on a Sunday and they fit me right in. I don’t often get my nails done and they all were very helpful and welcoming. They did exactly what I was looking to get on my nails (last picture is what I showed them)Two different ladies did my nails and both of them were great. I also had my toes done and I have one toenail that fell off years ago and they put a fake one on and it looks great! Very impressed. They will keep my business. Not sure about the pricing that people are talking about in other reviews, but I think they are worth it for the kind of service they give.** update - if I could give these ladies more than 5 stars I would. One nail broke off 2 days after and I came in and they fixed it for free. I can appreciate that kind of business.

My mom, niece and I came in to get my nails done for my recent engagement. My niece wanted to sit with me, but they separated us explaining that everyone had their own “spot”. So another lady sat me down at her table and she started on my nails using a file. However, after two minutes she got up and left me. I continued sitting there for over 15 minutes while my niece was across the room by herself. Finally, I looked around and said something after I saw her with another customer. I would’ve been fine waiting if there was no one available to start my nails because I would’ve just sat with my niece while she got hers painted. Instead, I sat there waiting across the room while my niece was nervous sitting alone. Both my mom and nieces nails were finished, so I explained that I didn’t need mine done anymore. They apologized and pressured me into finishing them. I said that’s fine, but I don’t want to be rushed. Well, that’s exactly what happened. Come to find out they both my original lady and new one were leaving early together. My mom went to pay using a $50 gift card that she got me, but they refused to accept it saying they’re under new ownership and they can’t take it. What does the ownership have to do with a gift card? It’s the exact same business name. If you’re under “new ownership” and aren’t willing to take previous gift cards, maybe you should change the business name. I would’ve never paid for any services here if we knew this. My moms nails have bits of dust and bumps under the polish and look terrible. My gel polish isn’t smooth either. I was not waiting any longer in that place to have either of them redone. Beware of this crooked place. Their prices are not what’s stated in their brochure! What was supposed to be an exciting moment turned into the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a manager and was told she didn’t show up to work today either. I’d appreciate if either a manager or the new owner would reach out to me regarding this experience. 7/26/21

I wanted 40 minutes after my Appointment time after desperately needing a refill. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said ok. I asked for coffin shape and it wasn’t shaped right and also you could see where the nail was refilled. I was overcharged and sadly didn’t realize until the next day. When I called and asked them about the pricing for they said they had used acrylic gel the pink stuff? on my nails and they definitely did not! The lady on the phone argued with me and told me not to come back… I wasn’t planning on it anyways.

No communication. It was my first time there and I didnt know what polishes I could choose from. I think there were more colors I didnt know I could ask for. The young ladies there seem to work as if on a factory line. Theyd just point to where to go. I didnt know the nail dryer (for feetwas above where the feet go. It may seem intuitive, but this was my first pedicure.

My daughter and her friend both lost their ring finger real nail an fake nail . I am super p.o about this they could of got there nails done somewhere else but because I have clients that use you an always say how good you are . . Ha forget that this place is a joke an a rip off. My daughters will not be coming back ‼️ An you are very rude‼️

Vicky was fantastic she fixed my nails from another shops mistakes. Made my nails look beautiful and natural. Definitely will be back!

I went there yesterday a couple minutes after they closed and it was amazing. It was so clean and they did and manicure and pedicure even tho they were closed. my nails look amazing and so do my toes. 10000/10 recommended

Beyond pleased! Vicky does an amazing job! Ive been in the area over a year and havent found a good place to get my nails done and she surpasses my expectations. Everyone in the salon is extremely professional and friendly. No awkwardness. Request Vicky and you wont be disappointed!! Im not!

I made an appointment for 3pm. I got there about 5 minutes early and they didnt get to me until 3.15. They assisted two other people who walked in after me. The full set session was okay. No issues there. But by the end I think they rushed a little because it was getting almost time for closing and wanted go leave. The color application was good but three nails in my right hand are Hella crooked and pointing to the left not straight up. I would go there again but I think I would go earlier in the day. No chance of rushing then.

They did very nice work. However I feel they played me. Im not one to get my nails and stuff done. I kept telling them I didnt want gel on my toes they kept insisting which was the more expensive one and my nails I just wanted acrylic and they kept insisting I get gel again the more expensive one. They know I didnt know anything about getting my nails done and took advantage of that.

Got dip nails. Paid $40. Not worth it whatsoever. The nails to begin with were misshapen and crooked, not to mention they started to fall off from the tip first within the first few days. I’ve never had dip nails start coming off from the tip first, they should come off when your nails grow out. I would never go back. very unprofessional and inexperienced.

I normally give places a second chance if I’ve had a bad experience, but honestly this place is crooked and careless. She burnt me on 6 fingers to start it off. I went in for a fill (regular polish not gelshe said she was charging me $45 dollars and I made sure she wasn’t mistaking my ask for gel and she was so then it was lowered to $35 and I asked how is a fill with regular polish that much and she went on to say how she charged me $10 to fix two nails and extra for shaping my nail. I didnt even ask for any type of shape to begin with and the shape is nothing out of the norm. maybe I just got stuck with a bad lady but hands down worst experience. First time in my life I never tipped someone. I would avoid..

The only upside to this place was their friendly staff. I had to go get another pedicure the very next day and the lady I went to the day after going to this salon was astounded I had even gotten my toes done the day before. They didn’t clean them up at all! I told her I wanted my ingrown toe nails taken care of and she said she would but never did. I don’t think she knew what I was saying, but I hate making that kind of presumption. Long story short, despite the nice staff, I will be going elsewhere in the future.

I am so disappointed. I have gone here many times and never had a problem. I also get a pedicure every two weeks so there was definitely no reason for what happened. She pulled at my cuticles on my big toes so bad that I said OWE! She said am I hurting you? I said yes!!! AND SHE LAUGHED!!!! 12 hours later my big toes are throbbing, sore, swollen and I am limping. I am so upset and praying they don’t get infected. Never ever again.

Im hoping I dont end up with ingrown toenails or an infected toenail. The girl cut my cuticles too short and it hurt when she did it. The nail polish is already starting to chip and I had it done 5 hours ago. The leg massage was nice but Ive been to better, cleaner places. I am not going back.

I went to Bliss for the first time this past weekend. Stephanie did my nails. She did a gel fill and polish. She was AWESOME!! They have a ton of different gel colors and seem open to doing any kind of design you want. I cant wait to go back! I would definitely make an appointment because they are always busy.

Dont go here if you want to get a basic manicure. I made an appointment and still had to wait for awhile. The nail technician took a phone call and did my nails during the call, so she wasnt very focused. I had grown my nails out over the past month, so they were all very long, but she made a mistake cutting one and had to cut them all down to match. She used dirty tools on a dirty surface, which shouldve been a red flag right away. She filed some of my nails down, but several were uneven and only filed with a rough file, so they had sharp points and were scratchy. The polish didnt even cover my whole nail when she put it on. The whole manicure took about 5 minutes. She asked my to pay and tip before, and I did, but I wish I hadnt. I have previously had good experiences there with pedicures, but after this experience I will never go to Bliss nails again.
