BEST PLACE! LOVE IT! WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I use to get my nails done here a few years back but then I had personal issues that made it so I couldnt anymore. I came back to the Blue Room and they remembered me and we caught up like old friends! It is a very friendly place. I love having my nails done here! They look great! Will be paying these guys another visit very soon!

10/10 would not recommend they messed up my nails and the first time and now they don’t want to do any kind of service with me would not choose this place to go went to lux nails and trust me they do way better than this place does

My nail tech that I had used for years sold their business and I was cautious to use another. Made an appointment with someone else and I had a bad experience. Decided to try Blue Room and was extremely happy with my nails. I am very picky and they listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy before leaving. They were nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

My friend and I went to get our nails done here yesterday because they were so kind to me about scheduling. I couldn’t get off work until almost 6 and my engagement photos were today so I was slightly freaking out. The woman on the phone was extremely accommodating and made time for us to come by. :I usually hate nail salons and make it a point to never go but these guys did the opposite of everything I’ve ever experienced before. The woman who did my nails was extremely gentle and took her time even though my nails ran a little passed their closing time. They were focused on us and making sure we were happy which I loved. I also wanted a pretty difficult to achieve see through moon nail design that she kicked butt on. I was extremely impressed and will definitely be back soon!

I went to this business today and the lady who came to the desk was horrible. Rude from the first word out of her mouth. Would not recommend going here. Will not be back. Went to Rose Nails in Rogers instead way better nail salon.. This place SUCKS...

Awesome service! I got a spa pedicure and it was so relaxing. Best pedicure I’ve ever had. She took her time and was very detailed. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Will be back again in the future.

Dong and Helen are amazing; Ive been going to them for about 5 years and they are by far THE best nail salon and customer service Ive ever had ❗They HAND DRAW ANY design you want - Ive had The Beatles, dragon flies with diamonds, Pink Floyd, animal print, ...you name it.Im moving this week about 60 miles away and will absolutely be driving to The Blue Room to get my nails done- 5 stars just arent enough ❗❤💅

Trust, talent, and best salon. I tried other places where the service was sub par. Gentle, calm environment where they really care and listen. I will not go anywhere else.

I love this place. They are always friendly and I get so many compliments from my nails. I send all my friends there. The prices are great as well. This shop is the best. Took my daughter here for her first nail salon visit and they did such a great job with her first gel set.

Definitely the most unconventional pedicure I have ever had but my feet and legs felt wonderful.

Ive been gone to Blue Room nail spa for a few years now and I absolutely love it. Are the cheapest in town but theyre also the best in town. They do a great job, and the atmosphere is great. Dont think Ill ever go to another nail spa. This full set was $30

I absolutely love this nail salon!! The The guy that did my nails did a phenomenal job I’m so happy with the end results! And don’t worry about it being awkward because he was so funny and knew all the new trends definitely recommend👍👍

Got a basic gel polish and it looks great. Owner is friendly and fast. Saw him take very good care of an older gentleman which brightened my day. Very reasonable prices too, especially given the quality.

This place is amazing! Make an appointment. Come on time. Be patient, its a small salon with Soho quality. So worth it. Ive received complements on my nails EVERYWHERE I go.

**long review ahead**Im not a girl that has particularly pretty hands, my middle fingers tend to curve outwards and I stopped getting my nails done because when I would, my middle finger nail would always look extra crooked 😩.That didnt happen here at all!! For the first time I didnt instantly regret getting them done, for the first time I didnt pull my hands back when someone would ask to see my nails, I wanted everyone to see them!I brought my own colors from home to play it safe because I wanted colors I knew would compliment my skin but, honestly, they have such a large selection that it really wasnt necessary.The first picture is day one, as labeled, you can see a small dent in the thumb nail but that was my own fault since I hadnt had nails that long in a long time and as soon as I left I started texting after having a matte finish which takes forever to dry! You could hardly see it when I had my fingers were extended so I really didnt care too much. They were still so beautiful 💅Now after the first week and a half, i figured theyd start popping off. At least thats what happened any other time I had my nails done(at other nail salons anyways, because once one pops off I was always anxious to take them all offNot at Blue Room Nail Salon though!!These bad boys lasted three weeks and Im positive they would have lasted longer if I had let them!At about 2.5 weeks I decided to clip them and change out the dark color for a nice nude color so it wasn’t as obvious that I needed a filling lol.Now at three weeks I did decide to just remove them myself since the space between the nails and cuticle was so big and, man let me tell ya, they looked like they needed some loving lolAlthough I really truly was thoroughly impressed by the quality of my nails, I did also want to include the health of my nails after removal for this post, thats why I didnt just go get them filled.Now I need to mention that I am a chronic nail biter and anytime I attempted to let my nails grow out they were always really weak, and would start chipping and “flaking" at the ends. I would assume that having fake nails on them would make them worse, but somehow, they managed to be harder/tougher than normal👏 Maybe because I didn’t have them in my mouth every chance I had? I don’t really know 100%, but the picture inserted is after the glue was removed.You can see a few thin white lines but over all they are in great health and I am loving how they look without any polish on them!I give this nail salon 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!Customer service, hands down, deserves an additional 5 stars in itself! They were very friendly, funny and never once did I feel judged like I had felt a previous salon’s.The prices are very reasonable, ESPECIALLY for the quality! 👌If you haven’t been, my only question is, what are you waiting for??

By far the best place I have ever had my nails done, Lynn has done wonders for my feet, if you do not get your nails done here you are at the wrong place.

Theyre all very conversational (in English cuz Ive always felt like I was being talked about right in front of my face but in a language I couldnt understand when getting my nails done!and they guarantee a polish job which is something Ive never seen before! Theyre awesome!

I loved it, it was a safe environment, it was a place that made you feel like home. And their work... amazing! This was my first time doing anything involving manicure or pedicure. It was awesome. During the whole time they were calm and kind. I loved how my nails looked after coming to the blue room. I definitely recommend coming here.

This place has reasonable prices but the quality of my nails is another story. The girl who did my nails seemed to not know what she was doing . First I showed her the picture of what I wanted but she was going to do a solid navy color on all my nails Instead of marble on two nails like the photo. I kindly asked again and she said it would be 5$ more for the marble design. The marble isn’t marble it looks more like tree branches because she didn’t do the shading correctly. I didn’t say anything because she said she was going to go back and add more lines but the owner told her to hurry it up. She started getting rushed and was not taking her time. My top coat on one nail has a bump on it and she only put glitter on one of the nails and not the rest. Overall all I am not happy with the attempted marble on my nails or the bumpy dip on my nails. Will not be coming back I would rather pay a higher price and get a lot better quality nails.

Theres not enough praise I could give to Blue Room. Prices are good, quality is fantastic! The atmosphere is beyond inviting and the staff makes you feel like family. Ive been a regular for 2.5 years and am never disappointed!

I cant thank them enough for my beautiful nails and cheaper prices. Another nail salon changed me $70 total on bum ass nails. They only charge $28 for a full set and a free design. Consider me a regular from now on.

His place is amazing!! I love it!! The owner is super nice, funny, and respectful. While you wait your turn he makes conversations with each one of his customers. My nails come out terriffic always leaving happy that my nails come out perfect. I just love coming here.

Honestly not impressed... personaly dont think they sanitize their tools correctly because the girl next to me had gone there 2 weeks ago and came back contaminated with a fungus on her nail... plus the lady that was doing my nails reached over to get the buffer the dude was using on the fungus infected lady.. i was appalled. Lucky for me the guy told her not too.Reply,The lady attending me clearly reached for your buffer after you had used it on your client infected with fungus. The only reason she did not use it is because you told her not to before I was. How is that correctly sanitizing your tools? Never complain about anything but this is not right. She hinted that she did not have that infection 2 weeks prior coming here. If I owned a nail salon, I would of never use my tools on a client infected with fungus for morals sake.

Love coming here! Ive been to several other locations around town, some more "up class" (expensive), but this place tops them all! I work with my hands 5 days a week and a mother of a 3 year old, so having nice nails was always difficult to maintain. However, the gel I get here stays lovely for at least 2 weeks! Usually it will only last a few days for me, since Im so rough with my nails, but no more! Ill keep coming here twice a month to get beautiful nails ♡ the price is also a lot cheaper than most other places!

I was not sure about the Salon when I bought the Living Social deal for Shellac Manicure. I am so glad I tried it! The nail technicians are so sweet and do a great job! I actually went back and bought a second shellac deal from LS.
