Very fast. Help was nice.

Computer down for CDL test. Typical DMV environment. It feels like I walked into a place and Im inconveniencing them. Hoosiers pay too much in taxes the way it is for such little in return.

Went to get my new license with the star on it. They said I needed a certified birth certificate i shown then my original certified one plus a certified copy of my birth certificate. They told me that they couldnt except those because they wasnt certified even tho it shows says certified on both of them

Transferring plates today with new registration. The lady who assisted me was so helpful and patient with my trying to get a customized plate for our granddaughter. Thank you for excellent customer service

Walked into the branch today with a nice greeting was told we could only come in if we had business to do. Everything was very clean. Cleaned when you left before the next person was called...on both sides. Very methodical. Very polite. Vwry clean and safe.

Everytime Im here, theyre always nice. Like anywhere, mind your attitude with them and theyll be nice to you as well. Some of them dont like small talk which is perfectly normal.

It just seems to solely depend on which lady you see... A couple are very nice, a couple should be fired...

Rarely busy easy in and out

In dealing with Bluffton BMV, found them to be very helpful in dealing with estate vehicle titles. Had many titles missing, etc, and Amber was very insightful & helpful in sorting through information to get things taken care of, made process much easier than it could have been. She went the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly during this difficult time. We were treated like valuable people, not just a number. So thankful for all the help! Daphne T.

This place is a real license branch open 5 days a week even open on the 4th of July nice people

Always nasty witches

When I go in Im always happy to get waited on by the older lady that usually sits to the left. Shes so friendly. The red head, not so much. If looks could kill, most customers would be dead. Shes not very personable and just pretty, not nice.
