Trustworthy and honest shop.

Today I called BMB to see about having my car serviced and the experience was one of the best I’ve received from an auto mechanic. The owner answered the phone right away and was extremely helpful with addressing my concern and told me I could come over now if I was available. I drove over and was greeted immediately. Without even stepping foot in my car he was able to diagnose my problem and was very upfront and honest about how to solve it. He gave me great advice on what to do and where to go. I have always had such bad experiences with auto repair being mislead or being told it’s one thing and then afterwards being told it’s something so much more it has left me skeptical to the whole experience but after using BMB twice now I can say without a doubt I would highly recommend them to EVERYONE. Not only for the honesty and price fairness but for the level of concern put into every experience.

Bobby from BMB did a great job on my car. I brought the car by in the morning to have the brakes checked and to address a sound the car was making when turning left and right. With new pads and rotors and a flush of the rear differential fluid, everything is good as new. Great service, fair prices, and Bobby even talked me out of an additional service I was looking for that turned out to be unnecessary. I will definitely be a loyal customer!

Dont bother going to this mechanic. Showed up Tuesday for a simple oil change owner told me to come back tomorrow around noon. I arrived Wednesday 11:30am sat in his "waiting room" for 15 minutes while he chatted with a friend in his office. He finally comes out of his office looks at me and walks away to go look at another car, never acknowledging my presence or greeting me or telling me how long it was going to be before they got my car in. Theyre nothing special to have that attitude. 1 star.

Bobby and his team are very honest and Reliable. We have been using their services since 2010 onwards.

In 2018 I trusted then for all works on my cars. Later through 2019 onwards their diagnosis and workmanship started dwindling down to trial and error to rip-off. Started charging for parts that didnt go into the car, supported by labor, unnecessary expensive scenarios were new alternatives that became their petty strategy riding on customers trust. Smart drivers and owners are a threat to them. Unprofessional and liars. Stay away and save your money. Especially European car owners.

Bobby from BMB Auto fixed my problem today and didnt even charge me anything. Thank you!! My brake warning light indicator was illuminated and another provider assessed the situation and told me the sensor needed to be replaced, referring me to BMB. BMB had me bring the car in and immediately realized that the brake fluid simply needed a top off. No charge. Not sure why the other provider missed that - but I was very pleased BMB was so honest and good-natured. I will be back to BMB the next time I have a car problem!

Stopped in without an appointment because my headlight wasn’t working. Thought it was a bad wire because it would flicker when I moved the wire. After a few minutes I was told it was the bulb. I had a spare and they put it in for me at no charge. I will be bringing in my other cars when I have issues!

Honest and reliable repair shop I will use every time and highly recommend.My first experience was because my car overheated and Bobby could have easily charged me for a water pump I forget was replaced earlier but instead was honest with the problem and fair with the repair cost. I have since been back twice to have brakes and tires replaced and was satisfied with the service and cost each time.

I was referred to go here by my trusted mechanic to do a specific job on my car for me. Setting up and appointment with them is best because they only have 2 lifts. I brought my car in for brakes and an oil change, and was so pleasantly surprised to find the faulty hood lock was also repaired.
