MoreOrdered a hood which had some slight cracks and a chip in it. Also claimed to be "fully functional" and its completely sealed underneath. Contacted them about this and got the run arounds and eventually just gave up. In the end the hood looks nice but cost extra to do due to the damage
MoreI needed a Shaker Hood Rally Stripes Graphic Kit for my Dodge Challenger Widebody Scatpack.The dealership said it would be 4 weeks to receive it and I needed it in 2 days.I found BMC Extreme Customs online and located the item I needed. I then called them to verify it was the correct item and that it was in stock.The owner Michael answered the phone, answered all of my questions, and I had plenty of them, then proceeded to take my order over the phone so that I didn’t have to do it online.I called him on a Wednesday and told him I needed them to arrive at the auto body Friday. He said he’d have them cut Wednesday and shipped Thursday overnight, so that they would arrive early Friday morning.Sure enough, they arrived earlier than expected Friday and upon opening the package and inspecting everything, it was all FLAWLESS.Michael himself was a true gentleman and is a model of what every business owner should be. He went above and beyond to ensure, me, his client, was taken care of and fully satisfied.Will definitely recommend and return as a repeat client.

MoreDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Bought a wide body kit. Parts received and sent to body shop for paint. Went to install fender flares and found they did not send the middle section of the back fender flares. Have been going back and forth with the owner for months. Was told several times the parts were shipped. Finally after several emails, phone calls and text they gave me a tracking number. Happy just want to get my car done. Tracked the number they gave me all week with the post office...finally said it was delivered. Unfortunately it was delivered to someone in Tennessee not Florida. The owner LIED and provided a bogus tracking number. I have had enough of the run-a-round and lies. I will be filing with small claims court in New Jersey this week.

MoreEDIT 4/29 - Company contacted me and then the manufacturer, who is sending me a new spoiler and a return label for the old one.Purchased a painted spoiler and installed it in January. Two months later a quarter sized piece of paint came off. Upon further inspection there was a hairline crack in the spoiler, and I assume the crack is growing causing the paint to crack and peel off. Ive emailed them and attempted to call but their mailbox is full. Its been 2 weeks and I havent received any form of a response.
MoreThis company has literally stolen money from me. I ordered some headlights nearly a year ago from them and the excuse after 3 months was "theyre back ordered". Then 5 months later it was "Theyre stuck on a ship". Fair enough, there were shipping backlogs. But then more months passed and I sort of needed headlights. I got them elsewhere and have called and emailed them repeatedly asking them to refund me and they simply wont respond. Too much time has passed to make a credit card claim so now Im just out 350 dollars. Who knows if they even actually ordered the headlights. They may have just pocketed the money from the start. I should have listened to the sub-3 star review averag, so shame on me I guess. These guys are thieves, do not give them your money.

MoreI ordered the hood stripes kit for my GTO. One of the stripes came damaged but I must say customer service is great. They are working we me to expedite the damaged Vynal pannel. Reading a lot of bad reviews about customer service but these guys have been great since the beginning regarding customer service. I’ll update this review once I receive the undamaged part. UPDATE: Outstanding customer service, they overnighted the damage product at no additional cost. These guys value the customer and I would not hesitate ordering from them.

MoreI picked up the Carbon fiber Roadrunner hood for my 2014 dodge charger, from the first phone call to these guys I got great customer service. the hood was shipped in a near bombproof container with lots of bubble wrap. hood arrived 2 days earlier than expected and fit perfectly. I dont give glowing reviews but these guys earned it.
MoreThis place is a huge joke. Save your time and money, and just order from somewhere else! I ordered a hood on December 6th money was taken from my account, and now on December 10th the money was back in my account when I contacted the company they told me it was due to the fact the billing address was different from shipping (the hood was going to be a Christmas gift for my husband and was being shipped to my parents addressthey then stated they mailed a letter with a confirmation pin to my address and that it should be there today or yesterday. I did not receive their letter and when I contacted the company back they told me they’d push the order through when I explained I’d need to update the card that was used due to me purchasing it with my old debit card and that if needed I’d just ship the hood to my address to avoid confusion they told me to resubmit the order. Once I redid the order I got a call back stating the hood was no longer in stock and I could purchase another hood for $100+ more. Your company is a joke.
MoreGood guys here ,Bruno and them are all very nice and accommodating , when a supplier pushed an order back into next to year they tried helping me and then canceled it for me when asked without issue and quickly.
Moregreat customer service and went the extra mile to ensure I got the correct paint on my spoiler. Only took about a month and a half to arrive, everything was perfect.
MoreThis is a hit or miss store. They will either send you the right parts and your good or you get the wrong parts and they won’t take them back. They will make excuse after excuse my recommendation is call them before ordering get a name and recording before purchasing just in case.

MoreBMC extreme customs did a great job at shipping my 2013 Charger Roadrunner Hood . It came very well protected in each corner and was in a very solid box and packaging . 10/10 . Install was easy with the pre made holes on the hood and fitment was also on point . Needed very little adjusting on the brackets when installing.Hood has been on my car for 2 months now and have not had any problems . Funcional scoop works fairly well. Intake temps usually 10-15 above ambient . The hood is way lighter so it may shake a little bit . Hood pins are totally recommended . Overall build of hood is solid 👍🏼Contact support was very helpful, they responded to my emails fairly quick when I inquired on availability and shipping times.Summary : I recommend BMC . MoreNObody answers the phone...EVER. Customer Service?...wouldnt know, didnt GET any customer service. They are completely uncommunicative, so dont expect email shipping updates, and tracking numbers?..nope..NOT happening.. And on the subject of email, they take their sweet time getting back to to you, and when they do, their info is contradictory and their approach is meant to obfuscate. This is my 1st...and LAST order with these Bozos. Bottom line...if you like being kept in the loop on your purchases, this is NOT the place to go...im STILL waiting for parts of a $500+ order....over a month for wheels ,lugnuts and center caps is absurd.
MoreIgnore the negative reviews, BMC Extreme Customs did an excellent job, quick with shipping, great fitting product, easy install with pre-drilled holes, and zero issues after running the hood on my 2020 Widebody Charger for months now. Wouldnt recommend anyone else for aftermarket fitment! MoreUpdate: I believe BMC is indeed legit. I was contacted at shipment time about a month after expected receipt. They were very helpful to cancel the order, as I found a replacement product elsewhere. They also followed up, as the supplier that drop-shipped already sent the product. So kudos to them. I can only guess that covid-19 had a great negative impact on them/their supplier. I improved the stars from 1 up to 3 as I would give them a second chance if I find one of their products I am looking for. BTW...BMC never asked me to change my review as some places have been known to do, and to me their honesty counts for something.Original Post: It would be nice if BMC would respond to provide order update. I ordered a part July 26 and at over 5 weeks later Ive yet to hear response to emails, to the online question area, or to be available by phone. Ive attempted to call them, but as another reviewer experienced, I was told to leave a voice message, but the voicemail box is full. Im not so sure if BMC Extreme Customs is legitimate auto parts supplier. Maybe it is, but maybe not.
MoreIm so excited and relieved my Killer Bee Hood for my charger finally came, although the shipping company delayed my order for a week but when I contacted BMC customer service, they supported my order to the fullest and right the next day my order was on my doorstep :Fabulous Customer Service. MoreI purchased a fiberglass ram air hood for my 2016 Dodge Ram. With the body shop being busy it took a couple weeks to get it test fitted which I acknowledge put me over the period of the return policy. I also acknowledge that fiberglass custom hoods need "some" work to finish and fit and are not a factory hood equivalent however, the hood I received has some glaring flaws with several large pimples or bumps in the material on one side.The biggest issue however, is that the hood simply doesnt fit remotely well and appears to be about 1" too narrow in width leaving about 1/2" between the hood and fender on each side. Ive sent 3 emails, pictures and left 2 voice mails and have only received one call back telling me to adjust the fenders, but to send pictures and they would review. The hood issues not withstanding I wouldnt recommend thier product or their services. I asked if we could reach a satisfactory deal as in a refund and I would pay for shipping it back, but cant even get a simple response. Terrible service.
MoreI will never order from them again I’m a big mopar guy and they took my time and feel they took my money as well hood was damage took a month hard to reach them and when I did get in touch with them and let them know about the hood they rush me off the phone so know I’m stuck with a damage hood worst customer service ever I will never recommend them they lucky I don’t stay in the same state I would give them back that hood $750 down the drain
Moreso I purchased a mopar 2019+ rebel hood plus black OEM bezels.the shipping was quick.I asked Bruno and Mike to keep me posted when it shipped.I had it sent to my body shop to color matchthe body shop received the hood and sadly it was damaged in transit.to make matters worse in was told that the trucking freight company had not allowed an inspection.and simply left the hood there like "dirty laundry"I was lividi contacted the body shop.who initiated a claim w 19 very detailed picswhat was an awful experience was promptly an opportunity for BMC to divert blame but Bruno.was responsive concerned super fast in issuing me a credit for the body shop to repair my hood.he not only did this but took over the claim so neither me or the body shop would have to deal w the hassle of chasing the freight company to get my hood repaired to the tune of 484 dollars.i know it says a lot about bruno and his integrity that he went to bat for me..refunded me the money to cover the damage ...mike is also a straight up.NJ shooter who.is a no BS guy but ultinately wants to helpbruno and BMC has s lifelong customer in me.bc I know they will stand by the customer if things are damaged or problems are encountered6 stars from me.thank you Bruno!!!JJ in Colorado!

MoreThis was a very sad experience. I will start off by saying that the black mamba hood looked great and I was very excited to be getting it installed on my 2017 GT Mustang.The problem was not the product but the companies operations. I dropped my car off at the mechanic on the 23rd of December for aesthetic modifications (including the hood). All my parts came in and were installed before the hood even showed up and when it did it was damaged.The mechanic shop notified me and explained they had already ordered another one. So now we fast-forward another week, when I get another call from my mechanic explaining that the 2nd one came in damaged too. They said they were surprised and that BMC was going to use a different carrier to deliver the 3rd hood. At this point I am still giving the benefit of the doubt and understanding that things get damaged in transit so I give the go ahead. So the plus is that the 3rd one came in undamaged but it took twice as long to get here (took twice as long as the first carrier who already took the longest of all the other parts I ordered). Ohhhh but did you think this drama was over? Nope! After all this hassle the 3rd hood came in and was for the wrong model mustang. So here is the recap1. Took the longest to get here2. Came damaged by their delivery choice (despite taking longer)3. Came damaged by their delivery choice a 2nd time!4. Finally came undamaged but was for the wrong mustangSo here I am still without a vehicle after 39 days and ordering my #2 option from Cervanis.
MoreInstalled by top company in the area, players from the major sports teams take their cars there for customizing. Fit is terrible, my car won several Best in Show awards but wont win after this installation. Parts should be tested in house before shipping (was packaged nicely). I was called and confirmed the model and year so was excited when they arrived but a very big let down. Wish I could add more to show the true extent of the issues. As a member of three car clubs, each with over 250 members, I cannot recommend this company at this time.

MoreAbsolutely horrible customer service. I paid $3500 on my order. It came missing the fog lights ($479). I talked to Mike (the only one who answers the phone). He said that the fog lights are listed on the shipping order so they must be in the box. We flipped the boxes inside out and NOTHING.Basically, you will get what they ship you and not what you pay for!! Of course they refused to issue a refund of $479.I dont not recommended them at all.
MoreI ordered fender flares for my 2018 dodge. I was sent the wrong part the first time. They sent me the right part after one week. The right part did not have holes to use the stock bolts that were already there, they want you to use self tappers. I called BMC and was told to measure and drill holes to match the stock bolts if I wanted to use them. One was warped so bad from being stuffed in the box you could not it to lay flat on fender for the 3m tape to hold. Terrible product.
MoreVery poor customer service. Purchased trim molding for a chin splitter. It was to small for the edge. Called to return the product and they said no. The only cost out of their pocket would be the shipping the item back to them. I would recommend taking your business else where.
MoreI ordered something online, for which I paid with my credit card. I used a shipping address for my auto body shop and gave the cell phone number for the shop owner. I received an order status update 2 days later that only said “this order is on hold.” I called them, a day later, to find out why. They said that they looked up the shop I requested delivery to and a different phone number from the one I left was listed. I asked why I wasn’t called, as they had my number and their response was “why would we do that? Why didn’t you just have it shipped to the billing address?” I said there should be no problem shipping it to an alternate address, as the website allows. I have never had a problem doing that with any other website.” I asked what I needed to do now. I was told that a release code was sent to the billing address and I needed to call when it was received. When I didn’t receive it in the mail, I called again to ask why this wasn’t at least mailed out immediately as this was slowing down shipping time even more. The owner hung up on me. When I called back, another employee told me that the owner was canceling the order. This is a terrible place to deal with. They do not look to accommodate the needs of their customers, but expect the customer to accept and understand their needs.

They are a headache to deal with. They avoid replying to emails. Got an automated email saying shipping in 1-3 days but in reality took them over 3 weeks just to ship it. Quality is what id expect for a budget knock off item, certainly not close to OEM quality.

MoreI ordered a spoiler for my mustang and had lost the hardware included. I contacted the manufacturer of the spoiler and received no response. I contacted BMC and they had no problems getting me the hardware at no charge when they had no obligation to. The spoiler was packaged well and recieved quickly. I would make future purchases with this company based on my previous experience.
MoreBeen reading through the reviews and they are not doing this company ANY justice. I first found BMC when venturing into aftermarket spoilers to add a little edge to my 2016 Mustang. After going through several places you can only find the same spoilers that every other mustang driver owns. I wanted something different and I finally found it. The Black Mamba spoiler is absolutely perfect. The fit and finish on the spoiler was everything I was looking for. No other wing tapers the corners off like this one or compliments the body lines of the car.To the people saying that item was damaged through shipping, it clearly says in the email to check for damages immediately after receiving the package. Most likely it was the consumers fault. Why else would BMC not do anything. Read the fine print and all is well.Definitely would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Looking forward to the hood!
MoreI wouldnt have given them 1 star but Google wouldnt accept my comment w/o one, and they dont deserve that.These boys are crooks, shipped a hood, the quality was so bad the shop refused to install it. Also packed poorly so it received some damage. They just told me it was my problem, tough. Customer service doesnt exist, they took my $500 and shipped me a piece of junk. Since they are being jerks I will dispute the charge claiming the product was misrepresented and they failed to package the item properly to avoid damage.What Jerks.......beware

The communication was great, and they shipped out the parts as expected with no issues. MoreWorst company ever, please do not purchase any items through them. I purchased an item a few months ago and it was damaged upon arrival. I tried to send it back to BMC several times and UPS reported the company had moved, come to find out the sender was not accepting the return package. I had to put a claim through my bank. This company is not honest or reliable and should not be in business!
MoreThese guys are rip-off specialist! I place an order for vinyl graphics which took nearly three weeks to ship and it arrived damaged due to very poor packaging. After contacting them by phone I was told they would replace it but never did, $104 down the drain! Even had it arrived in good condition half of the order was unusable since there was only one straight edge to work with for installation, DO NOT waste your money on these guys!
MoreExtremely slow response and took 3 weeks to ship. No tracking number information was sent. Upon contacting BMC after a week they agreed to send the tracking number, but never did.Vinyls are printed on crappy application paper, and instructions for applying are misleading. BMC does not create their products or even spend enough time with them to create accurate instructions are given.The vinyls are drop shipped from Auto Trim Design in Wisconsin. I will be reaching out to them also. Hands down terrible products with bad supporting documentation, and somewhat shady.
