BMI Benefits LLC in Monmouth County

I sent in all my paperwork as requested and have gotten NO information on my claim. I really believe this is a scam. I intend to file necessary grievances with my school and consumer affairs. Ridiculous. You cannot blame this on the current stay at home situation. I am able to do my job just fine even with stay at home orders. I would absolutely not recommend this.

I dont even want to give this place a one star. It is the worst ever. My claim was handle by Jennifer who does not do her job. She keeps requesting information from me and the providers over and over. I asked to speak to a manager and she ignored my requested multiple times. I would not requesting this place to anyone. All you get is the run arounds and bills are not paid.

My son was hurt a few months ago in a baseball game at school and all of these poor reviews made me very nervous about even opening a claim. Another mom at school told me she was reimbursed when her son was hurt in a wrestling match, so I went ahead and sent in the accident form. I spoke with a at least two different representatives during the process and I found both of them to be helpful and patient (I wish I wrote down their names). I wish the claims were processed quicker, but it was an all around good experience.

Worst place i have ever dealt with! I have been trying to get in contact with someone for months. No one calls back and when they finally do they say they dont have documents or things are pending. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use them.

Giving me the run around, keep sending them what they ask for and still say they dont have it. Are they stupid or just lazy OR is this a SCAM insurance?

Awful ins!!! pay is slow, people are rude!! i cant believe this place stays in business.

Never returns phone calls, have not done one thing they were supposed to do
