BMW of South Albany Service Center in Albany County

Went there to have a simple bearing pressed in for my car. They did that and gave me back the part. It was done incorrectly. Told them that and how to do it and they said they would fix it. They did the exact same thing and I dont have my car for another week because of it. I asked for a refund and they keep saying it was done properly so they cant issue a refund. They must have terrible techs to say that it was done properly when every other person I talk to says that its messed up. I wouldnt label myself a mechanic but based on this these guys most definitely should not be calling themselves mechanics. Makes me fear for the people having work done on their car that dont know any better.
