The experience with Boates Brothers was astounding. From planning, through execution and finalization was a pleasure. Entire kitchen and dining room ripped out and updated beyond our expectation. The crew was exceptional, there were surprises along the way but they addressed absolutely everything with confidence and ease with explanations along the way. Recently had Boates Brothers Paint, install doors, and my deck. They were absolutely wonderful.The work was great and employees were kind, and courteous. They were even great with my dogs.

They triple parked their vehicle at a store. That shows that they could care less that the lot is otherwise 100% full. Unprofessional

First I emailed. They called 3 days later. Left a message to schedule an estimated.Called them back 2 hours later and left a message. Called again the next day and left a message. Called again the following day and left another message. Waited till after the weekend, emailed again. Another week has gone by, no response. I guess they are just too busy too even give me the courtesy of a reply that they cannot come out for any estimate. Oh well. There were 3 other contractors that came out to give us an estimate for our two upstairs bathrooms.

WOW!!! Is not all I can say about Boates Brothers. From their first visit to our home, to review what we wanted done, to the completion of several projects this past week. We had front and side steps and decking to the outsideof our home replaced with Trex. Looks Sharp and clean. We wanted to extend out outdoor living space, so we had them place a, EP Henry, paver patio, with Trex steps, outside our dining area, and replaced the dining window with a beautiful door. All of the owners and employees we came in contact were respectful, friendly and could not have done more to make our experience with them greater, always keeping us in the loop if there was a supply chain issue, like with our door, which they went over and above to find us the best, quality door that we have envisioned in that space. HIRE THEM! We will use them again for our next project!!!! Thank you, Boates Brothers!

I am so pleased with the company they where so punctual and very responsive to my calls and emails. The work they did in my living is absolutely beautiful!! We will definitely use this company again for any future work.

I stopped in to get a quote for 2 retaining walls. I made an appointment and they showed up without a call or email/text to let me know they were on their way (they are1/2 mile down the street from me). The estimator said he will send me the written estimate. 10 days went by and I hadnt received any estimate. I called and left a message because the typist was out of the office. I called back 5 days later to find out if they sent the estimate. She said she will send it once she finds it. A week went by with no response or estimate. I called again and left another message. NO reply or estimate was sent. It has been over 3 weeks since I had the person come out and look at what I wanted. Still no estimate or even a call to apologize for the delay. If this is the way they handle their estimates, I wouldnt want them doing the work. They dont seem to be reliable or professional.

We recently had a large branch fall from a tree and damage a large portion of our garage roof and the back wall of our garage. We search around for a reputable contractor and a reasonable price. Our son recommender Boates Brothers. He was really happy with a bathroom remodel that they did for him so we called. Allen came out that day. He took his time and did his own check of the damage. Its a good thing that he did. He found a few things that our insurance adjuster missed. With his help, we had the claim adjusted to cover all the damage. Naturally, we gave him the job. It really looks great. As good as new. Its great to find a company as honest and thorough as Boates Brothers. Keep up the great work.

5 ⭐️ Company. Very responsive to our requests. We have used this business to update our laundry room, kitchen and recently do a refresh on the bathroom. Their employees are very respectful and the office staff was very professional. I highly recommend them.

No response from messages or email. Called and the person answering the phone just says hello. I didnt know if I was calling a business or some random person. She said one of the brothers would get back to me and never heard anything. Emailed over some info on a build I was looking at doing and nothing. Called again no answer left a message and no call back. Emailed again and still nothing. If they dont want the business say so!!! What has happen to customer service!!

We had been trying to get our kitchen redone for about a year. We tried to quotes from several contractors and none of them came through with one.A friend of ours suggested we give Boates Brothers a call so we did.From our first meeting with Allen all the way through the conclusion of the job, everyone involved was awesome.Allen came up with the design and Mike and his crew were very professional, polite and neat.We had the kitchen totally gutted and the house was never a mess.The guys were so good that we decided to have our powder room done by them.I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Boates Brothers for any job you need.

Had a consultation nearly 3 weeks ago. Was told to give them a week for an estimate. I waited until day 11 to call, left a message. Still no response. Sent a message to their Facebook page on day 17 asking for an update, I can see it was read but still I get no response.If this is how you conduct your business to try to get work done, I think Id rather not have you do the work for me. Thanks for wasting my time and setting me back 3 weeks.

I can not speak on their work. My review is strictly about the driving. I am a parent within the Chichester school district and this morning I witnessed the driver of truck plate ending in 6288 speeding through the school zone on Chichester Ave. The school zone lights flashing is 15mph, this means drivers should slow down to 15 mph and not continue doing 35/40 mph. This will make me never use them.

had them come out to look at project, said they would send estimate in couple days. That was 2 weeks ago sent 2 emails no reply, also called left message no reply If they did not want project they should have told me, not left me hanging. will never call them again for anything!!!!

High quality workmanship, communication, and ownership. From start to finish i was impressed by the quality of this business. Had new steps installed in my basement as well as 2 support beam pillars completely re done. The result is great. Highly recommend.

The Boates Brothers remodeled our two 30 year old bathrooms. We are thrilled with our results. From the estimate process to the finishing touches, they were nothing but professional and customer oriented. Every craftsman that came into our home was friendly and courteous to us. They were very concerned with making us happy with their work. Rick, who was in charge of our project, consistently checked with us whenever there was a choice to be made. Several times we had to go away for a few days. We didn’t think twice about leaving Rick in while we were gone. We can’t say enough about this group. Our first experience with remodeling was so successful. We would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has remodeling on their wish list.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that the Boates Brothers team did on our house. We contracted with them to replace our old aluminum siding with vinyl siding. We also had them replace our gutters and downspouts, soffit, and the foundations exterior stucco. Our house looks great! Rick and Alan Boates were very helpful in providing us with information and answering our questions as we went through the renovation process. The members of their work crews were very friendly and were respectful of our property. Most importantly, everyone who worked on our house paid great attention to detail as they did their jobs. We are glad that we chose Boates Brothers, and we would recommend their company highly to anyone looking to get similar work done.

Call over 2 months ago and had a guy come down to look at the job I needed done, very nice and friendly. Said I would receive a email with a quote within 2 weeks, a month almost goes by I call and got a kind response and told she would look into who looked at the job and would get back to me. Never got that call... very unprofessional. Will not even attempt to call again for any further work I still need to get done. Thanks john

Boates Brothers spent 6 days working on 2 bedrooms in my home that were damaged from our roof leaking. A lot of work needed to be done, and they jumped in and went above and beyond. Every single person who walked in to our home was kind and respectful and the work they did was wonderful. The 2 rooms turned out beautiful and they look like nothing was ever wrong.
