Bob Evans in Bedford County

Once a year for 30 years, traveling from Virginia to Ohio and back, Breezewood is halfway, and we always stop at this Bob Evans. Relaxing atmosphere and interesting gift shop. Food while not great, is decent and consistent.

I love eating here. The food is delicious and the service is very good. I have never in 25 years been disappointed. Stop by and I am sure you will agree. Thank you to the staff for always making our time here awesome.

Nice down home atmosphere with a little gift shop. Vickie was an outstanding server. Food was very good with real butter and buttermilk pancakes. Coffee was particularly good too.

Excellent experience!!! The service was great and the food was well prepared and tasted very good. I was promptly greeted and seated. My server was polite and thorough. He checked on me without being intrusive. The restaurant was clean and well lit.This Robert, may I call you Bob?, Evans also had a nice souvenir shop. Breezewood, PA is a tangled mess of humanity, cars and trucks. Bob Evans is a great place to take a break.

The service was very good and the beef pot roast was "melt in your mouth" tender and so tasty. It honestly didnt take much long to have a great sit down meal than it would have taken to get fast food.

It’s the only restaurant we go to in Breezewood. In fact it’s the only place we go to in Breezewood. Never had a bad meal here and the wait staff is pleasant and efficient…

Kathy was our server and she did a fantastic job! Kept asking if we needed refills or anything else. Id give 5stars for the service alone!The place has a great "old farmhouse" vibe. Exposed wooden beams, a brick chimney in the center of the room, an old stove...The gift shop had a nice variety of things.Would definitely return if in the area! Not like any Bob Evans Ive been to before.

Great service and the food was delicious. And that Bob Evans has to be one of the best looking restaurant they have....the inside is incredible!!

Well when we got there they have us a booth wasnt all that busy and it took us almost 45 min to get waited on and when me and my wife decided to leave we stand up and then the waitress came over and took our order then and took forever to get out food and we was out of town and was there prob over 2 hours

Kids and I enjoyed something we dont have nearby where we live. Kind of Cracker-Barrel type atmosphere. I really liked the honey buttered chicken!

Good service, everyone was nice and friendly. Our food came out faster then any of us thought it would witch was perfect because we were running late and just stopped for breakfast.

The restraunt was ok. The bathrooms were dirty and the chairs were sticky and old. Definitely needs a renovation. The food was just ok. Waitress was less than enthusiastic. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

I stopped at this Bob Evans on a whim while traveling through the area and I have ZERO complaints!! The gift shop was cute with unique items. The service was outstanding and the food was great!! Our waitress was on point, kind and very attentive. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely stop back by!

Ive known BE mainly as a place to meet grandparents for Sunday lunch. Recently tried for dinner, and was pleased to find at least some reasonable sized, healthy plates available. One grilled chicken breast with two sides is entirely reasonable.Bit shocking to find no real salad options and no beer or wine, but BE isnt trying to be that. Had to run a gauntlet of appalling merch at the entrance: funny/sad.

Wow...everything is just perfect here. Homey atmosphere, cute gift shop and farm fresh food. Truly one of the finest Bob Evans in America.

6 cars 2 bikes in the parking lot. Place is about empty. Was told its a 20 minute wait.Once we got a table. Service was good and the food was good.

Bob Evans is the way to go.I had slow roasted beef I want to tell you it was so good very very tender you can cut it with a fork.Service was very good

My wife ordered us dinner. The sandwich with soup was soggy. The sides we ordered were all thrown in a container all together and our one son is picky so that made his meal not the most appetizing. I ordered the pot roast sandwhich which is supposed to come with beef gravy the one thing that makes it wonderful and it was missing. But hey the mashed patatoes and the stuffing was good at least....(2 very easy things to make). Overall my meal was very plain jane. Not very pleased with the order.

This Bob Evans was very nice. There was a cute country store in the entry, food was hot, fresh & made to order, very good. Our waitress was fantastic, excellent customer service, wonderful attitude. Made a great road trip start of right.

Nice place good location friendly staff. Food was okay sausage had a good taste. Only problem hash browns half cook somewhat golden on one side under cook on other....

Overall food was good. Felt like the portion didnt match the price. We order 2 breakfast bowls. Order came up to 32. Something. On the register it said 54. Something so watch what they charge you

Good place, heavy and delicious breakfast.

The food is great and reasoably pricesed. The staff is friendly and curtious. The building itself looks like an old barn inside with all kinds of antique odds and ends sitting in the rafters. Its a great atmosphere to take your family for a nice sit down meal. The gift shop waiting area is the one thing I dont like, but that is easily put out of mind when you are seated.

Food here is always good. My waiter was a sweet guy who always made sure my iced tea was full. Thats aces in my book. I stop here often cause everyone here is nice

The food is what you would expect from a Bob Evans. My wife and I both enjoyed our breakfast meals. The food came out fast and was well made. The staff were friendly and efficient. The bathrooms were clean. They seem to be changing their theme. As you can see from the photos, there is a general store similar to The Cracker Barrel. If you’re passing through Beeezewood, PA and are in the mood for some breakfast, stop in, stretch your legs and enjoy so good old country cooking.

Went here Thursday 4/28.Food was good. Ordered grilled chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Service from waitress named Vickie was terrible. She seemed to only have an attitude when she came to my table and I dont know why. I dont know if it was the color of my skin or the way I dressed or what. But she treated me very different than she treated the caucasian patrons. Spoke to them very pleasant and joyful and when she approached my table was very dry and stand-off and aggravated. Due to that experience I will not be returning back to the establishment as I dont patronize where Im not wanted and I got the message loud and clear.

The food was excellent! Our server, Tangela, was friendly and knowledgeable regarding gluten free menu items. We also purchased a nice t-shirt and sweatshirt from the gift shop.

Breakfast was pretty good. We had two busses feel up the restaurant and they served us all in a kind timely matter. The staff was great, the food was hot.

Great place to stop for breakfast/brunch and a great location by all the expressways. The food was excellent and the service the best I ever had. Coffee cup kept getting refilled, fresh coffee cream along with the refills. Some places it drives me crazy whenever the server walks by and asks how is everything..."the same as it was a minute ago when you asked!" Not so with our server. She came to the table, gave refills, even to-go cups of coffee for me a soda for my husband! Awesome restaurant!

I should note that, first, I dont hate this Bob Evans in particular, I think all Bob Evanss are gross and sad, but this one is notable for being the closest thing resembling food in Breezewood, and what everyone seems to go to who doesnt have a map and can see the many other places less than 20 minutes away who serve actual food. The notable tea recommendation here is funny as I cant say its wrong, just that their tea is notably bad. I dont understand why no one comes into this busy through-town and serves actual food other than dry chicken breasts, bland sandwiches, and passable pumpkin pie. I would be beyond happy if I never stepped inside a Bob Evans again.

We ate here a few years ago and it was busy at lunchtime. The waitress came quickly and wanted us to order right away, and we werent ready. She came back again very quickly and we still werent ready because we werent familiar with the menu. She ignored us for about 1/2 hour before she came back. I thought she was rude and I really should have told the manager. We were on our way home from vacation and I didnt want it ruined.

Nice home style food. They give you a sufficient amount of food even to fill my belly! Country store setting in the front lines you of cracker barrel another great place to eat. Also, this particular Bob Evans has parking for trucks.. not many, but parking nevertheless. Thank you for loving us truckers!

Best Bob Evans we have dined at. Exceptional setting. Same good comfort food. Interesting store. Very clean. Excellent service. Would go there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the price and the friendliness of the staff. The bacon was overcooked and the manager came over showed it to us and asked if we wanted it redone. There was no expectation that we would. He was very cordial and professional. Our servers, both times we ate there were both the nicest and friendliest anywhere keep doing what you are doing, all of you.

Kiddy size on the hash browns.Eggs are very small.Bread could of been a better quality.

Had a great breakfast. This Bob Evans has a shop inside for travelers also...nice. Clean store, friendly staff and bathroom are maintained well.

I have been selling this place short for too long. Finally stopped in and was pleasantly surprised. I would say it was more akin to a cracker barrel than something like an old country buffet. Food was great, inexpensive and the service was good.

I always eat at Bob Evans when I go through Breezewood and I have always had a good experience at this location when it comes to food. Service can be meh sometimes, it does depend on the waiter/waitress you get. It is never terrible service, so I find it doesnt take away from the overall experience. I make it here a few times a year and I just look forward to the food. I recommend the cinnamon chip pancakes although they are very sweet, basically dessert for breakfast, the country fried steak with rolls, the honey butter chicken, the biscuits, and the pot roast. I like the baked potato soup as well although I wish they did not use bacon bits as they are quite chewy. I am also a big fan of their peach iced tea! The fried cinnamon biscuits (cinnabiscuitsare also quite delicious! They are like mini donuts rolled in cinnamon sugar. In the past, I also loved their coconut cream pie but this location no longer has it :( Bob Evans is a solid place for any time of day and I dont think you can really go wrong with anything here. If you are looking for a filling meal or a hearty breakfast, this is the place to go! Also, the gift shop area is fun to explore, there are always fun candies, games and books for kids, stuffed animals, sweatshirts, and even crystal statues and different gifts.

A good time in a nice place. This was our first experience at a Bob Evans and we really enjoyed it! The bathrooms were clean and well supplied. The selection of food was impressive and my grilled chicken was perfect!

This Breezewood stop in PA is one of my favorite places to stop before jumping into the PA turnpike. Clean restrooms, good hot food with breakfast at all hours. Unlimited coffee and fast, friendly service! The coffee was good today, but sometimes it is fantastic

Very good breakfast and super nice service. We order steak and eggs and house breakfast. They even gave us coffee to take out.

Great national brand, but when I placed my order at this specific location and asked for Peanut Butter on the side, they told me there is none. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Okay...what type of restaurant does not have Peanut Butter? 🤦‍♂️ Then, when my food came out my hashbrowns were hardly cooked after I asked for them to be prepared extra crispy and the server asked me, “Are these ok or do you want them done?” She already knew they were not okay, but insisted on delivering them to me and then asking while I continue to wait. Now, instead of running back to the cook and asking for another round quickly to make sure I’m happy, she went to get a plate and asked me to slide them on. Look, I’ve worked as a server before while in college and that is no way to handle the situation imo. The sad part about this entire meal is I usually tip 20-30% on average, but came in knowing I was going to leave a big cash tip as this would had been a breakfast meal. Overall, very disappointing... 😏

A great place to stop on a road trip. The food is great and so is the service but they also have a larger store inside that is kind of like a cracker barrel.

This was the first Bob Evans Ive been to that had a store in the front of it. It made it feel a lot like Cracker Barrel. We enjoy the same quality food at most Bob Evans however service was a little slow and they certainly were not busy. Although friendliness goes a long way and the staff was friendly. Bathrooms were very clean.
