Bob's Sub in Indiana County

I like the décor and all the local photos the service is good and friendly - That said this is a restaurant and it needs to be about the food. Steak sandwich was so greasy the bread fell apart and was impossible to hold. Try something else>

I came to this location because it was the closest to where I lived and because I had the most amazing sandwich at the Pittsburgh location. Needless to say, Indiana was a huge disappointment.There was a blonde girl there who didn’t seem to know what she is doing as evidenced by the manager constantly telling her what to do. I paid for double meat and didn’t get it. Of course I didn’t find that out until I brought the sandwich home.I asked TWICE if the sandwich was toasted and was told by the worker and manager that it was. It was barely toasted. Sorry, but I’m done with Bob’s.

They mess up your order literally 100% of the time. I cant remember the last time I actually got what I ordered from there. Always double check your food before you leave. God forbid you have a food allergy, theyll basically go out of their way to do the opposite of what you say. What a joke.

Love the food there, but cant stand the young kids that work there. Makes me not want to go back.

They are rude and they take forever because the owner only wants two workers working. So you wait to order then wait to have your food made. And if you want friendly and faster service go to Jimmy Johns it’s just right up the street.

I love these subs. I went Saturday to pick up 15 subs that were pre ordered for noon. I got there 10 minutes early. One staff member looked at me and never said a word. I proceeded to sit at the counter, and they waited on 8 people before acknowledging me. I finally spoke to them asking what was happening...it was 12:10 and they had ignored me for over 20 minutes at this point. Yes, they were making the order, and I didnt leave until 12:15. I spent about $150 on one order, and youd think they would have paid attention to the people in the store. I paid and literally not one word stated to me the entire time. Not even after I paid, no apology for being late, no thanks, etc. Sad state of affairs. I love their subs, but seriously, this was B.S.

I do have to say the food is good but you will literally wait for ever to get your food 45 minutes for a freshman steak ‘n cheese. Then when I got what they said was my food, it was not what I ordered. And had to wait another 20 minutes. Sorry don’t cut it this place is a JOKE!!!!!

Bobs subs are the best ever! Fresh bread, meats and veggies done Bobs way!

Delicious. Best sub bread anywhere! Reasonable prices, good service. My only complaints is that they only sell fountain drinks, which is fine for dining in but not great for take out.

Cheesesteaks are fire !!! But you have to add caramelized or fried onions to the menu if you want to call it a Philly Cheesesteak, without fried onions the cheesesteak it can’t be from Philly ! 😭

Took 10 minutes to make a sandwich, and they got my order wrong. I didnt ask for lettuce and tomatoes, and they didnt specify on the menu what vegetables would the sandwich

The steak and cheese is amazing when its not greasy and the bun is crispy. If the steak is greasy the bun gets soggy and the whole sub sucks.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Picked up my buffalo chicken sub only to drive across town back home and open it and find NO MEAT. Called to tell them of this and the girls working were extremely unprofessional and rude. They never apologized nor acknowledged a mistake was made. Clearly ignored me when I came back to pick up my new sub. It was extremely messy and chicken was only on 3/4 of the sub. Will not be returning.

I wish that there was a zero star rating. I told them my order and they got it wrong. They made me anotherone after asking me what I wanted on it again and they messed it up again.

I eat here a few times a month. Usually food is fresh & great. Occasionally, like last night, you will be waited on by unmotivated college students who will make the wrong sub or enter wrong prices into the register. Sometimes the food & bread are old & stale. Thats a crapshoot and luck. Great place when the bread is fresh & you dont get an employee who doesnt care to give good customer service. I cut my star rating back to 4 because of the inconsistency.

Okay, not going to lie. I come here for lunch sometimes with coworkers and it’s great. BUT the girl working tonight SUCKED. She was rude and mean and PUT THE SHEDDED LETTUCE FROM THE CUTTING BOARD BACK TO THE BIN!!! TO USE ON OTHER SUBS!! Crazy

I had Bobs Sub for the first time today. I had the steak and cheese. It did not taste authentic to me. It was very greasy. Maybe I will try a different sandwich next time. The meat tasted rubbery, too.

Very accommodating to college students as far as hours and when students are in the Bobs way steak n cheese is very good

The food is great. However, both times Ive been there, there is only one person working. One person to take orders, payment AND making the subs is not nearly enough.

Every single time we get Bobs Subs, I order my hoagie with NO cheese - but yet my sub always has cheese. Ordered today - emphasized the fact that I do NOT want cheese - the girl still put cheese on it. As I tell her no cheese - she gives me this nasty look. My husbands sub was not made right - again - adding stuff that isnt supposed to be on there. Then I was told that they were no longer aloud to sell me all of the tea. Now mind you - we paid for every single carton of tea they had. But now they are limiting how much someone can buy? Ill be speaking with the owner on Tuesday. If this is the way they run their business - they just lost us and everyone we know.

This place is amazing. Its open late for those who are crawling home from the bar and wish to have a delicious late night meal. It is also good for those who are studying for that exam and need a combination of meats, cheese, carbs and veggies to power your brain through that intense study session.

My favorite place on the planet for toasted subs/hoagies. I love the Bobs Delight and Totally Turkey. Dont forget to get it "Bobs Way"! Delicious food and excellent service. :)
