Melanie is the best! She has been doing my Botox for years. She is always strategic and places it where it needs to go. She doesn’t have a one size fits all approach to injecting Botox like many other providers do. She did my filler recently and I was so amazed. It was virtually pain free. She has a great eye and is so knowledgeable about all of the latest injecting techniques. And most importantly, she is such a sweet, genuinely nice person! I highly recommend her!

This was by far the BEST experience Ive ever had at a Med spa!! Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and just simply amazing at their jobs. Ive been getting botox for years, and this was the first time theyve told me I needed it one specific area, that was impacting the longevity of my my injections. When asking about fillers for underneath my eyes, they were honest and quick to say I didnt need it. I’ve been to BodyLase Cary twice now and each time has been absolutely fabulous. I had the BEST HydraFacial with Alexandra on my birthday. I had the first session with Alexandra yesterday. It was surprisingly very relaxing as well. The numbing cream used was very effective — I didn’t feel any pain. I left with quite a bit of redness, which is still lingering about 24 hours later, but this was totally expected and normal. I made sure not to schedule/commit to any important social events for a few days after. Quite possibly the most comfortable filler experience Ive had yet. I was thoroughly satisfied with my tear trough filler. I cant recommend her enough!

They’re okay- the staff is very friendly but I felt like they just wanted the spa just wanted your money. They make you pay for everything in advance just so you can schedule it. For example I had to pay for my fraxel laser (1Ka month before I even had it done! Then my appointment got canceled as the provider called out that day (which is fine- it happensbut when I kindly asked for a refund they refused and offered me “spa credit.” I ended up getting my fraxel done (Since I paid for it!but truthfully I ended going somewhere else to continue my fraxel sessions and for further aesthetic stuff. The new place I’m at didn’t ask me for my credit card until after I had the procedure done (Vs this place wanted it a month before I even had it done!)- like I said the staff is super friendly, place is clean, no bad comments from that aspect. But I felt like they were just after the money and once they have it, good luck getting any refunds! So that was a turn off for me which caused me to take me business elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment at Bodylase in Cary after going to a medical spa and a dermatologist and having zero improvements in my very deep, painful, cystic acne. 2020 was an extremely difficult year for everyone, and it affected me greatly. I developed cystic acne, which was a very emotional and scarring experience in my life. I never would of thought that as a professional at the age of 26, that I would develop this type of acne on my face. Ive had acne since I was a teenager, but have never experienced this strain of acne that left deep scars. It was very embarrassing for me and caused me not to go out because of the way I looked and felt. After my initial consultation with Mel, she recommended skincare products that were customized to my oily skin. I followed this skincare routine that she put together religiously morning and night and came for a follow-up 2 weeks later. While there was little improvement in the first two weeks, Mel recommended a new treatment that Bodylase was offering - Morpheus8. This treatment combines micro-needling and radiofrequency in order to stimulate your collagen production and therefore speed up the healing process for acne scarring. I did my research and agreed that this is exactly what I needed for my scarring. I have had two treatments now with Morpheus 8 and my skin not only looks amazing, but it feels amazing! I have no active acne left whatsoever, and only a few faint scars on my cheeks. I am in tears writing this review because I have not worn makeup for the last two weeks now (which has not happened in the last 8 years), and I feel confident. Thank you so much for everything you have done, Mel! I highly recommend Morpheus8, and I highly recommend Bodylase!

Ive been here a few times for various facials but today I was consulting with Melanie for different treatments and she was amazing. She spent extensive time with me going over the different things they offer and she was so personable and friendly. She went over their different products to help me get started on a skin regimen. She made me feel welcomed and I highly recommend that you ask for her. Abbey, at the front, was super sweet and welcoming. Like I said, Ive been there three times now but these ladies were so sweet I had to review.

I have a package for laser hair removal and every step of this process has been phenomenal. Tiffany is incredibly sweet, she will talk you through everything you could possibly want to know or ask, and never rushes you. Whenever I come in, she is nothing but smiles and positive vibes. She does her best to talk through some of the more painful areas (laser on shin bones and anklesto help get your mind off of what is happening. She remembers the small details that I mentioned in my consultation and genuinely has an interest in things going on in my life. Tiffany pretty much treats you as if youre her life long friend and it has made my experience so personal and wonderful.If anyone is considering laser hair removal or general spa-like needs, BodyLase will provide you with best experiences and results that you could wish for.

I received both Botox and filler from Mel last week, and she was AMAZING!!!!!! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! She is extremely professional, sooo sweet, patient, gentle, and most importantly, an incredibly talented injector! I hadnt done filler before, so I was pretty nervous, but Mel talked me through the whole thing and made me feel so at ease! I really appreciated how she explained the product that she was going to use, and exactly where and how she would inject the product. Its been almost one week, and I am SO happy with my results!! Also, the BodyLase med spa is beautiful. Everything was pristine, and their COVID protocols made me feel very safe! I will DEFINITELY be returning, thanks mainly to Mel, and also because of the beautiful, clean, and relaxing ambiance of BodyLase! Such a great experience!!!!!

I recently had my first botox experience, so I was very nervous going into my appointment and didnt know what to expect. The spa itself is exceptionally clean and classy with its decor. The team clearly took proper precautions and I felt very safe. Melanie was able to ease my nerves and was clearly very knowledgeable in her craft. She explained everything she was doing and why she recommended certain areas to be worked on versus others, while being attentive to my requests. I came here seeking laser hair removal. Both visits I’ve had so far have been great! Minimal wait time (I had zero wait time for my initial consultand beautiful facilities. Anna was extremely welcoming upon my arrival and was prepared with all the paperwork. I consulted with Melissa who was SO patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions. I was very nervous during my first treatment but Melissa talked me through the whole process and quickly eased my anxiety. I love that they have a cooling device in conjunction with the laser because it made the process much more tolerable. The process was actually a breeze once I got over the anxiety. All of my concerns were addressed in a professional manner and it was a comfortable experience. I would absolutely recommend BodyLase!
