Not much info from staff about options of plans

They never answer a phone call

Showed up to ask questions about plans and the door was locked. Lights are on, the door says they open at 10 am and it’s currently 10:56 but the doors are locked up tight and no one is answering the phone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, informed well about plans and prices. Overall great store.

They sale refurbished phones but tell you there new. Terrible customer service never a manager around. I bought a stylo4 plus about 5 days after I had it I was noticing the battery was jus dying Extremely fast like while your looking at the phone the battery percentage would just be going down. I went back to the store they told me i didnt purchase insurance so Ill have to send it back to the manufacturer myself 5 Days later you kidding me right like I didnt want my money back just a new phone that battery wouldnt die within a 3hr window. No manager could be located tried calling another store and have me talk to a regular employee as if it was a manager smh. Worst experience Ever I wish there was zero stars to give. I highly recommend do not go to this store. If anything buy a new phone off Amazon and have them just connect it...youll be guaranteed a brand new phone at least.They package there phones to make them look new but Please trust me they are Not new phones they are Refurbished!!!Buyer Beware

Juan is awesome. Always willing to help you. And he takes the time to explain things to you.Boost is a great company. I have been with them for years and Ive brought a lot of people to Boost. I would have to say best service and never had a drop call. I brought the ZTE Max XL and love it.

They have great deals on phones and plans! I had cricket for the past 2 months and it was just awful! wish i would of switched to boostmobile a long time ago!! They were very friendly and helpful! The guy who works their helped me unlock my gmail account and gave me an excellent deal on a phone! would def recommend boost!! Very happy customer!

Boost has exceptional coverage and plan pricing. But ..Customer service is basically non-existent. The employees do not have accurate knowledge of the technology and pricing. . And between the two of them youll rarely get the same story. Also, often dont have phones in stock. Disappointment everytime.
