I am beyond grateful for the services I have received from Boulder body balance.I have received many treatments that have improved my overall health, but most of all, doing the SAAT treatment protocol has improved my daily life extensively. I was chronically intolerant to dairy to the point where if I had any, even by accident, I would be in chronic stomach pain for up to eight hours. I’m not even exaggerating. When I took the treatment it completely corrected my dairy allergy and I can have dairy anytime I want. I am beyond grateful for the treatments I have received!

I’ve done quite a few accupuncture sessions now with Elif and it is BEYOND any other accupuncture I’ve ever had! Elif really takes the time to get to know you and figure out the true triggers of what is going on in the body. She and her husband are a fountain of wisdom and I’ve learned SO much from them! Elif helped heal my body from Covid! When my initial symptoms hit, Elif put together a care package of Chinese herbs and oils for me and left it outside for me to pick up. Those herbs immediately gave my body support and helped to treat my acute symptoms for the two weeks I was sick. After my acute symptoms had gone, I came to see her for a session to help balance and strengthen my system and felt so good and restored after leaving! Not only that, but the advice and she gave me for foods to nourish myself with during and after Covid totally helped my body heal from the brain fog & fatigue. My son was having headaches that would last for days even weeks. In one session Dr Elif pinpointed the cause, prescribed some tinctures that were easy for my son to take, and he has not had a headache since. If he does get one, Dr Elif taught me how to test for what might be causing it. She is truly medically intuned and extremely knowledgable.

I came here for urgent help with my acute fractures on my spine when I fell off of a mountain 15 feet!!! Backwards straight down! I almost died and could barley move.. After the first session I was able to walk without extreme tightness in my body. Then as the sessions continued I was able to sleep without being in immense suffering. This clinic saved me.. I will continue to go until I am fully recovered from my traumatic injury. 5 STARS….

Elif is a gifted acupuncturist! I had some injuries following an auto accident and she helped me recover from severe vertigo. She is compassionate and diligent in her work. I just recently moved to Boulder and stumbled across BBB and Heavenly Massage - they were holding an open house and I took advantage of a free microcurrent session. I decided to buy a package of the microcurrent/Bodicurrent system - I was so pleased with the results I will definitely do another round. Dr. Elif is lovely to work with. Dr. Elif helped me so much with getting over Covid. I had lingering effects for weeks after covid, most notably a near complete loss of taste and smell. After hearing many stories of permanent loss of taste and smell, I was afraid that these senses would never return. Dr. Elif had informed me that she was having successful results treating patients using auricular medicine, so I went in to see her for a treatment. Less than a week after my appointment, nearly 90% of my taste and smell had returned, and the remaining 10% came back within the following two weeks. I was amazed at how effective auricular medicine was in treating my post covid symptoms, and I highly recommend this treatment for anyone dealing with similar symtoms. I am told that auricular medicine has amazing results for many other chronic issues as well, and after my successful results I can’t recommend it enough. I have been a patient of Dr. Elif Kuzu for a number of years and she has helped me through many health struggles. This review is to note how I have unfortunately experienced vertigo on and off for as long as I can remember, and after getting Covid in December it became much worse. After I recovered I received a vitamin injection from Dr. Kuzu and am happy to say I have not had a severe vertigo episode since! I appreciate how the clinic is a one-stop-shop for whatever I may need; acupuncture, herbal remedies, vitamin/other nutrient injections, and diagnostic tools. I highly recommend Dr. Kuzu and her team for your wellness needs!

I had one session with practitioner Josiah for my fear of swimming in the ocean. Right before I left for our family vacation I decided to try Evox treatment because I heard it would help me from my friends. I love watching my kids swim and I always wish I could swim with them. Usually I wear the kids arm swimming floats but after this one session I beat my fear! I could not believe it. I know it sounds silly but all my life I wanted to be able to swim in the ocean without arm floats as it is embarrassing. The entire process was easy and very calming but I did cry a lot. I also felt a release of something not sure what it was but it truly felt so calming. After having such success with this. I also decided to do a couples session with my husband and again only one treatment was highly affective. Not sure if everyone has such great results after one session but we did!! I highly recommend Evox and Josiah to anyone facing issues that they can not figure out how to fix! Evox treatment and Josiahs wisdom and knowledge have changed the way we think and live. We now are free from feeling stuck. We are so grateful for Doctor who developed this system and Josiah who developed Self-Awareness therapy for helping everyone to live a better life.

I highly recommend Boulder Body Balance for acupuncture and related work. I was in need of some serious stress relief and had issues with muscle tightness in certain areas plus I was always scared of the thought of needles and acupuncture. Elif made me feel very much at ease and Ive since been completely comfortable with acupuncture after my first session. I was finally able to get good sleep and those problem areas feel much better after my first two sessions. Ill be back real soon.

I purchased a Zyto/Evox treatment from Boulder Body Balance Acupuncture and Massage at a local charity auction. I was skeptical, but thought I had nothing to lose. As a therapist, Ive experienced many types of therapy as a provider and client. The Zyto/Evox treatment provided more healing than could have been achieved in multiple sessions of conventional therapy. For people who have had a lot of counseling, but still experience symptoms, I highly recommend a Zyto/Evox session. Its an excellent addition to counseling and moves energy in a way thats not easy to achieve in counseling alone. It only took one treatment to see the power and effectiveness of the Zyto/Evox method.

I have been going to Dr Elif Kuzu for a few years now and have always had a positive healing experience. She is so knowledgeable and always does everything she can to offer healing and relief. Yesterday I tried out the Tibetan foot bath and woke up this morning and realized that I had not had the stabbing foot pain and restless sleep I have had in the past. Ive had acupuncture done here in the past and have always loved it. My past experience was by far my favorite. I had a EVOX treatment done by Josiah, their zyto tech and spiritual facilitator. Josiah made me feel at ease right from the start. I could tell he was very intuitive and attentive. I didnt know quite what to expect as Id never done a EVOX treatment, but that machine paired with Josiah was gold! After a few questions from Josiah, the program did its work and the results were spot on. Definitely, was helpful in healing some emotional wounds and helped me to face some struggles Id been dealing with. I wish Id live closer because I would book more sessions. Elif treated my badly broken wrist and it healed beautifully. With acupuncture, she kept the pain down while helping the bones heal. She also gave me herbs that speeded bone healing. I have full use of my wrist now. I am so grateful to her for her care and compassion at such a difficult time.

If there was one thing I would change about my pregnancy it would be having a weekly treatment from Dr. Elif. My first visit was at 38 weeks and she helped ease the anxiety along with prepare my body for labor and delivery. Her passion to help others shines during every appointment. After labor and delivery, she went out of her way to contact me to make sure I was recovering well. I cannot praise her enough. HIGHLY recommend.

Elif helped me have a healthy and happy pregnancy despite my familys history of preeclampsia. After my son was born her acupuncture helped my milk come in days earlier than expected, and I could not have recovered as quickly or painlessly. I started sending my husband to get work done at the beginning of my pregnancy too since I knew the baby would significantly disrupt our lives and I wanted us to be as ready and healthy for it as we could. I went to Josiah for an Evox to see what it is that my body was needing at the time. I was feeling lots of fatigue and nervous tension as well as body pain. After the scan, I saw exactly what it is that my body required to heal from deeply rooted past emotional disturbances. In addition, I was prescribed flower essences specifically catered to my body’s needs. It’s crazy to realize that a lot of what manifests in our physical body as pain actually stems from emotions. Three months ago, I started seeing Elif for severe digestive illness/ SIBO which started after a bout of food poisoning. I could barely eat, I had no appetite or energy, I felt nauseous, bloated, constipated, and sick all the time. Ive had chronic headaches most of my life with no relief from Western Medicine, I decided to try Eastern Medicine, this is when I contacted Dr. Kuzu. I did some reasearch and she was one of the very few Doctors in her field and this solidified my decision to choose her. Elif is amazing. I constantly am straining my neck from work and it seems to be the place where I hold stress. I also type a lot between work and school so my hands hurt too.
