I ordered a very expensive leather custom couch arrangement, and there was a bit of miscommunication and the wrong couch arrived. Amazingly, this was NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL. They simply ordered another custom couch, and even let me keep the incorrect one until it arrived! Free of charge, no stocking fee, and never ANY hesitation! I really could not believe the level of service, without blame, or complaint. I am a Boulder Furniture and Mattress customer for life. We had a sofa made with our choice of fabric, which took several months, but we were in no hurry. Cary kept us in the loop as time went on so wed know when to expect delivery. Everything went perfectly and the sofa is now in our living room...its absolutely wonderful (looks great and is both very comfortable and versatile). Would definitely buy from here again!

I suffer from back problems and sleep issues, and have owned several "good quality" mattresses in my life-- however nothing Ive ever tried comes close to the mattress we got at Boulder Furniture & Mattress. I even tried laying on every mattress in a couple big businesses, just to compare everything in multiple stores in the area... and still, the best mattresses were definitely found at Boulder Furniture & Mattress. The mattress we bought from Cary is the best thing Ive ever slept on and it has really helped my back. Ive been able to sleep much better, sleeping through the entire night without a problem which... prior to this new mattress.... I havent been able to do in years! And feel a lot healthier because of it. I didnt know a mattress could be so good until I tried this one-- this is the real deal, and is also made by a company in Colorado that Cary knows well.The prices are great. We got our mattress AND our couch for a great price (cheaper than the competing stores in the area for the same exact couchand the couch, which we got custom made, was also delivered in 5 weeks compared to the 12+ weeks that other stores were telling us. And the delivery guys arrived on the DOT exactly when they said theyd come, and were very professional.Just to say a few more words about the owner, Cary is extremely professional and good at what he does. He has so much knowledge about the industry that we never could have learned from a Google search. Far more impressive than the bigger, more "corporate" stores we went to, where the sales people are looking at you to like cash cows and trying to clumsily rush a sale with very sub-par knowledge of what it is theyre selling to you, rather than considering their customers hard-working people looking to design a new home to start a family, and offering customers actual in-depth knowledge of everything they sell. Boulder Furniture & Mattress & our experience w/ the owner, Cary, was 1000x better than any other furniture store/salesperson. Dont bother going to big warehouse/big box furniture/department store for your furniture needs— go to Boulder Furniture & Mattress.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Cary, the owner, is a hardworking family-oriented fellow.. friendly, laid back, full of knowledge... best sales experience weve had BY FAR. Cary has an incredible memory (he remembered both of our names more than a week later after we had only met him once!& took every nuance we asked for into account while advising us. He offered several deals that other stores w/ the same pieces didnt offer, & really just knows his stuff far better than store in the vicinity. He lets you do your thing while shopping, isnt overbearing at all, but has thorough knowledge of various pieces of furniture & the industry (accumulated over the past 15+ years). We went to several other mattress stores looking for the best mattress, but the mattresses that Cary had were the most comfortable by FAR.This is surprising, as BF&M is smaller than the huge warehouses we went to. But it just goes to show that Cary only picks the highest quality products, discerning only the best for his customers.COUCH (pictured): We were also looking for a couch (sectional), aiming for a few notches above IKEA in price/quality (something that would last). BF&M has a wide selection of high-quality couches/sofas available, w/ plenty of fabric/leather swatches in-store to compare. We were very particular about our couch, so we kept changing what we wanted. Cary calculated the price differences quickly & didnt mind us asking for a million clarifications at all (in contrast to the other stores we went to where price calculations took a painstakingly long time, to the point where you dared not even ask, not wanting to sit there waiting for eternity each time). We finally went with an American Leather brand couch— MODESTLY priced for what we got! Cary was able to deliver it 3 MONTHS FASTER than another big-box store that we looked at for the same couch!!! He also gave us 10% off, whereas we asked other stores about discounts & they didnt even bother to try to throw in a deal. Cary knows his suppliers very well, so he always knows what kinds of sales theyre offering & is thus able to offer those sales to his customers. Couch arrived in 5 weeks & it is SO COOL! Its also so comfy!DELIVERY for the mattress/couch (separatelywere both right on time. Deliverers couldnt have been any nicer!At other stores we went to, the sales personnel are just trying to make commission off of you. Many were impatient, rude, didnt have thorough knowledge of their items. AND the same products were more expensive/took longer to arrive! We constantly felt pressured & uncomfortable. With BF&M, you get the exact opposite— a deluxe safe-haven for furniture shopping w/ Cary!

I bought my futon couch from this store a number of years ago, and the futon never sat correctly on it - it kept sliding down. Today I finally decided to go to the store and show them a picture and ask what I could do about this. The guy in the store told me that I had incorrectly installed the backing strips to the frame, and he gave me free replacements even though they normally sell for $40 for a pair. I put them on following his instructions, and now the futon is held in place perfectly. Thanks!

I had my eye on an decent priced leather sofa for a few years. I finally had the funds to get it and when I called, the guy in store told me they had one floor model left and discounted it by $100. However, it turns out the couch isn’t leather at all. I didn’t look at it super close, thinking what the guy said he was selling me was, in fact, what he said it was and what is advertised in the website. I feel completely taken advantage of. I will not recommend them and feel completely conned.

I went to Boulder Furniture and Mattress because I wanted to support a local business, while looking for either a modern style futon or sofa. My goal was to update my apartment. The selection of futon frames, futons, and covers was great. They also do custom orders. What Really caught my eye was their “Innovations” line of beautiful, basic, danish style furniture! The sofa I bought is so perfect as a statement piece- and the color makes every other color “pop” in the room. It is a high quality, reasonably priced multi-use piece. Please, check this establishment out! The staff are very helpful, and the delivery was seamless, (and COVID safe!)

Wow! What expedited service! We decided to buy a new mattress, sheets, and cover for our spur of the moment houseguests, and they were delivered within 48 hours! I ending up purchasing a mattress, bed frame, and custom pillows for my couch. I will be going back later to get a custom made futon cover from their huge selection of fabrics. When it came time to pay the price made my jaw drop. I expected to pay out the ears from the quality of bed and whole grain wood frame that I got not to mention the custom pillows I had made; this was not the case. This privately owned business is like working with family. When purchasing my first bed as an adult they where kind, understanding when I felt nervous about the steepness of the price, and supportive, they totally worked with me in helping me make the best decision I could. I bought a bed and mattress from Boulder Furniture and Mattress nearly two years ago and went back for a futon recently. I totally forgot about the ten year warranty that comes with their furniture and the headboard on the bed I purchased had cracked about six months after purchase (very small crack but enough to throw off the whole thing given the black finish was so smooth). Not only did they work with me on price with the futon, they ordered a brand new headboard and delivered it as soon as possible (with install). Great place to shop for high end furniture. Decent prices, amazing staff, and most importantly, quality furniture that will last.

Great experience and products! I bought a mattress and bed frame. I was on the fence about which mattress to purchase, and after sleeping on the mattress I originally chose for a few nights, I found out that it was too hard for my taste. The owner was extremely kind and helpful - I exchanged the mattress for a softer one and the process was very easy. There was no cost to exchange or for the second delivery.I then decided a few months later that I wanted a head board. I called the store and they told me which head boards I could fit into my bed frame, and I was able to view photos of these different products on their website. I then went into the store to view the head boards in person and came home with the one I wanted that day!I definitely recommend boulder furniture & mattress. Ordered some of the Greenington bamboo bedroom furniture during a sale. Generally got good help and subsequent communications. The product (delivered yesterdayis fantastic and looks really good in place. Delivery guys were great too. My only nitpick would be that we had to wait a while for delivery and the revised date came and went without a call to advise of status. That aside, everything was made good, it was well worth waiting for. Were happy with our purchase.

My husband and I have had 100% satisfaction enjoying the various products weve purchased, and in experiencing the great personal service of Boulder Furniture & Mattress owners and staff. They delivered and set up our daughters new Bolton furniture bedroom set, and promised to come back when she is 5 to "rebuild it" with the ladder and slide. Weve had a crazy delivery of a giant Fun Bun bean bag that we squeezed through various doors to get it to its ultimate resting spot. The owners have lent us furniture catalogs to look at, as well as emailed us links to products, with absolutely no pressure to sell. They are relationship oriented, so I think they know when Im finally ready to make the purchase theyll remember me and be ready to take the order and deliver. The organic bamboo sheets we found through them are wonderful, super soft, breathable and colorfast. Weve been sleeping on the local Boulder-made pillows we purchased after the owners lent us a few to try out to ensure were sleeping on the correct ones for our sleeping position. I like to pop in to the store to see the new selections, because I dont feel pushed to buy on the spot, just welcomed as a past customer who may definitely be purchasing a couple new room sets (fabric headboard and new bedroom including mattress), 2 new bar stools, a rug, maybe a light or some wall art, a kitchenette table, and a reading chair for my office. We took our kiddos in one day and each kid was gifted a cute little Serta sheep stuffed animal.
