We walked in with that an appointment to fix a flat tire. They had to order me a new tire kept my wheel in the meantime when the tire came in two days later they mounted it and called me to pick it up. They mounted my wheel on my car. They went over everything with me showed me my tire showed me how to put my spare back and took care of us.

The service team run a tight ship and are extremely timely which makes a big difference when waiting for your vehicle. They always keep me informed and make time to answer questions that I have. Very happy & grateful for the Lewes location. I chose to have my vehicle towed there from the Georgetown location due to the fact that my vehicle sat in Georgetown untouched for 2 days (with an appointment). Georgetown staff was “unsure when they would get to it.” Which left me unsure of how long I would be without my vehicle. The Lewes service dept. was wonderful & had my vehicle fixed the same day they looked at it. Everyone I encountered at the Lewes location was pleasant and seemed happy to help. I am so pleased with the service I received from the Lewes team, that I will be driving the extra distance to take my vehicle to the Lewes location for all future maintenance.

Highly recommend this dealership. They have serviced my vehicle 3 times since I moved here. Once for an oil change, once to replace the rear hatch latch/lock, and once to replace the battery. Each time, I was totally satisfied with the service. They scheduled me quickly; completed the work quickly, and the cost was less than other places.

I called Preston Boulevard Ford Lincoln searching for a used 2018 Ford Escape Titanium in our local area and one with low mileage. Terry Spencer, their great salesman, said he would search and get back to me. He found exactly what I wanted in the Preston inventory about 40 miles away and brought the vehicle to our local area. A beautiful 2018 Ford Escape Titanium in excellent condition, low mileage and a reasonable price. We went for a trial run, then back to the dealership to complete the paperwork. I traded in my current vehicle and the whole process was simple and seamless. I love my recent purchase and highly recommend Terry Spencer. Just bought my new F-350 on 7/14/2022. I live in New Jersey but Boulevard Ford was recommended by a family member. We ordered my truck in Feb mostly through phone and e-mail conversation. The process was easy and helpful. When the truck arrived we scheduled pickup and did most of the paperwork before I even got there. I was offer a fair price for my trade, they were very though explaining everything and were not pushy for add on. I would highly recommend using Boulevard Ford Lincoln for our purchase.

Nice little dealership. My salesman Terry was great, just did the paperwork as I requested and got me out of there quickly. The finance and after-market products guy, nice guy, but really pushed the after-market products despite me telling him that my best friend of 30 years sells after-market products to dealerships so I know all of the ins-and-outs of the after-market game. The guy just kept pushing me to buy an extended maintenance plan, for an electric car with very few moving parts? To their credit, the dealership did not mark-up the car over MSRP like many dealers are now doing due to the chip/inventory shortage. Also I was the only one in the dealership that seemed concerned about COVID and wearing a mask. All in all a good experience!UPDATE: 6/3/2022 I went back to Boulevard to buy another car. based on my last experience I asked for my salesman Terry Spencer. Terry ordered the vehicle for me and followed me through the four month journey from order to delivery. Terry answered every question, every email and then when the vehicle was being delivered he even came into work on his day off just to close this deal for me. More than that Terry spent the night before prepping all of the paperwork so that I would have the very best in-and-out experience! From the time I arrived to the time i departed with my new car was only an hour, the fastest Ive ever been through a dealership! Of course that would have never happened if Terry hadnt gone the extra mile to prep everything the night before!! Truly a 5-star experience from a true gentleman of a salesman! Highly recommended!

If I could leave zero I would.My breaks locked up and i had the car towed to this location. Once the tow truck dropped my car off, the breakes released, and the car was drivable again. Although the car was "fixed" without being serviced, I still had them have a look at the car for preventative purposes. I wasnt given the keys unil i paid the 1800. (1000 just in labor). The car breaks were seized up just the same as It was before. Over the weekend that technician wasnt at work so the manager says we cant do anything until that specific technician comes out to look at it. Monday and Tuesday this 1 technitian was out sick. Car has been there for a week, I paid 1800 to get it fixed and it isnt fixed. I wouldnt recommend coming here for service, not even for a free recall.

I tried to post my thoughts through Ford.com but they didnt show up here. I had a powertrain malfunction on my 2020 Ford Escape Titanium. It would not start at the end of a Rehoboth vacation. Got towed to the nearest Ford dealer, Boulevard in Lewes. They failed at diagnosis. It took a month and three days for my car to be fixed. We came from Silver Spring when they initially said it was repaired and drove the car a mile before it stopped dead at the side of the road. I greatly appreciate that when it was finally fixed, Boulevard drove the car 130 miles to me. The dealer hold music is pretty good -- I heard it a lot when calling for updates.

Made appointment for service and check engine light on Feb 24th first appointment available was March 4th 830am. Dropped car off at 745 am had to go to work. At 200pm called to see if car was ready no answer left message to ask, made 3 calls later with same result, go to dealership at 330 pm to pick up car told wasn’t even touched yet : why no call to inform me. Then I get home and investigate the check engine light on with being low on coolant and find out this is a on going problem with 2017-2019 Lincoln’s with eco boost engines even a class action lawsuit against Ford-Lincoln. So my conclusion is my 2017 which I bought in January of 2020 and only put 4500 miles on because of pandemic is a lemon and will cost thousands of dollars to fix. You would think there would be a recall to fix this on going problem and you would also think that dealership would not resale these vehicles to customers. Then it became obvious why my car wasn’t touched that day, because they know what is wrong and don’t want to deal with it and hope I will go somewhere else

My experience with Justin Smarte was the absolute best it could have possibly of been.. I recently lost a car that i was in love with and he helped me find abs but the exact car for almost $100 cheaper a month and no money down! I was in need of some parts and was fortunate enough to have Thomas help me. This mans knowledge is impressive to say the least but on top of that he worked with me for about a week stretch to help me solve my lighting issues with my Lincoln. Personally I believe he went above and beyond and wasnt required to do most of what he did to help me but because he did go that extra mile i saved a few hundred bucks and solved my issues. This man needs a raise even if he just got one! His actions alone will keep me coming back when I need help.

Absolutely BEST service dept Ive ever used! Terri is an incredible Service Advisor who follows up and is quite detailed and thorough. Used to go to Milford and every time something ADDITIONAL needed to be done and it was quite expensive. Take my Ford Escape here for about 4 years and with such a great service dept, this 2016 will probably run another 4 years! FYI... The tire rotation and oil change is very comparable to a shop that fixes cars but you know you are getting genuine Ford parts which I feel helps keep the car running well. I did not buy the car originally here and they treat me EXTREMELY WELL, in spite of that. IF THIS WAS 10 STARS THEY DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR OR HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED AT THIS DEALER!!!I did and now need to have my engine replaced @ $12,000.00 due to either their service negligence or fraudulent business practices or both.I purchased my 2017 Ford Fusion Sport on 12/31/16 as part of their Drive to 40 or some such national dealer campaign to be the highest sales in the country. As part of the deal I signed up for the Preston for Life which included a 100,000-mile engine warranty. (Not worth the paper it’s written on... More later). Due to its close proximity to my work, I EXCLUSIVELY serviced the car at their Boulevard location in Lewes. Always with Full synthetic oil.The following spring, I noticed a rough idle which I brought up to the service advisor on my next oil change. No problem found. Several other time I noted this, (no longer documenting it on the Work Order I noticed laterevery time I was told it’s normal for this car.Several oil changes and several BG MOA treatments later (I drive 40k miles a year so I was at the dealership for oil changes quite often), in the spring, at about 84,000 miles the oil pressure light came on. I was close by and drove it over. They cleared the light and said not to worry about it.26,000 or so miles later same light, this time with reduced power. I was a couple miles away so drove straight to Boulevard. Here’s the tech’s assessment: “…..found Code P0524....low on coolant and oil due to warped heads and deck. Recommend to replace the Long Block. Oil change can be completed but there is no promise if the engine will be OK” . REALLY? They were going to change my oil and send me on my way after THAT diagnosis??? So got a $12,000 estimate. I pulled the car and flat bedded it to another mechanic. He quickly realized that the oil pan has a major leak. Never was mentioned to me on any of the dozen oil changes. There also is a TSB on this exact issue. A known issue. He also noted that the P0524 (Death codewas cleared when I brought it to Preston’s attention earlier that year.Researching the engine, I found multiple SSM and TSB relating to the exact symptoms of my car going back to June 2017 when I first noted the rough idle. They knew or should have known about the potential issues with the oil level and fault code. They are supposed to be the professionals and experts on Fords. Here’s the worst part: I called Ford corporate and they acknowledged the issue by offering to pay for a portion of the repair! This was only after MONTHS of Ford trying to get info from the dealer. I intervened and after several calls to Preston got Ford the info. I confirmed with Preston that they got the assistance and they said OK great but you’re on the hook for the balance. I asked about the 100,000 Preston for Life engine guarantee. Another month went by and finally they denied the claim stating that BG said I didn’t get the treatments often enough. On the paperwork It states every 15,000 miles or once a year. I had at least 3 treatments over the course of 2 years of ownership. I said yes to the treatments whenever they suggested them. If they didn’t suggest them, I didn’t know I needed them!! It’s Preston’s program and they know that I am on it! I didn’t sign up with BG, I signed up with Preston. Asked for them to reconsider. No return calls. I’ve been out of my car and making car payments for going on 5 months due to their ignoring my issue and NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. DO THE RIGHT THING AND TAKE CARE OF MY CAR!!!So as a recap, I Purchased the car and never had service anywhere but the dealer. I did every service requested on time, meanwhile they missed numerous bulletins and provided poor quality service. No recommendations on the additional MOA, no “we found this bulletin that pertains to your car” - and what’s worse, simply missed large issues like the leaking oil pan.

Bought a Truck and didnt know about a minor problem . I called Kyle and he told me to take it to my local dealer ,since Im 21/2 hrs. from Lewes. They covered it without question. Me and my wife were in the neighborhood and stopped in to checkout a couple of vehicles not sure if we were looking to buy. Barry a sales associate began answering our questions and helping narrow our search for the right vehicle was underway. After seeing how professional Barry and the Manager were and seeing how the whole sales staff performed there duties it may our decision very easy. I sold cars for 13 years and I am very impressed with this dealership and staff. There was no pressure and getting to the right figure was very smooth. Needless to say I am a very happy customer. After getting a same day appointment for a check engine light and a wrench light, the dealer fixed those problems by the end of the day. The car would not accelerate depressing the gas pedal. They fixed it (and the oil change I asked for), and when I drove it off the grounds, a red exclamation point and the message "Pull over safely" appeared. When I returned to the dealer, it was closing, but a service manager kindly took a look. He reconnected a vacuum hose attachment, and it worked again. One would think that, before letting a customer leave the premises, after paying over $1000, all appropriate hose connections would be checked. I will not return again. It was not safe to drive.

DO NOT go to this dealership. I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I lost the car keys at the beach and it took them a day and a half just to get me a new set. I was left stranded with no car and the manager I spoke with didn’t really want to talk and said he would call me later and let me know why it was taking so long and I NEVER heard back from him. WORST customer service experience ever. Very disappointed with what happened.
