Good storage facility, could use some updating and a little bit of clean up. Owners are quite nice and readily available.

Nightmare. Unprofessional. I paid for a gated 24 hr access unit. Gate was non operational for several weeks, my unit was robbed. The cameras did not work at the time of the robbery so there was no salvaging my belongings. The gate code was changed several times unbeknownst to us so that we were not able to access our unit. The phone rings and rings and rings with no answer. No text back. No call back. I was informed after 18 months of renting said unit that it was no longer a 24 hr facility and had not been for several years (mind you, we rented it because it was 24 hr access along with gates and cameras. Which happen to be non operational of course). Several rate increases since moving in. When I do get in touch with employee to express my grievances, I am treated rudely. Im interrupted, called names, and hung up on. Horrible experience. Take my advice, use another storage facility.
