bp in Sussex County

The worst gas station. The pumps never take a cc card so you have to go inside. This has been the case for years. 3 guys inside are distracted and not interested in helping customers.

I came in the Bp store around 7pm. When I walked in no one was in the store for at least a minute I was waiting and looking around for someone. The cashier (Older Indian looking guyI asked for a few scratch offs and he yelled at me stating he can’t hear me through my mask. He was very rude and didn’t greet me nor had good customer service skills. You don’t yell at customers. And I spoke very clear and loudly and he repeatedly told me he can’t hear me. Rudest employee I’ve dealt with he was very mean and rude! I will not be returning to that store and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to that store!

We stopped at this gas station last Thursday on our way back to Maryland from Rehoboth beach and used the sponge brush in the first pump (if you enter from right of the HWY)to clean cicadas bodies off my windshield. Unfortunately, right after the use, we saw scratches all over my windshield. We were in disbelief because it doesnt make sense that a sponge brush that every gas station in this country offers to help clean your windshield would actually damage your windshield! But it did!I just came back from the dealership and they confirmed there are indeed scratches all over my windshield. They suspected that there must be some sort of broken sharp object hidden in the sponge. My Accord is only 1 year old!The vacation was great but ended with such a disappointing note. Just want you guys know. Be careful about the windshield brushes at this station!

They won’t let you buy more then 2 cigarillos. Doesn’t make any sense if I was to buy 5 or somebody else buys 5, YOURE MAKING THE SAME AMOUNT. & on top of it the lady can’t even put money on the pump right for you to pump gas without her shutting off the entire gas station. SMFH

They stole my sisters money. She handed them a $20 bill and they said she only handed him $10 bill. I literally just counted her money before walking in. Such lies. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Had the guy behind the counter totally ignore me for about 3 minutes straight waiting to check out with 2 bottles of tea. Very rude, I finally returned the teas to the cooler and just left. Sorry we bought Gas here. Customer service is #1.

Same experience as the other guy. This place doesn’t sell gasoline, it’s just watered down kool-aid made to look like gasoline! And it’s not even good it tastes like rotting sewage! Ugh I’m currently hitchhiking to my home in middle of nowhere RV park

I was going to the Rehoboth Beach on 2l-t september, 2016 with my family. I stopped at BP gas station in Lewes DE to fill the gas tank. As I filled the gas & started my vehicle, it came to a complete STOP after 1 mile. Called AAA to get my car towed to HERTRICH ToYoTA at1367 Bay Road, MILFoRD, DE 19963 to diagnose the problem. Called UBER TAXI for my family to reach the dealership. I was asked at the dealership when did I last fill my gas as?? lt was last filled up at BP GAS Station in Lewes, DE After the diagnostic I was told that the gas was BAD and that I would have to leave my car at the dealership for repairs. I rented a car from Enterprise to reach home with my family. l paid a total of 51385.38 for repairs including towing. rental car and taxi expenses I did not end up enjoy the family time at the beach as we could not make it.I
