I drove for LYFT as ridershare driver, I was stoped at a light with a customer when I was hit from behind. I was thrown into a car and they were thrown into another causing a four car accident. I had to provide all information to LYFT , no assistance from a claims agent or the company directly. When it came time to get the car repaired I had to go back and forth with your insurance company as well as the person who hit me to get the car fixed, when I realized that my medical concerns were not being addressed I reached out to Brandon Broderick to assist not only did they find doctors and make sure that the treatments that were needed were done but I was compensated for not just the losses and wages for over 2 years but at the same time anything they could get to compensate for my retirement from my full-time job.
