Dr. Morris was very professional and connected on a personal level with me. I was blessed that he was able to address my health issues so quickly and effectively. The treatment provided may not be the the end of my issues but it did give me quick releaf.
I broke my fibula and messed my foot up at work and after a horrible experience with workers comp and 120 days later with NO WALKING, I went private pay to Dr. Morris and exactly 1 week with Dr. Morris and the AMAZING PT girls at CORE in Independence I am walking with a walker. That too me was the happiest I have been just to have both feet on the ground. I am further along than workers comp EVER tried thanks to Dr. Morris and CORE in Independence, Ks.
I really feel much better in years after getting my left knee shot. This doctor is amazing and treats his patients like family. I highly recommend him and his team.
Everyone was super nice!
Dr Morris is kind, patient and calm. Took time to answer all my questions.
Everyone was very professional. Dr. Morris very informative and has greatbedside manner.
We had very quick service with a very nice doctor and we’re pleased with the results
Dr. Morris performed a total knee replacement on me in May and Im so pleased with the results, he will be replacing my right knee in October. I highly recommend his services and believe he is a fantastic addition to SEK Ortho!
Saw mr Morris for a cracked patella. Service provided got me back up and mobile in weeks.
The doctor listened to every detail of my problem and came up with a plan to help me with my foot.
Everyone was professional and did a great job. All is well after surgery!
Dr. Morris was very thorough and took his time to answer my questions. I definitely recommend him.
Pleasant atmosphere. Everyone was polite and help.
Dr.Morris is an amazing surgeon, and a very caring, compassionate person. I went to him four months after I found out my ankle was broken and my Achilles’ tendon was severed. It was a mess. Dr Morris gave me several options of what we could do, explaining everything to myself and my family. It doesn’t matter if your his first patient of the day or his last, everyone is treated with compassion. He did an awesome job putting me back together. His office staff is also amazing, great group of people. Dr. Morris comes highly recommended by our family.
Dr. Morris looked at my x-rays, examined my knee, talked to me about my options and allowed me to have a choice in my medical decisions. Was clear, concise and never judgemental about me being overweight and never said he couldnt treat me because of it. Ive had that happen in the past so I was surprised and walked away feeling like he really cared about me as a whole person not just height weight and illness
My family started 2022 with 3 trips to Dr. Morris’s office. ACL surgery, collar bone fracture (fixed with surgery), and a buckle fracture. The doctors, nurses, and the entire team were a pleasure to work with. Personally I’d rather not see them again for a while, but if I do, I know we’ll be in great hands!
This man was friendly and honest with me. I liked that he gave me options for my treatment for my worn out knee.
Dr. Morris was so uplifting and took time to discuss what was happening to my hip and leg! He was encouraging and took the time to get to know me and understand how important exercise has been to me ! It has been the pivotal peace in emotional recovery after breast cancer , as well as the key in loosing weight and keeping it off in my lifestyle change to improve my health . I felt like he was an “old friend” concerned for me! I have direction on how to continue healing and know that he would be helpful at any time with it.
Dr Morris did an awesome job performing my surgery yesterday, 3/21/2022. I am looking forward to the follow up appointment.
Fortunately had a very short wait time for an appointment being a new patient. Scheduled appointment fit my schedule great. Dr. Morris reviewed my X-ray and MRI and provided several options for my wife and I to consider.
Very nice staff. Dr.Moeris did a great job considering he wasnt sure what he was going to find when he went in to fix my husbands shoulder. From a pain that my husband had for 3 years that no one could figure out to one visit and Dr. Morris finding and fixing the issue.
Dr. Morris repaired a gruesome tib/fib fracture with dislocation. Both surgeries went so wonderful. Dr. Morris did a spectacular job from day 1. He and his staff are amazing and I will recommend them 100% to anyone
They’re very kind, definitely not a long waiting period before seen. For someone being worried about getting the cortisone shots in my knees he was absolutely awesome!! I barely felt the stick and next thing I knew it was done! Definitely recommending this place and this doctor to everyone and anyone!! Thanks for the great work!!
Highly pleased with our care from the staff and Dr. Morris - very prompt and professional. Thank you for taking such good care of our son!
He was nice and told me what I needed to do to get back up on my feet.Iv been telling people that have had or haven’t seen them before they have asked where Iv gotten my knee worked on and I have told them that it’s been you guys nice and friendly.
Dr Morris is great. Very patient, thorough, answered every question I had. Very accommodating and truly gives too notch care. You can tell he cares about people and is going to give the same care he would expect for a family member. Very impressed!
Cant say enough good thing about Dr. Morris n staff! The best thing about him is he listens to you! Thank you so much for taking good care of me!!
Caring staff, great and thorough dr!
Dr Morris gave me different options to choose from, & Im thankful that surgery was not necessary. When I left he told me " if theres anything you need please feel free to contact us. "
Dr. Morris and his staff are by far the best. He explains in detail, straightforward but courteous, an awesome sense of humor while showing compassion. We had to wait to do surgery on my ankle because of the swelling. I am 2 1/2 weeks out of surgery and pain is very manageable.
Dr. Morris was friendly and has a nice bed side manner. He explained my problem, where my pain was coming from, and how to handle it.My only complaint is the wait time. An hour and ten minutes past my appointment time is unacceptable. If there was an emergency, I should have been updated.
Dr. Morris is a good doctor, but his office is terrible. Dont count on getting an appointment when you need it. I had to wait 4 days after being in the emergency room. My insurance needed a form from his office. The pharmacy requested it. It took 10 days to get it so I could get a walker that I needed 2 weeks before. By the time I got it, I had fallen and re injured myself. Twice.
Very straight forward and understanding, very professional.
Dr. Morris takes the time to explain every detail and what the options are. The office staff is very kind as well. Looking forward to making progress towards healing.
I broke my arm in January and had to go to the emergency room. Dr Morris seen me. He was very compassionate and put me at ease. His staff at his office is very helpful and friendly. I havent been operated on yet. I am still trying to heal with 2 different braces on. I would recommend him to anyone.
I’ve had over two dozen operations on my legs since 1980 in multiple states, hospitals and doctors. Dr. Morris exceeded my expectations. He took my shattered calcaneus and put it back together. I am impressed. He is very intelligent and has great communication Skills. I would highly recommend him. He is an excellent surgeon!
I was very much impressed with my experience at SEK Orthopedics and with Dr. Morris, whom I would recommend to anyone needing orthopedic assistance.I didn’t have a long wait period to be scene and I felt Dr. Morris and staff were thorough, took the time to address my concerns and were beyond excellent in follow up. (Example: I needed a knee brace and my size was not available. A brace arrived at my door in just two days).
Dr Morris is great!! He took excellent care of my mother and made her comfortable and me feel confident in treatment of her broken ankle. It is not just anyone that I would trust to perform surgery on my 85 year old mom. I would recommend him to anyone young or old.
I like that fact that he is there for you. Makes it so much better.
Everything you suggested has helped very much!
Im 88 and he did my hip surgery, I was more than happy with the results and would highly recommend him!
Nice staff, friendly and knowledgeable service. I found out what was wrong with my foot too.
They never got back to me about scheduling an appointment. They scheduled an appointment and never told me. They called the day of this unknown appointment to remind me of an appointment I never knew I had. Caller got flustered when I told her they never told me of this appointment told her I went to Chanute. Now 3 weeks later they thanking me for coming to see them which I never did. Wanting me to post about my experience.I don’t know how they are actually but the communication is terrible. Don’t send out an automessage thanking someone saying it was nice meeting you. I never went I went to you. I did end up going to Chunute because they wouldn’t set up an appointment without a referral. When you have a broken ankle you need to be seen soon not three weeks later. Why do I need to go to a regular doc only to go to orthopedic anyways. Not wasting a copay to get a referral that’s just silly.
He made me feel at ease and figured out my problem immediately. I would definitely go back
You were very helpful and nice. You gave me some peace of mind.Thank you Rosetta Greathouse If I need to see you again I will come back.
