Poor customer service. Asked the lady to put cheese on my chicken sandwich and apparently she didn’t hear. Told her again at the window and she said no because she already made it. If I’m paying for the meal, you should do it regardless. Her attitude was disgusting. Went around 12:25pm today through the drive through.

Rude service & I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through... the cashier told me she didnt have time for my complaint... so I just drove off... I eat here every week Ill come back when she isnt working... the men are much nicer... the food is good... but the wait and this new female staff is making business bad....

People be careful at this Braums I bought a strawberry milkshake and it was spoiled I became very sick in the stomach and it also had a very awful smell.

Your frozen yogurt is so good. I come wver week to get it

I really want to support my neighborhood. Ive lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years but lately, like everything after the pandemic, customer service is lacking. There are inexperienced young people with no training. They cant even make a simple fruit and yogurt parfait, the prafait has bananas, strawberries and nuts! Thats it, yogurt, banana, strawberries and nuts and they can never ever get it right! Today I went and got the same thing I get all the time. I buy 2 or 3 of these at a time and today I got no bananas and no strawberries, what the heck!?! I think you need to go and get some training from Chick-fil-A!?!

On the evening of 10/3 was the worst. This young worker gets an attitude, because we asked for two tops to cover our cups of ice cream. Then, she gets an attitude because we wanted a larger bag. Theyre hiring people who dont want to work. I hate the fact that her boss was standing in the background and never stepped up one time to monitor her behavior. All she did was look. They need a brand new staff or just shut that location down, theyre very unprofessional.

Customers are great and friendly at some point, it’s just some of you people are very creepy to us employees. A construction worker asking an employee if they are a boy or girl and another construction work trying to tell and employee about they way they look instead of fixing the roads or other things we need fixing I love working here but you customers are out of line we try our best to help as much as possible but u customer come here with an attitude like it’s our fault your day is messed up #getittogether #mindyourownbusiness

Although the staff size is lacking, those who arrive are quite pleasant and I am happy to park and enter the store to complete my breakfast order. Plus, it gives me the opportunity to pick up a few other "necessities" like ice cream and bacon for the office. I only trust they find a good crew to assist with the morning rush

This place needs new management for the night cuz the team is awfully slow and management is visibly stressed out. They have enough workers for the little customers they have but just cant seem to know how to function and work together. They also need to work on their cleanliness for both the line and their uniforms.

So good! Best Ive cream in the area, though Andys custard is good, Braums ice cream tastes better in my opinion. Better than DQ too. Love the burgers they taste so fresh. Prices are great. And you feel full for a looong time compared to some other fast food. And you haaave to try the shopping area inside as well. The steaks.. omg the steaks are so good to take home and grill. Theres a reason this place is so busy all the time.

While I love this place their brownie fudge sundaes are NOT good. The brownie is dry, and the ice cream doesn’t taste the same. I might add that it’s kind of pricey as well.

I go to this location often. Sometimes they forget stuff with your order. So be sure to check it. Ive never had any other issues.

They have the best butter pecan ice cream ever and jars of grapefruit

Courteous and the food is delicious the customers are friendly a great place for family and friends also they offer outdoor underneath a gazebo dining a great place to have a business meeting.

The food was not up to it’s normal standards. The young boy who waited on us did not greet us or smile at all. We had to greet him and say thank you him and he never responded. He needs to be trained in proper customer service and communication.

It was very slow cooks couldnt seem to get orders right, and my shake did taste like it should only had 30 minute so couldnt wait ago for them to get it right

Store was clean and our was taken quickly by a nice young man. Would have gave 5 stars but our burgers were a little on the dry side.

9:30 am and the place is a filthy mess. Tables are dirty, floor ice machine area. For the store to be recently renovated it is gross. The market side seem to be clean.

Very good ice cream, I had a banana split and it was delicious 😋 and for a limited time they added new flavors like banana nut bread 😁

After they completed the renovation here, it has gotten much better. Staff is friendly and quick. They have two drive thru lines and it can get a bit hectic but they have been fast.

Ice cream quality is equivalent to the worst quality ice cream in Kroger. Mono and di-glycerides is a chemical name for hydrogenated oils which are proven to cause heart disease and advance dementia

There was a customer there with a dog not on a leash. And the dog was eating directly from the table!!! The restaurant was dirty. Table tops and floors had trash on them.

Thing are on the pricey side but hey its every where. Absurd to pay $1.15 per water bottle when you can buy a 24pk for $4.50 but over all its clean

The place is under construction so it looks really bad. The staff, at least the lady who waited on my husband and myself, had the personality of a wet noodle. I got the soft serve frozen yogurt and I know this doesnt sound possible but my ice cream wasnt even cold.

Its good! I think if someone asks for no bun they should ask if the want catsup or mustard. I have to do gluten free and no one asks. I get a dry burger. Unless I go ask after I get it.

What a place. Delicious everything. Love their cheese they put on our burgers. My favorite is two Scoops of strawberry ice cream. Its better than blue bell, I promise.

They even have their own line of frozen yogurt that spotlights savory chocolates and swirled creamy flavors to tangy fruits. EnjoyMy only suggestion is with all their variety they might want to consider mimmicking more of a Norman Rockwell ambience with a Soda/Sundry shop filled with nostalgia: Little army-like beanies that evoke The Andrew sisters or Gomer Pyle, Mayberry, etc. Thats just me. I love ice no matter what, but a really fun retro place to eat it makes it thrice as cool.

Ice cream is ice cream. Yet ice cream, when you get it at certain places it no longer becomes ice cream it becomes an experience. Unfortunately for me this experience did not go so well at this brunch. My service was extremely slow. It took somewhere close to 20 minutes to cook two Junior Burger kids meals. It also took somewhere around 20 minutes to receive ice cream. The line was not so long yet being a African American individual in a predominantly Caucasian area. I was Disturbed when a Caucasians individuals order was being taken and that individual was somewhere close to the end of the line. The funny thing about that situation is the majority of the staff is black

My fave is the strawberry pecan mix! Tastes like Heaven. I so enjoy the cherry limeade to wash down the #5 bacon cheeseburger and fries. Yum!

Another clean Braums with good service and friendly people. I never question their food so I always check on the other aspects.This site also has working tap registers so that is always a bonus for me to add to my review.

Braums is known for their ice cream, but also serve up some pretty tasty old school diner style burgers. Theres also some other choices like chicken strips with white gravy and breakfast if you swing by in the morn. Their food wont win awards, but are a nice option to fill you up if you want something before dessert. They are also a mini dairy mart of sorts with milk, ice cream, and assorted other items to buy. All in all, worth a visit if youve never stopped in before.

You cannot get any better of taste than an old fashioned cheeseburger from Braums! Crinkle cut fries...uh yes please! Ketchup and your own little grocer to browse in. Braums is a classic and this location is pleasant & clean.

Yummy in my tummy.I ordered #1 with vanilla shake. Enjoyed the meal. It depends what time you go to the store to eat. So, I opted for the drive thru. The French fries were fresh and smooth as well.

I got the double cheese burger. It was huge! Not super flavorful, but it was ok. Bathrooms looked clean and smelled clean. Place was semi empty when i went (11am). Workers are diverse. The lady that took my order smiled a lot. Im sure Ill be back.
