This is the best veterinary office that I have been to. Everybody treats my babies like they are their babies and my dogs are so comfortable around them. They take such great care of them even when they know theyre a little bit nervous they are perfectly fine within 5 minutes. They dont try to give me things I dont need they talk to me in English so I understand everything about my dogs and about their medications. I could never say anything except positive things about the doctor and the staff that helps.

These so animal hospitals, do not take in sick animals unless you have an appointment. These so call animals hospitals should have their names change to animal clinics

A good friend had his elderly dog get sick and needed to be euthanized. The staff there was extremely Amazing and comforting throughout the whole process. Dedication to customer and owner satisfaction was definitely A+++

I was blown away (EDIT: and still am, EDIT 2: and still am, EDIT 3 and still am (Oct 2019EDIT 4: and still am (Oct 2020by the professional, personable, kind, and knowledgeable manner of Dr. Jennings and her staff. Everyone there made me and more importantly my GSD Arabella feel welcome, looked after, and a priority. Sometimes you have a great vet and sometimes the vet has a great staff. Rarely, is it both. This all star team sets the bar as far as I am concerned. Judging from the many 5 star reviews I have seen, I am far from alone in this opinion.

My dog was hurt while we were on vacation. I had to call several different vets to get a appointment. I was able to get one here. It was a serious injury but the people here were great. They were able to helps him and they were so nice. Explained everything so well and answered our ton of questions. Talked to me several times during our stay to make sure he was ok. I cant say enough about how great this place and the people were.

My daughter was in town visiting with a sick dog. She had called numerous places to see if they would do walk in emergencies only to be told no.I called this place, gave the tech the dogs symptoms and they called back right away to say he needed to be treated immediately. TheyInformed us every step of the way of what to expect and the doctor even came out to talk to us.Got medication for him and less that 12 hours later the dog started to feel better!

Took my 13yr old English Bulldog to Brevard Veterinary due to a large mass on her leg. Unfortunately it was more than likely cancerous. She is also blind. They were very caring and kind. She had to be put to be put to sleep. The showed the Kindness and caring that I hoped they would. Make a clay paw print with her name in the shape of a heart. Amazingly kind.

Curb side drop off/pick up of your pets which was great for social distincing and allowing to me to get a cup of coffee while my pets were being taken in by a super friendly and caring staff. The vet said my cat had some tarter build up on his teeth and showed me what came off. This will save me and my wallet some grief down the road. Im thankful for the attention to detail.

They all treat every animal like it was their own . when its good news they dance when its bad news they cry. When you look in the dictionary under compassion or warmth or honesty or professionalism or kindness or love they have a 3 page ad !!! I will forever be in their debt.

Dr. Jennings cares for our pet as if shes part of her own family. Never hesitates to take any budget problems into account when prescribing any medicine we may need. And the rest of the staff is always delightful as well.

Good price for ER vet, actual vet overprescribed meds but tech caught it and saved me a TON of money on too heavy of a dose. Money making? Big pharma? That was only complaint. Didnt much care for vet themselves but everyone else was awesome! Got report to regular vet in timely manner. Wasnt a long wait for a Monday morning. All in all a good experience for something that could have been (and was expectingto be horrid.

Their motto is "treating your pets as if they were our own" - and this place truly lives up to that. I genuinely feel that they love my dog, and I think all their other clients feel that way, too. They do what is in the pets best interest. Ive been coming here for three years, since my Italian Greyhound was a puppy, and used them for immunizations, two emergencies, spay, dental, etc.I referred my sister, and she, too, loves them much more than her previous vet for her two dogs.Prices are communicated before any procedures and are very fair. Office staff and vet techs and vet all offer the same level of personable service and are kind to both the human and the pet. Plenty of reminder texts and calls, as well as follow-up calls, are sent.Highly recommend.

Dr. Jennings really loves the animals!! She takes time to listen to the owner and is very knowledgeable. She will call patients humans at home to discuss their condition and give her diagnoses. Their doctor has almost killed my dog by perscribing the wrong medicine in the past, and was extremely disrespectful just now after I refused her recommendation for eye surgery. Both times the nurses and receptionist were very respectful, both times she failed to seem to care at all about the gravity of her actions as a (YOUNGdoctor.

Dr. Jennings is fantastic. Ive been taking my cats there for years. Staff is compassionate and efficient. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Took my short hair black domestic male to see Dr. Jennings when my usual veterinary clinic was only doing grooming on Mondays and could not see him for another two days {surgery on Tuesdays}. An emergency since I was relocating to Lake County at the end of the week. Long story short Dr. Jennings examined Jack and did diagnose a severe head cold and prescribed him a strong antibiotic. He could not smell his food early that morning {always a warning sign} but by the end of the day his runny nose was better and he was eating his normal supper. Was not pushed to do unnecessary tests, Dr Jennings diagnosed his condition like a professional she is and what I expect from a vet. Could not be more happy, with Dr. Jennings and my now improved Jack.

They are very good with my dog. I thought she would be scared to go back after getting shots but once we get there she gets excited and wags her tail so hard she can chop a tree down. The building is very clean and the specialists are very professional.

My family has been coming to Brevard Veterinary Clinic for the last 20 years, and they are the only vet I will ever take my fur-children to while I still live in the area. They have top-notch service and great people who genuinely care about your animals. Weve had to make some tough calls over the years with critters, and theyve been honest about treatment options and very open about the quality of life in these circumstances. I have no doubt that your pets well-being is their top priority here. Seriously great service!

We have been taking Misty and Nikki (both toy Pomeraniansto Brevard Vet since we moved to Cocoa a few years ago. Having two seniors; one 13 the other 8 1/2 years of age, we visit the clinic on a regular basis for medical attention on a collapsed trachea and thyroid issues. Let me add, we adopted Misty, our 13 year old, 2 years ago. Her owner, also a senior, could no longer afford the medical expenses or tolerate the constant "duck calling" that accompanies a collapsed trachea and was making arrangements to send her to Rainbow Bridge". That sweet little girl had way too much love in her bright little eyes to not enjoy a better quality of life. As we desperately seeked out advice and help, Dr Jennings and her team came highly recommended by not one but 3 people. We scheduled an appointment and here we are, two years later and both girls are active and enjoying a wonderful Florida life...boating, swimming. Retirement life is pretty darn comfortable and we thank Dr Jeannings and her team for their high level of professionalism and compassion.

First visit today with Bootoo the giant kitty. Professional and compassionate doctor and staff. Boo liked them and behaved quite well. Good exam, quick diagnosis and administration of meds. Will be back with more cats.

I have only one rating and that is the top - 5 stars. My girl Mika has had some very serious health issues and the Brevard Veterinary Hospital has always been there for both of us, with help and encouragement. I had a couple of questions today and didnt have an appointment and the doctor took time out of her busy schedule to talk with me and answers all my questions and give a little professional love to Mika. I wouldnt go anywhere else.Definitely a 5 in my book.

We have been taking our pets to Brevard Veterinary Hospital for many years; back when Dr. John Eden was there, and more recently when Dr. Kim Jennings took over the hospital.In 2010, we got a pure black Chihuahua puppy we named Betsy. From the beginning, Dr. Jennings took care of Betsy, did her spaying, vaccinations, and a knee surgery resulting from some "over-zealous" play with Betsys two cat housemates.Betsy never showed any fear or dislike of going to the hospital and was always happy to see Dr.Jennings, Dr. Headrick, and all the veterinary technicians. She loved them all and seemed to know they loved her too.In late March 2014, Betsy began acting strangely; not eating, throwing up water, and just showing signs of something being wrong. We took her to the hospital where she was given tests and x-rays which showed nothing definite. We were given some medications to try and told to come back right away if Betsy did not improve. She did not improve and it was decided that Dr. Headrick would do stomach surgery to find the source of the problem. Tissue samples were taken and sent to the lab.After the surgery, Dr. Jennings took Betsy to her own home overnight several times so Betsy could be kept on an IV and watched over. We both found so much comfort in knowing that Betsy was with someone who loved her and could give her the care she needed.One week after the surgery, the lab results came back. Betsy had lymphosarcoma. That was a rough day not only for us, but for the doctors and crew at the hospital.Chemotherapy was seriously considered. Dr. Jennings and Dr. Headrick both did research and consulted with other veterinary professionals to determine the viability of different treatments.Betsy was a tiny little girl. She had just turned four years old and weighed less than five pounds. We all decided, after one final blood test showed a lot of severe problems, Betsy had been through enough. It was not an easy decision, but we all loved her enough to do the right thing.Dr. Jennings, Dr. Headrick, Sam, Melissa, Robin, Andi, Amanda, Chelse, and Hailey are all very caring professionals. They gave Betsy the best care possible and helped us through a very difficult time. They have all earned a special spot in our hearts.Jane MurdockPat Peck
