Poor Costomer satisfaction.

Called the office and Phil, I believe returned my call the following morning, answered my questions and helped me update my auto insurance policy . First Rate service and communication. I have been a customer for Many years and always pleased.. Thank you Brian and staff.

I saved myself over a hundred dollars a year

Horrible experience all around. First hedoubled the rate of what my online quote stated. Second he refused to switch any of the specifics within the coverage after asking him to do so several times. Third after I told him I would shop around he sarcastically replied “yea well this is a free country go ahead”. I called Rochelle in a different Allstate office and she was aces while helping me with everything I wanted. Insurance price per month with Brian- $98 a month with Rochelle- $48 a month. Don’t be a Brain.

I have 4 policies with Allstate, we needed a photo inspection done for one of our cars and this agent refused to do it, we were told we had to go to our original agent if we wanted it done. Our agent is 3 hours away from where we live. Horrible horrible service! I wouldt even give them 1 star if I had a choice! I was never treated this way by Geico!

Always available and ready to help us work through changing coverage needs--and a good "neighbor too !

Beware. Unreliable when it comes to the grit of needing them to take simple actions. Highly do not suggest them with your investment of insurance. Contacting them in need of help will do no justice as my mother was treated rudely horribly by their go to/ main agent. They do not at all, properly represent the Allstate company anymore.

I am very grateful to have renters insurance. Brian is a very cool to work with. Thanks!
