Had a driver almost hit me and when I blew my horn at him decided to ride the shoulder throwing dirt and rocks back at me. Wish I could of gotten the truck and trailer number so I could report him to the highway patrol. It is truckers like this that make it hard for drivers to have respect for trucks on the road.

Driver ran me off the road on California 99. Began to merge while he could see me in his mirror (not in a blind spot). Then proceeded to flip me off. Trailer number C-519 license 4LR4664
