I had an amazing experience working with Brian in selling my home and finding a new one. I will do business again if his services are needed.

My Husband Zach and I met Brian at an open house. He immediately asked if we had a realtor and when we said not yet, he scheduled an appointment to sit down and get to know us and what we were looking for. I wont forget how he told us this was his interview to be our Realtor. He did an amazing job, he was patient as we went to showings of houses we thought we would love and just didnt feel right. He never seemed to be to busy or frustrated when we wanted to keep looking. When the house we were excited to see came up, he got us a showing immediately and walked us through making an offer, unfortunately, it was not the house for us since the sellers went with a different offer. We were disappointed but Brian was confident that something else was out there. He was right, the house came up on the MLS list with pictures and we wanted to see it. I feel in love immediately, obviously there were some cons but the pros outweighed them, we placed our offer and Moved in May 2017. Brian did am amazing job of suggesting what to ask for even an ambitious close date of 30 days and it was done. I remember at the final walk through with the Builder, he told Brian that he did a great job making this a smooth process, being Modest Brian gave the credit to us. Then came the selling our previous house. We moved first and Brian did wonderful at walking through the house and making suggestions of what to change to help the house sell and be appealing to potential buyers. He was patient at it took me awhile to get it all completed, but he checked in and was always available. Finally, we listed our house in the end of November 2017. In January, we had a accepted offer and as normal there were ups and downs of things that came up in the inspections, Brian was on it. He had a list of contracts he used and trusted was able to get estimates and have them out to the house and getting the work done correctly and efficiently. Closing was even moved up 2 weeks, and Brian had all the paperwork ready for me to walk in and sign. He made this process as stress-free and smooth as possible. He told our Vinton home from List to Closed in 90 days! and that was over Christmas and New Years! I cannot Thank him enough for all he did to help with this process and be a part of our Story!
