Ive been going to Brickstables for a number of years and the service is always immaculate, very professional and friendly. Willem and Lindsay were perfect!

A great dentist and experience. Filled in the contact request form and was instantly contacted which actually caught me be surprise after having to constantly call other practices non stop to be told they couldn’t help. I had a bridge fall out last week and went to another practice to get it fixed, the tooth fell out within a few hours, which is why I reverted to this practice. The receptionist was very friendly and easy to talk to and understanding of the urgency that I felt with this issue. They tried to fit me in on the same day which no other dentist would do, but unfortunately I had work commitments so had to take another appointment date. The look of the dentist inside and outside is lovely and gives a nice homely feeling unlike your other casual dentists. The reception staff were very efficient, showing us around the building to make sure we knew where everything was. I had Amy as my dentist and she was lovely and easy to talk to. As soon as the tooth was back in, it instantly felt better than the last practice who put it back on, and most importantly it’s still in after eating unlike the other time :)If you’re thinking about going to this dentist, don’t think twice, they are trustworthy and friendly! I can’t thank them enough for their quick and efficient service!

Fantastic service, polite and friendly staff who are always willing to help and answer questions. I have never experienced late service, as all of my appointments have been on time. Kate is a great hygienist with a lovely bedside manner. Amy is also brilliant at explaining things - both are a credit to the team.

Absolutely 100% service and extremely knowledgeable. Treated my 9 year old son like a young man and made him feel very relaxed. Even when my son got a little upset about having to wear braces. We are very excited to get both our treatments going. The whole team were amazing and outstanding. I shall even be recommending my clients.

Visited Brickstables Dental & Implant Clinic for the first time for an emergency appointment. After being too nervous to attend the dentist for many years, I have regained my confidence in going thanks to the team here at Brickstables! I cannot thank them enough! Have now joined the clinic as a regular patient without that dreaded fear of attending!

Having been scared of dentists for years and years and having bad experience after bad experience I can honestly say that I will now look forward to going to brickstables !!After having a routine check up at my old dentist and him filling it very badly I unfortunately had 3 days of pain excruciating pain I was so scared of going back to the dentist that I had put it off after speaking to a very good friend of mine who uses brickstables she recommended them to me so I thought there was no harm in giving it a go after she highly recommended them I gave them a call and I can honestly say it was the best decision I made from the moment I walked in and was greeted by friendly staff members who instantly put me at ease the receptionist showed me to the waiting room which is a lounge so very comfortable with amazing views I was then showed up to the Dentist room and was greeted by dr Francois Rossouw Who again put me instantly at ease and reassured me he talked me through step-by-step what he was doing and constantly asked if I was okay it was his kind manner and obvious knowledge of what he was doing that reassured me even more I left the practice and within two hours I was completely pain free. I honestly cannot recommend this practice enough the staff the knowledge just everything is absolutely outstanding and I would like to take this opportunity to Thank everyone at brickstables

Perhaps I was unlucky, but the reality didnt live up to the hype Im afraid. The first dentist I saw was somewhat lacking in empathy, which was disappointing as I had made it clear I was a nervous patient. I was given the distinct impression that they were doing me a favour by even treating me. Then having asked to swap to a different dentist within the practice, my next appointment was made for the wrong month; causing me to have a wasted journey, petrol and time. Suffice to say I have registered elsewhere now and will not be returning- I expect higher standards from a private only practice, otherwise what am I paying for?

I cannot thank Brickstables enough. I had tooth pain this week and I tried calling my own dentist in Colchester and couldnt even get through. I tried 3 other dentists who either didnt answer, werent interested in helping or couldnt see me for months.I left a message with Christine at Brickstables on the emergency line and received a call back nearly straight away.I was helped by Shauna who was absolutely superb. Shes an absolute delight to speak to. So knowledgeable, very informative and in my opinion goes above and beyond with the information she provides.I was treated by Francois and Amy (hygienistwho were incredibly understanding, non-judgemental and informative and within an hour despite only having an emergency appointment booked I was all sorted, treated and on my way. Ive already got a new patient/check up booked for December.Theyve now gained a new registered patient and it has been such a relief to find a caring and understanding practice with excellent service from all staff.Thank you so much!

Visited Brickstables Dental & Implant Clinic for the first time this morning. Lovely building, very professional, friendly staff. Made me feel totally relaxed. Would highly recommend a visit.

Teeth are very personal and when there are problems you feel it’s the end if the world .We have been using Francois and his team for many years and from the minute the phone is answered to the minute you leave you genuinely feel cared for.The level of professionalism and skill from the whole team make going to the dentist a very different experience.My son has had 10 years of life changing orthodontic work and the transformation is truly breathtaking.First class and won’t beaten.Setting the standard of what can be achieved.

I had a chipped tooth repaired. The result was excellent. Both the dentist and dental nurse were friendly, welcoming and thoroughly professional. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I have been with you for few years now and i got used to what to expect, so I was surprised to find out that the hygienist prices went up from £55 to £66, considering that situation we live in it felt a bit unfair but it’s ok, things go up. But on the day of the appointment instead of having my teeth cleaned with the ultrasonic device I was welcomed with a manual cleaning and when I queried I was told that I the client will have to be charged further to compensate for the additional PPE that the hygienist will have to wear, this is just utter nonsense, the hygienist was already wearing goggles, visor, face mask and gloves what more PPE was she meant to wear? And Hazmat suit? I am very disappointed and seriously considering moving to another dentist.

I cannot recommend the Practice highly enough. I was in so much pain with an infection, my phone call on Saturday night was returned in a very short time and I was given an 8am appointment on Sunday morning. Francois was excellent, put me at ease and treated me without pain, so kind and efficient, not forgetting Christine who is so lovely and puts you at ease right away Excellent treatment.

I find the service is the best I have ever received at Brickstables. The receptionists are always friendly and very helpful, and I feel completely safe and confident in the abilities of my wonderful dentist Willem. He always puts me at ease and explains everything so well to me it’s actually a pleasant experience visiting the dentist! I wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊

As a new patient it was my first appointment for a check up.Cannot fault anything from initial greeting to entering treatment room.Lovely place not like a normal clinical looking dentist.

My experience with previous dentists had left me very nervous but after coming to see Willem at Brickstables , that is a thing of the past. He has been very patient , kind , reassuring and very gentle during the procedures I have had done. Making sure at all times I am ok and not feeling any discomfort. All the other staff have been so friendly too and so easy to talk to. Everyone has been very patient , especially when I keep asking questions as I like to know what is going on when I’m in the dentists chair. Whilst some of the procedures I had done seemed scary to me at first , ( veneers , bone graft and titanium implant the end result is that I now have been given back my smile. Thanks to the skill and professionalism shown to me , I am so happy to smile without worry now and that means so much to me. I have now decided to continue having all my dental appointments in the future at Brickstables. Thank you everyone who works there.

Needed a wisdom tooth removed and reached out to these guys. They went out of their way to accommodate me and the extraction was painless. No really I didn’t feel a thing and actually had 2 teeth removed. Follow up care was exceptional

This is the best dental experience I have had in my life. After 4 months of extreme pain, hardly able to open my mouth at all, unable to chew, and no help from anywhere I was referred to Francois who carefully listened to my dental history, immediately assured me he knew what was wrong and could help me. After a year of regular non invasive splint treatment I was out of pain. Francois explained what was going on at every stage and now my mouth and jaw line look better and I can open my mouth and eat!!The team from reception to dental nurses and hygienist were all very good and encouraging too.I am so grateful for all the help I got and cant recommend them highly enough.

Would give 10 if we knew we could keep seeing Jessica. Weve had 3 dentists in the short time weve been with you, not good. No continuity but this dentist empathised more with patient so look forward in anticipation to next visit.

Amazing!! Thank you so much for my recent dental treatment. Very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. All the team were excellent and all my expectations were met. I felt completely safe with the Covid-19 precautions in place and everything was extremely organised. The practice was exceptionally clean. Back in the first Lockdown in 2020 my wife and I encountered problems with our teeth and contacted our usual suspects ( Dentists ), however, they were refusing to organise any dentistry and referred to our GPs for antibiotics, painkillers. The whole situation totally unacceptable to us and myself being a Podiatrist finding the excuses unbelievable considering the science, statistics and risks in including duty of care with ethical Service providers.However, a very good friend of ours recommended Brickstables Dental & Implant Clinic which we contacted immediately to find the most wonderful welcome and speedy appointment service.Thereafter, the advice, treatment received from Francois and Willem was definitely the best we both ever had in all our dentistry experienced throughout our lives.Also, Shawna in reception and Christine the Practice Manager are two of the most inventive, emphatic and rewarding young ladies in making one feel 100 percent in receiving treatment, paying your bill and looking forward to another appointment in this great environment.Yes we have been living with the constant threat of Covid 19, but this Practice has developed great Infection protocols which work so effective and you feel very safe in their hands.Therefore, my wife and I now feel so positive we have found such a wonderful and very caring team of great professional people working in the art of Dental treatment, its inspirational.

Everyone is friendly and the covid measures are adhered to strictly. Communication is great, email and text reminders for appointments plus a phone call aswell. Nothing seems to much trouble for them, I had a great experience

I have received the best treatment by Dr. Rossouw and his team! I had a tooth with badly infected roots and I am very happy with the outcome of solving the problem. Dr Rossouw has been really reassuring, showing me the pictures of scans, x-rays explaining in detail the cause of the infection and discussed possible treatment options. Throughout the treatment he was always reassuring to me what is happening right now and this made me feel secure and good. I have been given professional advise on after care as well. Would highly recommend the surgery to everyone!

Francois is the nicest,friendliest and most patient dentist Ive ever met. If all dentists were like him no-one would ever be scared of dental works.

Very easy to reach, nice car park, lovely building, clean and safe. Friendly receptionists. Very professional and knowledgeable dentist. Expensive.I would have liked to know what type of hygiene session was offered as I believe that the electric descaler is the best choice and if I knew they didn’t offer it, I would have not spent that much money on a manual one.

Absolutely wonderful service. Had a dental emergency in the early hours of the morning and thankfully was able to be seen at 7.30am. The receptionist was so helpful and the dentist was amazing. I was so scared but next time I go I wont be as the dentist was so efficient in dealing with the problem. Very friendly team and would recommend this practice 100%. Thank you so much 😊

Francois is always excellent, I and my family have been with him for 32 years. I totally trust him and as a consequence going to the dentist holds no fear whatsoever. He is always gentle, explains what he is doing and the experience is virtually pain free.

Fantastic service and treatment. I had a phobia for dentists because of previous experiences. The care and attention is first class. This was a pleasurable experience and I will return for my follow up treatments without any nervousness.

The tooth extraction was quick and relatively Pain free. Francois explained everything clearly as he was doing it and was very reassuring. The practice was clean and quiet and well prepared for Covid measures, and the receptionists looked after me very well after the procedure.

The whole team from the reception staff, nurse and the dentist I saw, Dr Francois, came to my rescue. They saw me after I was concerned about previous treatment at another dentist. They understood my distress and I am truly humbled by the level of care of them all. Dr Francois is so highly knowledgeable and gave me expert advice and corrected my treatment. I am so thankful and indebted.The premises is also beautiful, a genuinely welcoming place to go and lots of attention has gone into making it a lovely environment. The dental facilities are very impressive, clean, modern and they have the latest technology such as a CT scanner on site. Great experience here. They sorted my other half out within less than 20 minutes with a consultation, X-rays and tooth removal. We will both be going here from now on. Service was amazing from the reception staff and it felt comfortable. I would recommend this dentist to anyone I come across. The other half had a wisdom tooth out as an emergency and the Dr gave him the choice whether to have it out or not. My other half said he was "pain free and did not feel a thing, unlike others that I have had out and can feel the tugging and pulling, at this place it was amazing, there was no pain at all". Thank you François for giving me back a lovely smile. I was very nervous initially before my treatment but was immediately put at ease and felt no pain at all through the whole process. I started seeing Francois when I needed braces at the age of 12 and now 16 years on, with perfect teeth 😀, he is still the best dentist. All his staff treat me like family they are so kind and caring. I have never experienced any anxiety about my dentist appointments and he welcomes me warmly every time i visit.
