Brightworks Car Wash in Tarrant County

Everything is very basic , and way over priced .

I had my car washed the second week this place was open. My brand new car had 214 miles on it and when I got it home I had a 12” long scratch right under my gas door. The same blue color that was on their brushes. They have disclaimers regarding damage so I had no recourse. Then today, a month later, I had a $20 charge on my debit card! They had put me on some kind of reoccurring plan when I paid for the promo for one month! I had no idea they did that until today. They did refund my $20 but argued with me about the damage! I told them to read our next door app to see the bad reviews. They may have low monthly cost but between the damages and the tips you have to pay it’s really expensive. Cost me $964 for a car wash! Proceed at your own risk, neighbors!

I drive a fairly large 4x4 pick up and for $60 both the inside and outside have never looked better. Very nice car wash, very good service and reasonably priced.

I pulled in for the first time to eat my lunch and vacuum, because I was told I gotta go if I wasn’t purchasing a wash is the reason why I wont be giving it a try. I may have considered it at a later time, but don’t wanna give my service to a company like that. 🇺🇸

Took my besties car overs here and it was damaged. The people were rude and made it very clear “they aren’t responsible for any damages” but what gets me is then I happen to look at the Nextdoor app and three yes three more neighbors have had their cars damaged by this place!!! That’s ridiculous!!! I own 4 vehicles and won’t be taking any to themAnymore and I will most definitely share this with the 40,000 ppl on my social media accounts. Bc that is absolutely ridiculous to damage that many cars.

Vacuum are really strong it makes work easier. Perfect for busy life just in and out. And carwash service no complaint 5 mins done. But i wish there is a mirror to guide you when lining ur wheels ready for carwash. Hopefully next time!

Went for a first time to try it and was not what I expected, I pay the $20 dollars and they not even have tire shine!!?? Not worth it!!Their membership plan is tricky, ask them all the information.The employees are nice and friendly.

It was worth the wait, best car washI have ever gotten from a place like this. They offer many services like waxing, HAND washing your car, even vacuuming and cleaning the interior. Staff was helpful and very friendly will be going back.

I went there for the first time today and I absolutely loved this car wash the staff were soooo friendly, smiley and nice! Loved the environment! Not too expensive, I spent 20 on my wash and I left surprised with everything I got for 20$ compared to other car washes! Like I said loved this car wash I will not go to another car wash after this experience!

When you open a new business listen to your customers if they have some complaints or concern. You wana make long term customers just like me who purchased a membership today, you should politely approach me if i asked for your help not by knocking the passenger side window in a hurry to know what my concern was. Rolling down a window just after car wash leaves water marks. Lets see how my experience with this place be with passage of time. I would rate my experience 3/5 for today just because of the staffs behavior.

They just opened up yesterday 9/29. So happy to finally have a brand new car was in the area. The crew is very friendly, the blowers at the end of the wash do a great job of getting most of the water off, prices are comparable to other washes, tons of free vacuums, they also offer full service if you want that. Recommend!
